Willkommen zu unserem Haus weg von zu Hause! Jetty's Break 101 ist eine helle und sonnige Wohnung mit vielen familienfreundlichen Funktionen.
Unser Standort auf der 92nd Street ist fantastisch! Wir sind nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, was bequem ist, wenn man Kleine hat, um hin und her zum Strand zu gehen. Unser Gebäude hat einen Aufzug, um es einfach zu entladen und machen unser Gebäude Handicap zugänglich für die erweiterte Familie. Unsere Einheit ist mit Familie Spaß im Auge eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett mit einem Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Eisbereiter ausgestattet. Wir haben 2 brandneue Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer, TV und einen Kamin für kalte Winternächte.
Unsere Höhle ist ein großartiger Ort für die Kleinen mit zwei Einzelbetten und Spielzeug zu spielen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Bad mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und Bad mit Dusche / Bad Combo. Das halbe Bad im Flur ist praktisch für den Besuch von Familie und Freunden und diese schnellen Ausflüge vom Strand oder Pool.
Die Waschmaschine und Trockner ist in der Einheit und sehr praktisch für die endlosen Lasten der Kleidung, die Babys und Kleinkinder produzieren. Es gibt einen Pool auf dem Dach mit Platz zum Sonnenbaden, wenn Sie sich entscheiden.
Mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Layton's und Princess Royales Buffet zum Frühstück sind so nah, dass man einfach zu Fuß gehen kann. Liquid Assets und Bull on the Beach sind auch auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Supermarkt ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite mit vielen vorbereiteten Speisen. Drei weitere Restaurants sind auch weniger als ein Block entfernt. Wenn Sie gerne lesen, ist die Bibliothek zwei Blocks entfernt mit Büchern, Kassetten, Faxgeräten und Computern für Sie.
Über die Straße hinter dem Supermarkt ist ein Spielplatz mit Tennisplätzen und Basketballplatz. Es gibt auch Eislaufen ein paar Blocks im Karussell. Wir sind im ersten Stock, der eigentlich der zweite Stock des Gebäudes ist. Wir befinden uns auf der gleichen Etage wie der Fitnessraum. Es gibt einen großen Patio-Balkon mit Platz für alle und nicht so hoch oben, dass man sich Sorgen machen muss über die Kleinen, die vom Balkon fallen. Es gibt so viel zu tun, dass Sie nicht brauchen ein Auto und so viele Orte zu essen, dass Sie nicht zu kochen, wenn Sie wollen!

Property is beautiful and convenient to everything. I love the availability of line , beach towels and accessories, games, and streaming channels! I will most definitely be staying again!!!!

Stayed five nights four adults and three boys under the age of four. The condo was very well set up for small children with crib, pack and play, twin beds with available side rails, many toys, beach equipment, lots of plastic dinnerware in addition to the standard dishware. .
Appreciated that the walk to the beach was quite safe in that there is no through traffic on this street between the condo and the beach. Electronic access into the building and the condo worked very well and added to the safety. Very close proximity to grocery store, many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The property was spacious, plenty of towels, sheets, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Our granddaughter enjoyed all the toys, and the new crib was great for our 3 month old grandson. The walk to the beach was very short, and the rooftop pool, though small, was great for a quick dip. The location is very convenient with an Acme grocery store and OC's best pizza place right across the street. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is on the beach block and is amazing!! It was just as pictured! We had so much fun staying and cant wait to go back next year! We loved that it was so kid friendly!!

We had two families staying with 4 young kids and the location was perfect for the beach. It was the same side as the beach and maybe half a block walk at most. Debra was a great host and was in constant communication making sure everything was ok. The size was perfect for our group. The kids slept in the den area with no issue. The only thing I would suggest is looking into new mattresses soon and a bed frame for the master bedroom as it is on a slant.

We had an absolutely lovely time in this VRBO. Debra was extremely tentative- even walked us through the check in, left us a cute little card and basket. If we travel down to OCMD again- we would def stay again. Would def recommend! Also, the house is literally so close to the beach- its barely a walk.

Debra’s place has the perfect location in the beach block with the balcony on the side street. Our group of 8 (2 families with teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out and have lots of fun!

Great condo with everything you can think of. As far as amenities. So nice not to have to lug beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sheets from home. Just steps from the beach and there was a great breakfast spot right next door. Having two paid parking spots at the condo was so convenient. Rooftop pool was such a nice bonus so we didn’t have to keep the kids at the beach all day. Balcony was spacious and we spent a lot of time out there as a family. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us upon arrival with a custom birthday card for my daughter and thank you note for me and my family. So thoughtful!!! Would DEFINITELY come back again!

Girls trip
My sister and I went away for the weekend with a few friends. We had an excellent time at Jerry’s Break! Debra was amazing at communicating during the check in and out process as well as throughout our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Debra even left us the cutest gift basket! We will definitely be returning.

Great family getaway with plenty of space for kiddos
The property was convenient, clean and the den was perfect for the kiddos. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and were never tripping over each other. The extra touches of beach towels, clean linens, dishes galore, basket of necessities in case you forgot something made it a place we will return to year over year! Can't wait for next summer :). Debra was fantastic!

Great Stay
We had a great week at this property. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was so well stocked from the kitchen to the extra linens that you may need on your stay. The owner was great as well, made sure to check in when we arrived and through out the week. We will be back Jetty's Break :)

The kitchen is fully stocked and there was even cooking essentials such as oils and spices. We went to the beach, came back for naps and went right back. Easy walk with 3 kids!
The TV is a bit small and there are no smart TVs in the bedrooms; but the kids were exhausted by end of day so that was not much of an issue.
Debra was amazing, we visited the restaurants she recommended and she checked on us to make sure everything was good.

Great stay!
This condo was perfect for what we wanted. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still a short drive/uber to anything in OC. There are still a handful of restaurant/bars within walking distance and a short walk to the beach.
The place itself was big and spacious. The living space was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. There was a linen closet full of towels and sheets for us to use. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils, etc.
Debra was fantastic. She called prior to our stay to ensure we would have everything we needed. She also checked in with us after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. In fact, she allowed us to check in early and even offered to allow us to stay later than our check out time (although we had to hit the road).
I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for families!!
My family and I met up in OC with another couple and their kids. Total we had 4 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of space with some to spare. Everything was clean and ready for us. The owner was very attentive, she checked in every day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great place, great stay, great service. We will definitely stay there again!

The property is very clean, efficient, and convenient!
This is our second time staying at this property and my family and I were just as or more satisfied with it again. As soon as we walked in you could smell a fresh scent, and everything in its order and clean. The amount of beds it provides is more then enough for you and your family. The kitchen is well furnished with all utensils, and even some seasonings. The fridge was clean and empty. The porch is big and has a table with some chairs. Debrah is awesome to communicate with, very friendly, and attentative! Overall 20/10 for this property!!

Very nice stay in large beautiful condo
We loved how huge the inside of the condo was compared to other rentals. It was a very short distance to the beach and very convenient. Love the non-high rise condos with no crowds at the elevators. Owner was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us the entire time. Location is perfect--grocery store right across the street. Kitchen is wonderful with large table, perfect for large families. Never any issues with parking--always seemed to be street parking available in addition to the two provided. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
