Disappointing and not value for money.

Location was good.

The property was not as advertised. The photos and words on the website showed a view of London which was why we booked here. We were put in a dark room out the back, looking onto a brick wall and refuse area. This was not dealt with by the hotel. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bins were not even emptied during our 3 day stay. Value for money was very poor and I would not stay in a Citadines property again.

Good location, quiet, affordable

Great location! They kindly offered us an upgrade to a very nice and large room. The available kitchen amenities were amazing. It was truly stocked. We didn't need to use them (our stay was so short) but they were well appointed.

The check in process was rather protracted, especially while tired from travel. The little washer / dryer didn't really do either very well. We tried to wash a few small items and it wasn't worth the attempt. The layout is a bit odd with everything opening off a central corridor: toilet, sink, bedroom and living room all have a separate door. This was fine for a night but I suspect this would be uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Escapada urbana!

El hotel está muy bien situado, metro y buses cerca incluso puedes ir caminando a muchos sitios. Tranquilo y tiene todo lo que necesitas, habitación muy completa y cómoda. Limpieza 10!

Por decir algo, algunas zonas comunes, como los pasillos se ven más viejos… y de las ventanas salía algo de frío, pero nada grave.

Lovely , convenient apartment hotel close to Trafalgar Square

The location was fabulous for a first time traveller to London. Most attractions and sites were within walking distance . Local Bus stops and Big Bus tour stops very close . Many cafes and restaurants were in the same street or very nearby. Apartment style rooms were great and serviced every couple of days. Bed very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value.

El que estuviera descompuesto uno de los dos elevadores, el único funcionando fue muy utilizado y habían tiempos de espera.

Would probably not stay again because of the room layout - not at all well thought out.

Location was excellent. Central to everywhere we wanted to.

We didn't expect the apartment to be on 2 levels. The toilet wasn't in the bathroom but next to the kitchenette area downstairs which was very inconvenient. Check out time was 11.00am. We went out for a walk & came back at 10.50am to collect our cases ,& the rooms were locked. We had to go back to Reception (8 floors down) to ask for access & had a little grumble - no apology at all that this had happened. Poor Customer Service from this member of staff. Fittings & furnishings were quite basic although it was clean.

Tolles Hotel für Familientrip nach London

Sehr gute Lage direkt neben den Tube-Stationen Embankment und Charing-Cross. London-Eye und Westminster in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Grosse Lobby und sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles, grosses Familienzimmer.

Goed hotel met prima lokatie.

Zeer goede lokatie. Verzoek twin beds gehonoreerd. Nette, vrij ruime kamer met kleine kitchenette. Badkamer erg basic. Personeel vriendelijk. Lobby gezellig met wat zitjes en koffiemachine gratis te gebruiken vonden we erg prettig.

De gangen en verlichting vonden we niet echt passen bij een 4 * hotel.

location was excellent, the room was very clean and staff was very nice and accommodating,

We didnt put a "do not disturb" sign out for the hotel housekeepers not to come in, they did not come and empty the trash or give us new towels. We had to ask the receptionist.

výborný hotel, lokovaný v centru, řada zajímavých míst Londýna v docházkové vzdálenosti 15min.

Lokalita skvělá, servis hotelu (snídaně, káva během dne, informace na recepci,...) výborné. Ubytování je 2min od Trafalgar Sqr., přesto na pokoji klid. V okolí řada restaurací a bister a obchodů. Snídaně na hotelu za 15 liber, ale skvělá, podle vlastního výběru, lze doporučit.

Great location lots of hotels in the area I would look at next time

No lights over any mirror to do makeup and hair. Breakfast waist of money, very over priced for what you receive. only ate once for that reason. get breakfast else were.Would have liked coffee and tea in the rooms to go with the kitchen and kettle.

Ich glaube, ich werde nochmals kommen. Auch, wenn die Zimmer Renovierung benötigen.

Es war gut, dass das Zimmer eine kleine Küche hatte. Das Bett war für zwei breit genug, obwohl ich zwei Einzelbetten gebucht hatte. Ich fand die Steckdose mit europäischem System super!

Das Zimmer ist sehr alt und benötigt eine Renovierung. Die Toilette ist nicht für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Fenster waren auch alt.

Great location & place to stay.

Excellent location, lovely room.

The bathroom was an accessible bathroom. So furniture sink, were lower than normal. This was not made obvious to us on booking or when we checked in at reception. It was ok but would of preferred normal height sink etc. I think guests should be made aware of this so they can choose .

Good but expected more for the price

I liked the beds....but the rest of the place was not 4 or 5 stars - it needs some TLC, especially the bathrooms. Thought we paid a lot of money for a rather average hotel with not a lot on offer apart from the location.

Ubicación excelente

La ubicación excepcional, puedes ir andando a cualquiera de los lugares emblemáticos de Londres. Así mismo, coger el metro o el bus también es cómodo, pues hay paradas cerca. El acceso a café y leche (de vaca, de la real, no en polvo) a cualquier hora del día, es una buena idea (mis hijas tomaban un colacao por la noche todos los días).Es muy agradable la sala de estar del hotel, justo al lado de la recepción.

Los colchones del sofá cama son malos, muy finos y con muelles que se clavan en la espalda, por lo que tuvimos que dormir los 2 adultos y mis 2 hijas en la cama grande.

Would definitely stay again

A great welcome on arrival from very friendly guy, Edd. Bed was extremely comfy and our room was so quiet.

Bath/shower seemed narrow but I think that was because of the disabled bars attached to the wall. It was absolutely fine for one night. Shower was a good pressure.
