Needs maintenance, good only for it’s location

Location across the main train station

- Staff wasn’t too accommodating, I had cancelled second night and we weren’t supposed to get charged, but they didn’t want to approve it until I called Booking.com. - Hotel was in much need of maintenance, bathroom light kept turning off, unpleasant smell in the room and TV not working. There was also an unplugged mini-fridge in the room that was taking up the already crammed space. - Elevator stopped between the floors so still had to carry suitcase up the stairs. - Hotel description said there’s a sauna but when asked, it turned out that there wasn’t.

Dies ist ein kleines Hotel, das einer Renovierung bedarf. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Er war unter dem Dach, es war etwas stickig. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, die jedoch über keine Küchengeräte verfügt. Nur ein Wasserkocher und Tassen. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und einen Haartrockner. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Service ist normal. Es schien uns, dass der Besitzer des Hotels sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant selbst arbeitet. Auf der Straße gegenüber dem Hotel können Sie gegen Gebühr parken; tagsüber ist das Parken kostenpflichtig.

Gezellig comfortabel hotel

Gezellige kamer met goed bed en waar je het raam tenminste kan opendoen en voorzien van een muggeraam.Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijke gastheer. Het ontbijt ziet er goed uit en ruikt lekker, jammer genoeg hadden we geen tijd om daar van te smullen. Alsook de menukaart ziet er goed uit. Zeker een aanrader.

really good location, close to the train station. There is a carrefour supermarket just nearby. You can reach the city centre in 20-30 minutes by foot. Rooms are clean, there is a tea/coffee in the room

Initially I booked the twin room, but they gave us double room. After my demand to change the room, they found twin room in another part of hotel. The breakfast is 15 euros per person

Great location for train.

Friendly staff. Great to have a restaurant on site and the nepalese food was lovely.. Coffee, tea and a jug provided in the room. A shutter to reduce street noise was great. Fantastic location for the train. The reception staff kindly informed me that the larger room I'd booked was above the restaurant area but a bachelors party was staying so might be noisy. We were then offered a smaller double room in the adjacent building.

Needed to still manage bags up stairs as lift only to certain levels. No air-conditioning, so room a little stuffy. The owners have provided a screen so can open the windows.

Disappointing

The only saving grace for this location was the price.

The main problem was that the room was quite cold. Even with the heating system working, we were concerned about getting sick. The view from the window was very bad, because we were looking at the rooftop.

The hotel is near the train station also you can arrive the city Center with tramway in 10 minutes.

Very small room and bathroom. At night there was some noise that is coming from the street and the train station.

Couldn’t stay.

Location is good, just across the railway station.

Reception staff were not so friendly and the whole place looks untidy and poorly organised. The hallways are dusty, cables hanging on the ceiling and not renovated in a while. The room looked ok even though for an unknown reason the fridge was left next to the side of the bed, but the windows were very dirty and not closing properly. We didn’t stay overnight because the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it’s so far away from what a three star hotel should look like.

i liked the location, it was in 5 mins on foot from the airport shuttle bus stop. the staff were friendly and helpful

there was no real heaters in the place.. some rollout heaters which wasn’t sufficient.. we had a cold and unpleasant stay! never again!

Definitely short in quality for a 3* hotel charging 94€ a night without breakfast

No wifi in the room, water pressure in the shower close to none, similar to showering under drops of rain. Despite my requests to improve the problems were not solved. For a 3 star hotel charging close to 100€ a night with no breakfasy this is unacceptable! In the end I was even charged 15€ for an very average breakfast when in 4 or 5* hotels you are charged 18€ with breakfast with Chefs cooking eggs at your choice. At least they could have had the decency to offer me breakfast but not even that! Totally unacceptable what was offered for the value paid!
