This was an excellent spot for our family reunion. We had family coming from as far as Washington/Oregon and Ohio. This was a great location for everyone to come together and relax and spend time together and also see some of the beautify of our country.
I will note when we reserved the house the capacity was slightly different than the current allowable. We worked through it and it did not impact our stay.
Matt the manager was great and very attentive to our needs.
Without a doubt, we would stay here again!

Excellent place for family reunion! We had two houses and they were both clean, well equipped and spacious. Matthew was easy to get ahold of, always had a smile on his face and attentive to our needs. Occasionally just stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and that we were having a good time! The house was nestled in a beautiful quiet little valley close to hill city. Walking distance to trail rides and horses all around. Shout out to the wranglers at Country Hill Estates stables who were fun, friendly and knowledgeable of the area! Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend!!! The wi-fi and cell service were poor but I’d consider this a bonus as it kept people off their phones. However one of us had to get on an online course and was able to.

Beautiful home and scenery! The property manager was very friendly and helpful. One of the best part for my family was watching and feeding the horses that ran past everyday. I would recommend the property to all my friends and family.

If you need to unplug from the daily grind, this cabin is the ultimate getaway!!! A beautiful scenery and a host that ensures you have everything that you need!
The cabin is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals in the kitchen and has a gas grill as well. Plenty of room to eat inside(2 huge tables) or outside(picnic tables on the deck), whatever you prefer.
We had a wintery stay with snow (some of the biggest flakes I've ever seen)and rain so we didn't get to use the firepit but it would be ideal and there are chairs and picnic tables for larger groups.
We didn't have the greatest cell service or internet but we entertained ourselves with many games and movies that were provided in the cabin! For people who are on phones, computers, etc, everyday, it was nice to unplug and enjoy quiet time reading, watching movies and playing games. It allowed us to connect on a level that our every day lives do not.😉
The cabin is also located close to all the attractions, everything is within a 15-30 mile radius which was amazing! There are many great restaurants and stores in Hill City as well!
Definitely an amazing spot no matter the size of your group! We definitely want to visit again and highly recommend these cabins and this host! Thank you, Matthew for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth with us! God Bless!

Lots of room and yet still cozy. Sat in the hot tub and watched the deer wall through the yard.

Property has everything you need for a great vacation. Beautiful and nice location to the attractions we wanted to see. We traveled with 3 families and each of us had our own floor and bathroom which was nice ! We would come back again if we plan another trip to the hills ! Owner is good with communication which is greatly appreciated! Thanks for a great stay.

The property was great for our ATV trip to the Black Hills. Lots of room for our group of 11 with 7 bedrooms. Mathew was an excellent host and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed!

Right off the Mickelson Trail and in the heart of the Black Hills. Matthew was very attentive to our needs before & during our stay. The cabin doesn’t have a washer/dryer but if needed, he would bring up extra towels, bedding, etc. Plenty of room for our entire group!

This property is in the perfect location for my friends and I to jump right on a ton of great trails! It was the perfect size for our large group and the ladies loved that there was 3 full bathrooms! Matt was very helpful all along the way!

This is a great house in a perfect location for a Black Hills vacation. We were on our way home from 6 nights in Yellowstone and stayed here to break up the drive back to Minnesota and toured Custer State Park again. It just happened to be the Sturgis rally week so it wasn't an ideal tour of the state park (won't make that mistake again). But the property we rented and the property manager Matthew was excellent. We'll for sure be back.

This cabin was very clean and spacious. We had 14 people total and had plenty of room. The location is also wonderful - close to Hill City but plenty of privacy and scenery. The big yard was a huge plus for the kids and we enjoyed having a fire too. The property manager, Matthew was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place. We will be back for our next Black Hills family reunion.

We love finding houses that can accommodate our family - Nana, Papa, 3 adult children, their spouses and kids. A total of 15 people.
This Black Hills cabin was perfect. Plenty of room and manager Matt went above and beyond standard service. If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay again.

property seemed a little dated compared to the photos, but it was nice. We would definitely book again. The hose outside made it nice to clean out our radiators after a long day riding the dusty trails. No washer and dryer - so plan for that. Kitchen was pretty well equipped but no 9x13 baking pan.

This house is a great place in a quite part of South Dakota. It is approximately 10 minutes into the forest from Hill City. We used it as a "Basecamp" while we visited Mount Rushmore, Jewel and Wind Cave, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Wall, The Badlands, Deadwood, and Devils Tower. The property management was kind, helpful and responsive. The house was clean and cozy. The hot tub was great and the fire pit was a hit. Be aware...NO WASHER AND DRYER and THE CELL RECEPTION AND WIFI ARE ALMOST NON-EXISTENT. Also, as with most "cabins". The floors are very creaky at night and you can hear every toilet flush and shower being taken. Five ⭐'s. We will be back!

House was as listed and had good room for 3 generations of family. Everything provide so only needed food and our clothing.
Right on the Mickelson trail. Weather could have been better but not the fault of the property. Would rent again.

This was a great house for our family Christmas. The living area and kitchen is a bit small for all the people we had. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 floors which is nice. The house and its furnishings are a bit dated. There are not a lot of utensils for cooking and gas grill is in need of repair. Matt was always there to help me other anything we asked. The hot tub was enjoyed by adults and children. It would be a great place in the summer because there is lots of space to enjoy the outdoors around the cabin and the Mickelson trail is right out the front door!

We all were just amazed at the house and everything. Even the drive thru the countryside to the house was great. Made some great retirement party photos. I'm sure the summertime stay would over the top fun for everyone. We would recommend to anyone.
