Eine Ebene fabelhafte Haus ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Wohnzimmer enthält TV, Surround-Sound, 5 CD / DVD-Spieler, DVD Bibliothek, Gesellschaftsspiele & Kinder Bücher zu genießen. Auch ein Gas-Kamin mit bequemen Ledersofas zum Entspannen. Der offene Grundriss hat die Aussicht auf Sonnenuntergang See. Es gibt ein schwimmendes Dock sowie zwei 17 Fuß lange Aluminium-Kanus, zwei Paddleboards und zwei Kajaks. Es gibt 8 Schwimmwesten vor Ort. Speisen im Freien, Gasgrill und Feuerstelle für S'mores. Formeller Essbereich, Ein großes Badezimmer, das die Sauna mit zwei Bänken sowie eine normale Dusche und ein Badezimmer enthält. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Etagenbett mit einem großen Badezimmer aus dem Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Vollbad hat Flur Zugang. Schlafzimmer 2 & 3 haben jeweils Doppelbetten und Schlafzimmer 4 hat ein Paar Etagenbetten, die 4 Personen. Kabel-TV in allen 4 Schlafzimmer, sowie kostenfreies WLAN.

Neu im Haus ist ein 7-Fuß-Tretboot, das Platz für 5 Personen bietet und über zwei Angelrutenhalter verfügt, die sich perfekt für das Bassfischen eignen. Außerdem haben wir jetzt ein 12-Fuß-Aluminium-Fischerboot mit einem Trolling-Motor und einer Tiefzyklus-Batterie.

This is the second time we have stayed here - great for families - they have thought of everything to make it a fun and comfortable stay for people of all ages.

This house has it all! My teenage grandkids loved all the activities available basketball, volleyball, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, horse shoes, corn hole and especially all the boats, kayaks, paddle boards (and life jackets). In the morning you can sit outside with a coffee and watch the wildlife on the lake and the deer come get a drink. At night there was s’mores at the fire pit, hot tub and sauna for relaxing. The kitchen is very well stocked including an air fryer and the outside patio has a huge gas grill, Traeger and a pizza oven. The beds are comfortable and every bedroom has a TV. The location is great, between Seaside and Astoria. Communication was easy and prompt. We’ll definitely be back!

This Gearhart gem was jam-packed full of amenities for all ages. We brought four teenagers and to their sheer happiness, boats, canoes, pong-pong, gaming, fishing, a sauna and more delighted them during our stay.
A great central location between Astoria and Seaside, easy to find, and be a good home base for sightseeing.
The host communications were excellent and our needs were met with this gem, did I mention walking paths to the beach! A must stay on the North Coast!

While our original plan was to have some friends join us, that didn't work out at the last minute. However, the two of us still had a fabulous time at this wonderful home. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and the outdoor amenities were amazing including the firepit. My husband fished from the dock, the kayaks were great on the lake, the view was lovely and we had an easy walk to the beach. The beach, at least during our July stay, was very lightly attended so our dog had a great time running along the beach and in the surf. Communication with owner was excellent. We loved our relaxing time here and will definitely plan to come back when we visit the coast again--perhaps next time with grandkids. They'd love the entire setup too, with swings, foosball, sand toys, and all the other options. A great home!

This property is really cool! We had 4 couples so this was a place with 4 bedrooms with queen or king size beds and 3 full bathrooms which was really nice! There were tons of things to do so nobody was ever bored. Games galore in the garage and game room, outdoor games, a hot tub, and water fun on the lake as well as being in walking distance to the beach (but you can also drive on the beach here as well). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and extras, and there was an extra refrigerator and freezer space in the garage. We would definitely go back! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this lakefront property. There are so amenities there! The firepit, hot tub, boats, bicycles, floating dock, outdoor swing, outdoor kitchen and covered patio, horseshoe pit, sand “corral”, and playset for the kids. And then indoors, a tv in every room, sauna, game room with foosball and air hockey, and pool table and ping pong table in the garage. Also in a closet there were many games, books and toys. The kitchen was well-stocked. Every day we witnessed deer walking on the property and once saw a herd of elk crossing the lake! There is also a resident great blue heron and bald eagle. We didn’t catch any fish, then later noticed there are otters in the lake! My daughter tried walking to the beach, but ended up not going because she was uncomfortable going through someone else’s yard? But it was a short drive to a beach anyway. One thing I would mention, though: if someone needs a house with five bedrooms, this house actually has four. The fifth “bedroom” in the listing is actually a small game room with a futon. Also, the bunk beds are in the very large master bedroom, which was very nice, but if no one wants to sleep with children in the same room, this might be an issue. The other three bedrooms are very nice. There is one bathroom in the hall for the other three bedrooms. It’s the only one with a bathtub. The third bathroom is at the other end of the house next to the kitchen; it contains the sauna room. Great place, worth the price!

We loved all there was to do at the house. We did do a few day trips which were very short travel from the house, it is centrally located between Astoria and Cannon Beach. We didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub or the sauna. The Kids had some much to do that they were in bed by 10 o'clock every night. We saw Bald Eagles right out the back of the lake and about ten deer wandered through the lake side feeding without a care in the world. We could have spent the entire time at the house. Everything you need for cooking is there just bring your own food, there are two full refrigerators and a full stand-up freezer. The freezer held six 20lbs bags of ice that we used on the day trip down and reused on the day trip back. The Super Walmart is 10 min away north toward Astoria if you forget anything. Bring house slippers as there is no shoes aloud in the house, you will understand when you see the beach and sand around the house. The house and yard are very beautiful and a walk to the beach late in the evening was very nice. two nights is not enough we are glad we added a night, and we are sorry we didn't add a another. Jon the host answered all our questions within a short time with a text the beach towels are in the bench sit next to the sliding glass door. Thank you, Jon, for the use of your lovely home.

We were very pleased with the house and all the available amenities. There was something for everyone to do outdoors from the kayaks, canoes, pizza oven, bbq grill, hot tub, corn hole, etc. There was plenty of room indoors, and we especially enjoyed the ping pong table. Would definitely stay again.

This was a nice place to stay with friends. You have it all at this property, no need to go anywhere. We were a group of 3 couples and felt there were adequate accommodations to separate and have privacy- as well as to entertain with dinner all in the same home.

I loved our stay in this lake house. We made our Thanksgiving dinner there and it was amazing in just a few days the memories we made there. The property was beautiful and well maintained. I would love to come during the summertime and enjoy the outdoors more. Thank you!

This property and home are amazing! Right off the lake and walkable to the ocean, althoughbwe drove since we had little ones with us. We stopped at the coffee/bakery (The Nest) to get pastries and coffee on the way. We also stopped at the little rv store on the way home to buy worms. The property had fishing gear, canoes, paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, bikes, sand toys, a volleyball court, ping pong, fuseball, pool table, outdoor play gym, pizza oven, hot tub and so much more! We took the kayaks out on the lake and walked to The Nest again the following day. Such a friendly neighborhood. We will be back! Such a relaxing and dreamy getaway that had so much for all ages!

There was something for everyone and I would say almost any age toddler to senior. Everyone was entertained mornings to night. I would of definitely book again.

We loved having a private doc to fish from! We were hoping to use the paddle boat and the fishing boat, but we’re a little disappointed to find both had a good amount of water in them. The paddle boat was missing a back rest, the fishing boat had a seat at the bottom of the hull with no current registration and the large floaty was filthy and half flat. We also looked forward to playing pool, but unlike what you see on Facebook, the pool table is in the garage and too close to the furnace to be useable. There is a coffee maker but don’t forget you coffee at home, as there is no courtesy coffee like you would expect. However, there are more pots, pans, glasses, and spices than I have seen at any other vacation rental. All in all, we very much enjoyed our time here and would go back again. It is really set up very well for a large group of people, so maybe we will bring friends in the future.

This place was perfect! Great location on the lake with ocean access within walking distance (we also drove onto Sunset Beach with firewood for a beach fire). The fishing boat with the trolling motor and the suana were my saving grace. I had an unplanned surgery prior to our vacation and this allowed me to get on the water without overtaxing my abs and gave me something to do while others sat in the hot tub. Canoes and paddle boards were in great shape. The shed was stocked with bikes and fishing poles. We stocked up with groceries and cooked almost every meal onsite - the kitchen, dining area, and outside tables are perfect for family meals. Kitchen has everything you need! The fenced area was perfect for sand play. Loved making s’mores outside with the fire pit. There were 7 adults and 2 kids and 2 small dogs with our party. We did a quick walk through to baby proof - basically putting anything breakable out of reach; house already has outlet covers. We spent hours at the table top playing games. Quick trips into Seaside so kids could do some rides and go carts. We also found a great little adventure park in Seaside that has
monitor golf, go carts, ice cream, rock mining, and rides. We got fresh seafood from Bouy Bell Fish Market and cooked it up at the house - delicious! Host was great and her responsive! Great place!

We opted to choose this location over oceanfront this year due to the fun amenities. They were on spot. The private lakeside location along with plenty of boats and other activities for everyone was wonderful. People could be doing a lot of different things, but still be in the same area together. All ages enjoyed a 2hr volleyball game and teenagers could play pool while the women visited 10 feet away at the dining table.
I would recommend putting instructions for the pizza oven, hot tub, etc in the guest binder. We were unable to use the pizza oven the first night, but communication from the owner was fast and attentive. He followed-up the next day to ensure our needs were met.
Would highly recommend this house for a recreational getaway.

My children, dad, brother, and I rented this house for an extended weekend. Not only was Mo flexible and accommodating, but also this house had everything. The hot tub, pool table, ping pong, etc took our minds off our situation. My brother and kids spent a lot of the calm water; I've never seen them so happy! Plenty of pool towels, linens and pantry staple, even wine. We would definitely return. Thanks so much, Mo.

This was our 2nd stay and it was again, so wonderful and relaxing. We had rainy weather and still was able to de-stress and spend time together. The pool table is always a hit! It is well used. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes and everything in between- just add food! The covered deck was awesome! You could spread out and be outside and stay dry out of the rain - if we wanted to.

This home was a great place to stay. The house was located in an upscale gated, quiet community close to the beach, Seaside and Costco. It rained most of the days we were there but we were able to get outside between rain showers. My son caught a nice trout on the lake using the small boat. The hot tub was great and the sauna was also used and enjoyed. There were bikes for all ages. The tires were flat, luckily we had a small compressor with us so we were able to go for a ride around the neighborhood. The ping pong table and pool table provided some competitive tournaments during the rain. There was plenty of space for everyone with a tv in every room. The kitchen was very well stocked. They thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable. The host checked in and when we had a couple of questions they were quick to respond even delivering trash bags with a bottle of wine for the oversight of none being available. The firepit outside was nice to warm up by and have s'mores. Would love to return in warmer weather sometime to enjoy the lake and backyard more.

This house has everything. We wanted to get away with our kids during a grandparent visit so that everybody would hang out with each other more. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Anything you could think of has been thoughtfully provided in this house... the owners really pay attention to the details. From games, to lake activities, to the fire pit, to activities in the area... the hardest part was deciding what to do at any given moment.

What an amazing setting! We watched the sunrise over the lake, a bald eagle flying over the lake hunting for breakfast, and a doe eating her evening meal.
The home has everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, including some general pantry items in case you forgot anything. The owners also provided a generous supply of snacks and treats to enjoy during our stay.
The owners have thoughtfully and generously appointed the home with anything you could possibly hope to find for indoor and outdoor activities while you are on vacation. We will definitely go back.

The property was absolutely perfect! Fishing, water play, hot tub and fire pit. We watched fish jump, elk swim into the lake, beautiful sunsets and harvest moon. It’s hard to describe all the activities available here. Play structure, pool, ping pong, Foosball …..bbq …..there is everything you could want.

Place was fantastic. Any game/activity you could ever hope for was there. Terrific ping pong and pool tables. Only less than perfect thing was the toaster is a bit dicey. 86 degrees on October 1st! Great trip-owner was very helpful

I stayed at this same property last year and the place was great!
This year we showed up to an entirely new experience! The back patio has been completely redone. The new hot tub was hot when we got there. We cooked a pizza in the new pizza oven. There is also a new smoker, bbq, and furniture. All covered, by the way, so when the coastal mist rolled in we did not have to move the party inside!
I was able to catch bass right off the dock! Took the paddle boards out. There was so much to do at the house, not all of us made down to the beach. Which is just a few minutes down a path.
We kept finding more stuff to do up until we left. I have a felling that there was still more…
