Superb location and very good equipped roomd

Location is superb.

There must be guidance for long stays(above 10 days) and cleaning, change of linens and towels shall be organized and added to the price and/or can be optional

Awful, dirty, noisy, unhelpful, expensive.

The location was pretty good, although boy racers racing round and round until 3 or 4 in the morning kept me awake, so perhaps the location wasn’t so good.

The booking procedure was truly awful. Ridiculously long t&c’s which ultimately don’t tell me how to access the property. Crazy £500 deposit, after paying the booking fee. I was left standing in the pouring rain trying to call and email to make access to the flat. Getting to the flat was grotty as hell, really dingy and dirty. The flat itself wasn’t much better, the shower and light fittings were hanging off the wall. The TV barely worked because the internet was so bad. Honestly - find somewhere else. This just isn’t worth the hassle! You’ll regret it. I read someone else revue saying run, and I ignored it. I wish I’d listened.

I’d book somewhere else next time

good location

no bed for my son he had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights. small double bed for us. only 2 towels for 3 of us again for 2 nights. only 2 breakfast teabags and no coffee. couldn’t get normal channels on tv

Family stay for 3 nights

The location is just great. For person, who comes to London fir the first time, that would be the best place to live! The kitchen is fully equipped!

The sofa for the third person should be definitely chaned. It's to uncomfortable. The flat needs to hve more care from owners, a lot of different small issues. You won't bother on them, but stil they exist

Dirty and disappointing

Very little the hallway in the building was filthy and looked like the walls hadn't seen paint in over 10 years. Doubtful the property meets fire safety standards. The apartment itself was fair but despite a welcome letter saying there would be washing detergent there was no washing machine the apartment itself was not too bad although some painting would improve things

the amount of red tape and complexity in actually paying the security deposit. The managemnt firm has so far refused to provide their Information Commissioner Office Registration so suspect they are not legally holding data. On my last day there I received 8 phones ovber 15 minutes from the management company stating that their was a leak in the apartmemnt (I saw no evidence of this) I was told I could stay the final night but I was not allowed to use the shower

Hard to beat location and fair value for the price.

The location of the property is first class. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Spacious lounge/kitchen area and a fair size bathroom.

Entry to the apartment is via a electronic key on a app on your phone, it works fine but lose a charge on your phone or lose your phone there is no way in and no way to contact anyone without your phone. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep and it is a struggle with a large suitcase or if you are infirm. The owner takes a £500 deposit from your credit card for any potential damages but it took two weeks for them to put it back on my card.

Great location in the heart of London. Beautifully decorated flat, with good set of appliances and amenities. we felt immediately at home.

The convertible bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to use and have a decent night sleep in.

Very complicated and annoying additional registration process with the property after booking (need to provide and verify the ID, sign a contract etc) A damage deposit of 500 pounds is required before check-in even if not clearly visible at moment of booking and refund takes 14 days Windows can't close properly and pretty noisy day and night, mainly at early morning there are trucks operating down the street Apartment a bit smelly of cigarettes even if it isn't a smoking apartment

Cozy place in the heart of London, clean and elegant.

Central, clean, elegant, warm, cozy.

After completing the booking on “Booking”, it started another entire booking-confirmation process, way too complicated, requiring fotos and copies of IDs… quite unusual, and time-consuming, and not at all highlighted during reservation. The contract and documents sent were written on a big number of pages, and pretty unclear for a non-lawyer.

Convenient and central location. Would recommend.

Location was great and the apartment was lovely but getting the key code was a total pain. Having Said that, the team were super helpful and resposive in trying to revolve any isses and i would certainly book again.

Was not warned in advance that a £500 holding depositum would be charged and this is held for 14 days!
