This property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a beautiful flat. The location is on the edge of the centre so easy to walk everywhere. It is affiliated with a hotel that has many great amenities.
The living room and outdoor furniture were old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything except utensils. The laundry machine is not in the flat and is in a room that is often left open to the outside. There was only one machine and it was not clean.

Lo amplio del apartamento y tenía de todo para estar una semana
Nada en especial

Fantastic flat in general with detailed facilities in reach.
There was here and there stuff needed to be cleaned e.g. the chairs on the balcony. The single bed wasn't nice to sleep on.

overall a comfortable stay, but a good 15 minute walk into town

Lovely bright and airy apartment with city views. Extremely quiet and very private. Great size and had almost everything we needed. Close to supermarket and train station. Great to have the Ibis next door to enjoy the bar, ping pong, lounge vibes restaurant and parking. Great to have use of the laundry on the ground floor. We stayed here for 1 month and it was the perfect base for everything we planned to do - home away from home.
Couldn’t quite work out how to make the oven work as a microwave but that wasn’t the end of the world.

Fabulous location within walking distance to the city centre and train station. Comfortable accommodation and the kitchen was very handy. The music soundbar was also appreciated.
It got a bit hot inside when all the doors/windows were shut, and when we had them open we got mosquitos inside. Not a huge problem though and we were staying over some hot days in summer.

Ubication, views, comfortable.
Not enough bed linens , we needed 6 and there were 5. We had to use the bed in the coach and It was a little dirty.

We had a great stay with 3 adults and 3 kids.
We loved the location just a nice walk into the centre from all angles.
The accommodation had a modern design and furniture. Comfortable beds. Loads of towels. The kitchen had all the facilities to cook for yourself and the market is just around the corner with all you could need - plus a GOOD coffee in the cafe downstairs… and cocktails too but I didn’t get to try those!
Train is super close, clean and really easy to use.. we took a day trip to Brussels and Bruges
When we arrived there were stained duvets and pillows which was pretty gross BUT the staff in the IBis were brilliant and very quick to bring new bedding. The bathroom drain was blocked with hair and needs cleaning.. hopefully they get good cleaners in to pick up the standard!

Good location, near to the city center. Separate Toilette room. Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher in the kitchen. Extra towels in the bathroom.
The furniture was kind of old and were not as nice as in the pictures. Also there was a windwow missing, so the room was not as nice and bright as in the pictures. Rooms could have been more cleaner. One pan was so old and damaged, it was not useable. Pots were missing.

Nothing
Separate toilets, one having shower only another having WC that is too small.
Rain shower is not working properly and needs fixing.
Shower trap seems blocked as doesn't drain water easily.
Toilet paper of a cheap quality.
Rooms are too small and living area is big.
Beds are very small that are not suitable for adults and really uncomfortable.
Sofa is uncomfortable and in bad condition.
No housekeeping service where we are suppose to mop the floors while we are on vacation.
All rooms and toilets are without locks.
AC cannot be controlled as it becomes really hot at night.
All chairs in the apartment are not comfortable.
No cutlery in the pantry.
No phone in the apartment to reach to reception.
Always had trouble with the garage keys that doesn't work

Good location - close to the train station, and grocery stores, and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Very nice views from the 4th floor, large balcony, plenty of storage. We had everything needed to cook a good meal, and plenty of utensils, plates, glasses etc. The apartment was always warm and the underfloor heating was nice. Plenty of storage. Good shower. The staff at the hotel reception were great!. Nice coffee place beside the apartment building.
The couch (sofa bed) was not comfortable to sit on. Our “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together - a gap opened between the beds regularly. A larger freezer drawer would have been useful.

The flats were lovely, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The views were stunning and it was a 15 mins walk into Gent. There was plenty of room for all of us.
The licks on the doors seemed impossible to open using the card system and this really did effect the whole holiday for everyone. If the locks had worked I would have given a 10.

a very nice decorated, luminous modern and cozy apartment very close to ghent centre(25 minutes on foot)
besides the cozy decoration, there were some crucial things missing when we entered the apartment:
Shampoo and hand soap bottles were almost empty and we had to ask for new ones. They refilled them the next day.
In the kitchen there were no forks, knives, spoons. We informed the reception about it and they were very surprised and asked us to search better. In the end, they told us that would bring some to room next day with the cleaning service. BUT! they never brought us . So after a long day at work, we start cooking but have to go again down to the reception and ask for spoons and forks.
In general, they were looking willing to help, but in real with no result.
Watch out with the 300 euros desposit they keep during your accomodation for damages.
Last but not least, the location may seem a bit dangerous for some, but we enjoyed a lot the arab/turkish neighborhood with delicious cheap food.

The view of the Ghent sky line is great and the large window and balcony ensure you can make the most of it. The apartment is very clean, well designed and comfortable. the 10 minute walk to the centre of Ghent makes is perfect for seeing the town.
We couldn’t open the front door and had to ask for help from the Ibis staff. After 4 days my son finally got the knack. The Ibis manager told us that after 4 years of this particular door system, it was being replaced in the near future.
Take your mosquito plug ins - we had a problem even in October.
The kitchen is adequately but not overly supplied. Just enough to cook steak and oven chips in the evening.

Modern interior, clean and functional
For self catering, it could have had some more equipment, such as tea towels and also some more crockery, as it does have a dishwasher, but it's not possible to use it as there is not enough crockery (e. g mugs, glasses) for more than one day.

The apartment is really big
Mosquitos… many and hungry

This large spacious apartment on the second floor was perfect for a family of four, or more if using the sofa bed. We found the apartment to be very clean, with plenty of clean towels and a well resourced kitchen area.
The location is perfect for hopping on the train to Bruges or Antwerp, with the train station just a 3 minute walk away. Ghent Centre is a 15 minute walk.
We found the apartment to be very quiet and thoroughly enjoyed making the most of the large balcony, complete with canal side views, during the early morning and evenings.
We stayed during a heatwave and as long as we kept curtains closed during the day and opened windows in the evening, the apartment didn't get too hot.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean.
We were charged twice for our stay. The correction that was done resulted in our being overcharged by about 60 euros. An email has been sent to the hotel to correct the overbilling.

We loved the huge space, clean rooms, the friendliness of the reception and the breakfast.
The downstairs trash should be cleaned more often. Also consider adding 1 more washer and dryer.
