One of best appartment ifor a family stay

Excellent location, what an apartment..3 excellent bedroom, 3 bathrooms..huge balcony, an equipped kitchen with great dining and living area...overall perfect. One of my best apartment stays . Easy automated check-in and responsive host, always promptly replying to my query

Well, everything was great...but some improvement points a) water pressure for hot water was slightly less b) with such a great apartment, there should be a dish washer

Everything was great bar the smell from the bathroom and 1 of the bedrooms the bed was not made up .

It was so central to everything.

The minute I opened the door there was a very very bad smell from the bathroom.

My ideal choice of stay whenever i’m visiting Venice or looking for a calm beach holiday.

The Host kept us informed all the way until we reached the apartment. We got all the necessary information about directions and how to check-in at the property that was easy to follow. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and has all the facilities that one needs on a daily basis. Everything was sanitised and perfect. The location is wonderful, a stone’s throw from nearest bus stop, just a few minutes walk to the Vaporetto stop or the centre of the island. And also a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach on the other side of the island. The neighbourhood is calm and clean, mostly inhabited by locals. The apartment sits right by a canal on a corner, so it’s also beautiful to either enjoy a cuppa or share a bottle of wine with someone on the balcony by the water. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach and also close to Venice, and want to live somewhere not surrounded by tourists, it can’t get better than this place. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts. Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful time.

Excellent location very close to the main street, to the beach, and to the Vaporetto station. Bakery with fresh bread and pastries, veg store, the fresh fish selling point, and several supermarkets are all within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is clean and very spacious with a terrace all around it which allows outdoor meals and offers a wonderful view. Also, you can enjoy the sound of the sea sitting on the terrace in the evening. The apartment is equipped with facilities you may need during your stay. There is a coffeemaker, kettle, pots and pans, tableware, cutlery, glasses, serviettes, and even candles to create a romantic atmosphere. All three bathrooms have hairdryers, and hair and body shampoos. There are also plenty of towels. For your clothing, there are spacious wardrobes with hangers, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.

There was nothing we didn't like. The apartment exceeded our expectations

great location. Not far from ferry, beach, town centre, or where the Venice film festival will take

I had missed an email. But I followed the Booking.com email I had earlier received. This was responded to by Simone (not Deborah as Booking.com said - maybe needs to be updated). He gave me a link to the instructions to get into the apartment, and retrieve the keys. This was easy as we also arrived earlier than the standard times set. So the automatic access to access the keys was set for the arrival time w indicated.

There are a lot of facilities in the apartment - wifi, with Netflix access, washing machine, and induction hob. The service to clients could be improved by an information booklet on the use of some of the facilities. For example, not used to an induction hob our use of it was trial and error. There was a useful shopping trolly which we found accidentally. We use the washing machine but the position of it makes access to the draw to put washing powder in very difficult. Condensers had not been added to the aircon so we were asked to empty the buckets so that they did not overflow onto the flat below. We understand that there had been legal action between the company and the occupants below. We arrived back one night around 1000 to find no power. I had to send a text to Simone on a Friday night. The trips switches in the apartment were in the correct position, but he had to advise us to find the master trip switch in the basement. A neighbour noticed us there and assisted us to sort this out. If the flat had an information leaflet that included pictures of the trip switches, and the set in the basement, like the pictures sent on how to access the keys, it would improve information and ease of sorting out problems for future clients.
