The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were too light and we had to get extras plus we brought a couple of our own as well. The room was spacious and so nice. It’s unique to other hotels/suites and we have decided that this hotel is in our top 3 for future stays. We love the location of it too. It’s located within 10-20 minutes of everything we like to do in Louisville.

The pillows were very thin. No support at all. We always bring one each from home and we still had to get more from the front desk because they were so thin and not comfortable to us. That’s the only thing that we didn’t like and that wasn’t a deal breaker at all since adding a couple extra pillows sufficed.

Our room wasn’t as clean as I expected the floors didn’t look clean. There was red drips on the comforter of my daughters bed- the comforters aren’t washed from what I could tell just the sheets and the overlay for the comforter. The coffee pot had a used coffee filter in it although the pot looked clean. Pulled rusted bottle caps out of the disposal after I accidentally turned it on and it sounded like something was in it. Most areas were clean but you expect better- especially with Covid.

Beds are very firm… just not my preference but probably fine for most.

They didn't have a decent breakfast. Just dry cereal and milk. We decided to just eat breakfast at the Shoney's that was 2 minutes away from the hotel!

The bed was a little more firm than what I am normally accustomed to when it comes to hotel beds. The blankets where thin and short for a king size bed.

The outdoors was very nice grill sitting area that was absolutely perfect

Very clean rooms, comfortable and easy access from interstate.

The room was awesome. TV showed my name on it nice touch. Comfy bed. Awesome hotel

I'm nit picking here but the breakfast could have had more variety. Also in the suite the pots and pans some were bent and didn't look well cared for.

House keeping came unannounced into our room as I was sleeping and my girlfriend was coming out of the shower. Spoke with Shanna Harrod-Fenn the manager and she said this behavior was acceptable. I shared with her this is not acceptable behavior. I will be talking to corporate about this matter.

The hairdryer was missing. Called the front desk, but they told housekeeping the wrong floor twice. I discovered that because I walked down to the front desk myself to inquire since I had waited so long. By the time I got one, we were running late and missed the airport shuttle. The front desk clerk was apologetic and had someone give us a ride with another shuttle. I was grateful. The hotel was much further from the airport than I expected, I was surprised that we even had to get on the freeway and face that type of traffic. When I booked an airport hotel I expected it to be adjacent to the airport. Otherwise, the room was great, loved the kitchen/dining area.
