Superb

Palazzo Experimental is simply amazing. All the decor was carefully thought and the exterior patio is so calm and beautiful. The staff was always attentive and friendly. The room was super comfortable, clean and with several amenities. The breakfast was delicious! We couldn’t recommend more and we’ll return here for sure.

3 days of Venice paradise

Everything was beyond expectations. Location, staff, food. I travel quite a lot and have seen a lot. But this one will definitely become one of my top 10 favorite hotels in the world. The design of the space by Dorothee Meilichzon is really fabulous.

Beautiful, cool hotel...still needs some fine tuning...

Beautiful, cool design in an amazing building. My room was a tight squeeze but was probably one of the bigger ones, had very high ceilings. Bar and drinks are obviously great, that's the concept. Loved the premixed drinks in the minibar and loved the view on the water with the balcony!!! I would come here again, it's very unique.

Staff I dealt with was sloppy and useless, to the point that I got very irritated. They really need better training in terms of presentation and efficiency. I speak only from the check in and reception experience and restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast order was all mixed up, asking for an order before providing menus then disappearing for a long while while missing half of it. In the morning I called 3 times for an ironing board and an hour later I went downstairs to try to get it myself... not the best way to wake up!

Lovely stay in a charming hotel!

It was extremely handicap accessible. I was in a wheelchair and this is probably the most handicap accessible property in all of Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and staff was pleasant and very helpful.

The hotel was beautiful with a nice decor and an inviting, cozy restaurant, stunning hallway view of the water and back garden area. Our room was small but quiet with a lovely view of the garden. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the shower was incredible!

The room was a little smaller than anticipated, and the closet space for suitcases and clothes was really limited to one person instead of two.

This is such a stunning hotel. The room was my favorite out of all the cities we visited in Italy on our honeymoon. The staff, breakfast, bar, room design and location were absolutely perfect. I would have stayed our whole vacation if I had know about this gem.

Lovely views and a lot of walking

The view, the quietness of the room (top floor) and the size of the room. Breakfast at EUR20.00 is worse it. Location is great but would recommend a 1-2 or 3 day ferry pass if you do not like walking. Overall impression nice but may be a bit too pricey at the end.

The staff (reception - breakfast)was a little grumpy and severe. Watch out for the bedside lamps which are sticking out quite a lot. My partner hit her head twice. I forgot my Hermes perfume but nobody called me to let me know. Luckily we stayed one more night somewhere else, so I realised it on time. I think if you are paying EUR800,....... a night one would expect a better service.

Good!

Nice hotel. Rooms are small and no view. Breakfast is nice, lots of options and fresh products. We loved the hotel’s location as it is just off the tourists traps in Venice. It’s in a bit quieter area, 10min walk to all the tourists attractions.
