The location is great. The hotel was fairly new so decor is not high end, but fresh and clean. The foh staff were warm.
The studios are too small for comfort for more than a weekend. Insufficient space to move around with 2 occupants No cleaning service - we had to ask for linen and rubbish removal etc on day 5. No aircon and noisy if a window is open. No wardrobe to store clothes - 5 pegs on the wall - no-one's shirts should feature as an art installation. Overall, not good value - although it was a busy time in Dublin when we visited

The decor feels like college accommodation.

The room was small but okay.
Booking.com selling me an air-conditioned room when it was not. The hotel does not advertise air-conditioning. Result: Open window. Consequences: Late night shouting and screaming by passersby; astonishing really. Early morning garbage collection. Oh, and screeching seagulls. Thanks Booking.com. A rebate would be appreciated.

Staycity was one of my favorite stays of my trip! The staff was extremely accommodating. They were especially helpful because I left something in my hotel room, and they’re shipping it to me! The room was also extremely clean, and it was amazing to have a working kitchen.
I loved everything!

Location was great and rooms were accommodating and comfortable.
Cigarette smoke kept coming through our window during the night. One of our rooms was a little stuffy b/c the window didn’t open.

Nice little studio with everything you need in the heart of Dublin.
The bed was huge and very very comfortable, and the room was quiet.
We used the kitchenette, everything was quite new and modern.
The staff at reception were very nice.
I only missed some teatowels or kitchen paper to use in the kitchen, you don't travel with that and for 2 nights you're not going to buy that.
Supermarkets are a bit far.
Everything else was fantastic.

No air condition and street noise. Very limited space in room.

Great location, lovely apartment that had everything we needed, including a small kitchen. Comfy bed, and good shower too. Would definitely stay here again.
The only thing was the heating set up... it was 25.5 degrees in our room, we couldn't get the system to turn down, so turned it off, and opened a window to let a breeze in, which worked.

Great location near the centre of Dublin, walking distance to everything you would want to see and do (mainly the amazing pubs!). Handy little kitchen area with everything you would want to make breakfast and save a few euro. Table and chairs to eat at. Good-sized bathroom with excellent shower - normal shower head as well as overhead rainfall shower. Huge, comfortable bed. Friendly, approachable staff who would help with any request. Highly recommended.
Only slight quibble was that one of us (me!) had to commando-crawl across the bed to get to the side by the wall, or if you want anything from the shelves on that side. And we struggled to sort out the heating and it was consequently very warm in the room, though they provide a top of the range floor fan. But that was probably our fault. And they could do with some basic instructions for how to use the hob/oven etc, but staff were very helpful when we asked. Oh, and the pillows were a bit solid, but I find that's the case in all such places.

Very well located.
Room very poorly isolated from noise from other rooms.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the location, as it was ideal for walking into the city, shops nearby and so close to Dublin Castle and St Patrick's Cathedral, both of which we visited.
We liked everything about this accommodation, the layout, the facilities, the view from the top floor and the security aspect of the building and the apartment itself. It was a bonus that there was very little noise.

I have to say the front desk staff really make the place. All of them were so lovely and welcoming. Absolutely top marks to those girls. also the room was perfect for us and location too.

The staff was absolutely awesome. I feel they went above and beyond helpful. They treated more like friends than "guests".
The laundry facilities are not that great but that is not a deal breaker. Make sure you bring your own laundry soap and sheets.

great staff - my partner emailed to let them know we were travelling for my birthday and they decorated the room with balloons and a banner and left us a bottle of Prosecco. Good hotel for a short stay!
nothing, everything met our expectations :)

We loved the food and activity recommendations from the staff who were all lovely and super helpful! They organized early check in for us which was such a great surprise. The beds are very comfortable, room temperature was steady, had no use for the extra heaters or fans and the windows block out any sound coming from the roads. Overall a perfect cozy place to come back to after the day of exploring!
