Great property and a great value. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Convenient to downtown Fredriksted and the pier. Maybe 10 min west of the airport. Easy check in. Good communication with the owner/manager. Will look to stay here on any future visit. I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Just good

Cecil Daniel is a great host with a great property. The location of the property is on the far west side of the island close to fredriksted. The parking was available right in front of the place. It had well equipped kitchen, living and bedrooms which made us feel very homely. The check in checkout process was very smooth and we didn’t have to meet anyone either. You will definitely need a car to access this location or enjoy your stay here. They also had great books, movies and TV channels for those rainy days.

Our original flight home was canceled, leaving us scrambling to find accomodations quickly during high season. Willing to accept just about anything, and was very pleased to see it exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, super easy check-in and checkout.

Perfect location for a couple looking to explore the island. We spent parts of days at multiple spots on the island, everything is within a 45 minute drive.

La casa è molto accogliente e, soprattutto, ottimamente accessoriata. Pulita, luminosa e in perfette condizioni di manutenzione. Comoda rispetto all' aeroporto e rispetto a Fredrikstad, ma anche per raggiungere parecchie locations da visitare. La presenza delle sedie pieghevoli da portare in spiaggia, una gradita sorpresa, ci ha permesso di godere anche di spiagge non attrezzate.

The upstairs apartment has everything we needed and us close to the best beaches in Frederiksted. Very accommodating on my checkout time as well. Cecil is an excellent host!

Well kept, clean and close to the airport and Fredriksted/Rainbow Beach

If one has a tight budget, then check out this rental. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is also just a few miles from a great beach. However, there are shortcomings. It is located in a run-down neighborhood. The apartment has bars on the windows and double locks on the doors. There were small annoyances, such as no controls for the air-conditioning, but it worked. The toaster did not work right and I had trouble with the shower. However, the price for the unit did compensate for the negatives.

My daughter and I recently spent six days in this perfect apartment. Located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle but just minutes away from Frederiksted and the beaches and less than 30 minutes from Christiansted . I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood especially the view of the sea from the main road. Cecil was very helpful and although the Wi-Fi did not return until our last day there and there was no cable yet he provided us with some of our favorite movies on DVD. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to St Croix.

My buddy David and I had a great time in St Croix, and one of the big reasons was where we stayed, at Cecils place. It was clean and well set up. And convenient. I sat on the front porch in the evenings and saw a lot of birds (I am a closet birdwatcher) and just relaxed. I cooked some yummy meals. Everything I needed was there, except for the food itself, and after a trip to Plaza West, I ate great. I would highly recommend staying here to anybody going to St Croix. Great price, nice neighbors. I wish the internet had been hooked up but that was not Cecils fault. It takes time to come back from 2 hurricanes. That said, I spent a day working volunteer for the St Georges Botanical Garden to help with clean up, and really enjoyed the hot shower when I got "home" afterwards. Thank you so much, Cecil. I will be in touch when I come there next time, and hope your place is available. I'd give you 10 stars, but they only have 5.

my husband and I just spent a month at Cecil's apartment and it was great. the apartment was spotlessly clean, had a comfortable bed, and nice pots, pans, dishes and glasses. furniture is very nice, plenty of space for your things so it's never cluttered. the apartment is exactly as pictured, no surprises! it was perfect for the two of us. there are ample linens in the closet and cleaning supplies under the sink. we are familiar with the area and are close to frederiksted and all the great west end beaches. you will need a car to get around the island. it's a nice neighborhood. we really loved staying here and meeting cecil and his family and will plan on returning!
