Owner was out of reach the day of our stay. We tried to contact her all throughout the day but she’s not answering our calls. We asked through the security building and after one hour of waiting, he told us that the room apartment is no longer available “as per the owner”. It was so disappointing because we cannot refund it the same day and the owner is not cooperative and responsive at all. We came from airport thinking we can rest somehow but it turns out that we’re searching for another room available nearby. VERY DISAPPOINTING indeed.

Good enough for quarantine facilities

Treated like prisoners food is not great there are no options for food being like prison it basically whatever menu on that day thats all same with other quarantine base from abroad. It sad. You u better stock up food to go as u won’t be able to go out to your room to buy u can only asked staff to buy for you which is they are nice.

The shampoo and body wash dispenser are empty and there is lots of mold inside of it. I have to buy my own toiletries as I didn't expect that they will not provide it. Also, the microwave is stinky and not working. Lastly, one of the staff is rude and scolded me for a food delivery that I didn't order on my own. I know food delivery is not allowed so i didn't even dare to do it. It was from a friend of mine who ordered the food without even me knowing as she wants it to be a surprise delivery as it was my birthday. I tried to explain but he didn't listen. He could've talk to me nicely instead of banging on my door and scolded me for that misunderstanding.
