La cama y el baño

Sentí muy pequeña la habitación y que no dan café de cortesía. Está la máquina de Nexpresso, pero no las cápsulas. El buffet del desayuno debería de ser más grande

El personal es sumamente amable, las instalaciones son amplias y siempre lucen impecables, la habitación tiene espacios adecuados y la cama es muy cómoda.

I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the accommodation at your hotel - especially as I was expecting the quality of a 5 star hotel (as stated on Booking.com) and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all. Here are a number of problems that I registered. * the SPA was not working (which is supposedly under renovation), which disappointed me, because this was the main reason why I decided to book your hotel * I nearly went crazy on Thursday - there was extremely noisy alarm testing going on for about an hour, for an earthquake, it interrupted my important business calls. I don't book a 5 star hotel so I have to go work elsewhere * I paid for dinner on Thursday, there was only a grill with meat, but there were no vegetarian dishes (not even fish), only side dishes that I could have * the juices were not fresh but artificial and mega sweet * when I ordered water, they brought me bottled water, which I had to pay extra for, instead of bringing me a pitcher of water (I didn't have to pay for oversweetened juices, but I did for plain water) * today the power went out and I was stuck in the elevator (!) luckily the power came back on a few minutes later, but it was a big shock to me - why don't you have backup diesel generators? I *had* to pay all the extra costs (lunches and dinners) right away - why wasn't it possible to pay at the end when checking out, as with other decent hotels? * I wanted an invoice for a company and got an invoice for an individual (I told the reception twice) - and I am still waiting for an invoice from you for my company. In any case, I am disappointed and will never use your hotel again.

Excellent rooms, very comfortable and clean. Perfect for work travel.

Some commons areas did not have the A/C on and were a bit hot.
