nothing I would like it. bad smells bad communication from the owner. also owner put ad says this place is 2695 sqft but it’s feel like less than 100. owner also put on the ad says there is a full kitchen, but there is no stove. how can a full kitchen has NO stove. the building is really old and out of shape. far from the beach. the owner has really mean communication. bad place. this place should be reported.

Location
Road noise was constant. Water damage to unit from previous leaks. Lack of crockery and cutlery
3.0 / 5.0
Proximity with the beach and good restaurants.
The room was not really like in the pictures. The floor was a little bit dirty and the building is a little bit old

When I arrived, it was the process of fixing a leaking toilet. I had to leave the room and look for another place for the night. No compensation or apology. Phone contact is not a valid email without a response.

Easy access to places by day. Near shops and sites
The elevators do not work properly. Many were complaining about that.

Na
Air conditioning so noisy intermittently woke you up so left off and boiled. Procedure for picking up and dropping off keys was difficult so much so that when we left keys in a secure drop off box as advised by security, host couldn’t find them. So they have charged US a FEE to replace them.. Parking costs outrageous.

The view. We are a brewery couple and we were so happy to see that Waikiki Brewing was right across the street. The view from our window was awesome as well. Our room was very nice clean and elegant.
The main lobby needs to be remodeled. The elevators hardly work and take forever. Our room key did not work half the time.

good
the key’s issue. the security gave hard time, the keys had to fix to work every day. Why?

A nice modern room with a comfortable bed and the possibility to make something to eat.
You should know that the room is on the eighth floor and that you can hear the traffic very loudly at night. There are many people who drive through the streets at night with loud music. The spotlights of the sports field across from the canal shine directly into the room and the curtains cannot completely darken the room. We couldn't sleep without a sleep mask and earplugs, which was a shame. In addition, we got stuck in elevator 6 and had to be freed after 15 minutes on floor 24 because he had skipped all the stops beforehand. You are not allowed to use the stairs ... the staff will point you out, even though they know the elevator is not working at the moment. Parking fees are too high and parking in the city is a disaster! Overall, we would have liked to have skipped Waikiki on the trip as we found the least Aloha here.

The shower/bathroom is super cute! Room was clean, easily accessible, our host was helpful and accommodating! Gave us good detailed instructions on check in/out and the room was well stocked the necessities! It’s a good location and central to Waikiki area! Lots of things to see around town and beautiful views all over!
The bed was really uncomfortable and there was a bit of a problem with ants any time we would cook or bring food back to the room.

Nice and clean
The bed needs more fixing , felt uneven and felt like it would fall apart any minute which wasn’t comfortable to sleep in

I liked the location, the room is exactly what is in the description
The mattress could be more comfortable. We had a problem with the door, we had to pass the card several times for the door to open and on the last day the card stopped working, but the security managed to fix it.

Location was great! Close to most everything you need- especially the beach. Also the studio w/ kitchenette worked out perfect for us.
Public Parking was expensive and it was very difficult to find street parking

No meals were included.
The staff at the desk were not fully informed of the availability of tour bookings. There were ample pots and pans but no stove to cook on.

Close to the area we wanted to hang out. Bright, airy and clean space. It had most everything that we needed.
Could have used a fee more amenities such as tissues, kitchen towels, a bath mat for outside the shower, wine opener.
