Ottima esperienza.

Alessandro is a real nice person, helpful, kind and ready to solve any issues. For us he managed to “squeeze” our motorcycle in the private parking even if we didn’t manage to contact him in advance to make a reservation for it. The BnB is well organized, clean and in a excellent location to visit everything on foot. Breakfast is fresh (typical sweet palermitano options).
A bit small shower and no protein based breakfast

We liked breakfast. It was good.
Need to make bigger sign to notice the hotel in the street who are coming first time.

Alessandro was a perfect host! He was extremely kind and gave me some great recommendations. He also bought soy milk for the breakfast which was very appreciated. The room was comfy and overall the place was very clean and very nice. The location was also very good :)
The building was a bit noisy early in the morning but I didn’t care very much as I woke up early to explore the city.

Breakfast was superb (fresh from a local bakery, huge, and I strongly suggest you make requests. The pizza is godsend for a hangover). Fridge was well stocked and freely accessible, and there is always food and coffee in the kitchen. Felt like your own flat rather than a restrictive hotel, really lovely.
Place was beautiful, locks and keys were very good (easy to use and remember, somehow), bed was soft and comfy, room was lovely, large, clean, well equipped.
Marco and his mother (I presume) are warm hearted people who when present were an absolute pleasure.
Location is quite nice, and it was lovely walking in a straight line under the beacon that is Porta Neuva from Quatro Canti.
Generally an excellent stay. I cannot recommend this place enough.
To preface this, I did not inform them of my time of arrival, so they get a pass on me. But to explain the check-in process, Sicily has terrible data coverage, very few people speak English, and it is more rare to have readily accessible wifi. The hosts were not there, and they did not inform the apartment clerk of any way to let me into the hotel, as far as I could see. Between finding somewhere with data and the time it took for them to arrive I was waiting about an hour at the door. I didn't tell them my ETA, fine, but they were also away for the other two guests. I stress this was a minor issue for an excellent bed and breakfast and lovely stay of very high quality. I suppose the best criticism is that the hosts weren't there enough but it is a critcism just the same. I hope they can find some way to insure against being absent upon tenant arrival, because it otherwise was one of the best and best value stays I've ever had.

everything is clean, comfortable so I had a comfortable sleep. The owner made the extra effort to go get a non dairy milk for me.
I had to rush in the morning and the lady of the house packed for me a banana and a peaches to go.
I’ll never forget the smile she gave me when I left…her kindness was shinning through and transmitted something so incredibly human. grazie e salutami la Signora, Marcello!

hospitability if owner around & clean facility
1) Parking is mission impossible - be aware if you arrive by car.
2) it is about one flat with 3-4 rooms to rent. if the others arrive at 1.30 am, you wont sleep for sure.
3) breakfast table is set for 8 persons. if the others get up earlier, you have to make the table tidy if you want to sit down. there is no one around.

The property is located 10 min walk from the centre, so the location was great. It was clean and cosy. The owner was very helpful and provided us with some useful tips for visiting Palermo. I recommend the place and I would consider going there again. Good value.
The breakfast was nothing special consisting of packed food. Although we could choose from many different items. A bit of fresh fruits/ non packed items would have been nicer. It’s a pity, a bit due to covid a bit because of the mentality of the people so many things are served/ packed in plastic in Sicily (in general).

Excellent location near Porta Nova with a parking spot. Alessandro is very helpful and ready to give you information about the city. Big and comfortable room.
Breakfast could include more salty options. Not everyone is keen on the typical sweet Italian breakfast. The B&B itself is beautiful and recently refurbished but the neighborhood is a little bit rundown.

Great host, very clean and tidy rooms.
We had a very pleasant stay with Alex.
If you can, follow his advice on restaurants, both of his suggestions were great!
