great location just check nothing happening opposite in the square as you will get little sleep

location of the property was great

music festival in the square opposite went on till 3am and few issues with things broken when we arrived at the property also socket on wall not fixed back , we were starting work at 5am with little sleep

Très belle expérience A recommander

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. Les lits étaient très confortables. La décoration est pétillante et douce, très agréable de vivre dans cette maison. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé les trappes surprises ! belle réactivité de notre hôte dans les échanges par mail, et quel accueil quand nous sommes arrivés avec un bouquet de roses, et de quoi boire et manger avec plaisir ! Merci beaucoup ! Je recommande !

Seul bémol, 1 WC pour 8 personnes, qui plus est dans la seule salle de bain...mais avec une bonne organisation, ça se déroule sans accrocs !

Lovely house , lovely location

The host provided a welcome bottle of frenetic, and a locally produced cake as a welcome, which was lovely. As I had arranged this stay for my parents 50th golden wedding anniversary. The house interior design is lovely. The location is super just under a mile out of Brighton centre, which was perfect for us to be out of the hustle and bustle all the time. The beds were very comfortable. The house design was unique and interesting . The rooms were beautiful. The optional extras like toilet roll, milk and tea, and coffee, including caffiterre coffee, are brilliant. The towels were in plenty supply. All in all, you can't fault this place it would be a super break. Highly recommended for any furniture people hoping to stay. The host offered to help find me a payable parking space, which was super, and I had speedy flexible booking in time and knky jad to give an hours notice.. Brilliant. I would say go on book it. If your looking for a nrighton stay.

This is really just for information purposes and not really a negative at all but more of a useful note for others where mixed ability guests apply: The stars at the top of the house for the loft room were very steep. There was only one bathroom which included a toilet which was on the 2nd floor whoxh i was surprised that you had to climb two floors to get to a toilet. Although other people who know the area may just know this. . Which for the group of people I brought was for us specifically a nightmare. So i think on reading facilities I read information as a bathroom and a toilet listed separately under facilties as of february 23. I didn't realise that there was only one toilet and that this was on the upper 2nd floor until it was too late to cancel. So I suppose I would just have wished the booking contained this information in a clearly stated way as this may have helped me. As I read this, it has a bathroom and a toilet.... listed speratley, although it's a toilet in a bathroom, so I was just open to perhaps jntrroretaion. The lingerie seating is also very low to the floor, which indidnt realise from the pictures until I was there, which was challenging again for my group.

Perfect location, spacious house, all facilities

The location was perfect in the midst of some really nice restaurants and close enough to all the attactions of Brighton. We met Xavier two times and had some nice chats with him. He gave us some tips on things to do which we liked a lot. He was also very accomodating to our needs.

Superb

The house is beautiful and Xavier was very friendly and accommodating! We were able to bring our little dog with us who also really enjoyed the holiday. The living room is great to hang out in, and the kitchen is well equipped. We’ll be back!

A toilet on the ground floor would be practical, otherwise everything was really great! That being said, we were 7 people staying at the house and managed fine with the one bathroom, it’s just a bit of a trek up two flights of stairs - but not a reason not stay at the house. Also the room right at the top used to be an attic so isn’t great for asthmatics, just FYI!

A short family break to walk, chat and reminisce. We strolled to Brighton one day and Hove the next, ate local takeaways

Would definitely re-book next time we have work in Brighton

Xavier was lovely. It was easy to message him about arrival times and he was at the property to meet us when we arrived. We were in a bit of a rush to get to our conference or we would have chatted longer and admired the house with him. He kindly organised parking for us for 2 cars very close to the property. There were some lovely flowers on the table and tea, coffee and biscuits, the kitchen was well stocked etc. We really didn't have to bring everything that we did. Our 2 little doggies were made very welcome. Unlike most holiday lets, it has a real homely feel with nic nacs, rugs, pictures and cushions, you can tell it was Xavier's home and that he still cares about it.

It's a trek to the top floor for the only bathroom. If it were my property, I would try and squeeze a second loo & washbasin in somewhere and I would give the bathroom a bit of a makeover, but that's just me............It's still really lovely.

fab bolt hole for groups

bright and airy and ideally located near to the beach and not too far from the town centre. the terrace was lovely to sit out on.

a single bathroom for a group of 8 meant being patient and organised with showers!

Perfect stay

Our stay was perfect for our group. Very apacious and the rooms were lovely. Perfect location and just round the corner from the southern and their legendary sunday roast. Xavier was the host.

Exceptional

The host Xavier was very nice and met me at the house to show me how everything works. Also left a lovely present for us. The house is lovely and clean and close to the centre within walking distance of many facilities and shops

Loved everything. Bathroom was great size. I think a small washroom downstairs will add a lot more to the experience. But in all, very good

Location is amazing since near beach and kiddie end. House has all the facilities needed, hosts are very accommodating. Welcomed a dog and had all high chairs and travel cotts needed for 2 small babies! Honestly one of the best places I've stayed in as felt like home

Great property, had a good stay

Lovely house, clean, spacious, very close to the sea. Loved the stay. Great hosts. If traveling by car, need to park outside of the residence, but had full support from the owners throughout. very helpful, would recommend

Exceptional

Great location, near to the sea front and a short walk to more of the lively areas! Lovely house with everything you need - hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We hope to go back and visit again!

As with most of Brighton we had to pay for parking for the duration of our stay but that wasn't too difficult and NCP car park near by as well as some 'Just Park' spaces but just need to factor in your stay.

Home from home in Hove

We loved everything about our holiday home. Plenty of room for us all- me, my mum, teenagers and our dog Great location, near dog friendly beach and Hove lawns. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Roberta and Xavier were great hosts

No garden or outdoor space, but a fab roof terrace for sundowners!
