The location was good. Virtually everything we needed was provided. The cottage was cozy and comfortable
The sofa bed mattress was too thin for my preference. It would have been good to have salt and pepper provided and the heating on an hour prior to our known arrival time, as it was cold at first.

Location
The smell of damp, and cleanliness wasn't great., left day early

Lovely location, very clean and cosy

Beautiful views and lovely hosts, would stay again. Relatively clean, able to take beautiful photos for 10 year anniversary.
Loved the chickens and alpacas. Other activities available however we only stayed for a photoshoot so perhaps next time can try the workshops.
Great local areas for fresh eggs and milk however unsure of where or if we could enter or not.
Plenty of clean towels and kitchen had all the basics we needed, including cleaning stuff. Plates and cutlery clean however not everything.
Messy outside, location entrance incorrect on Google maps.
Ovenware needs to be checked and pots as they were dirty. Vacuum was almost full so was unable to hoover properly.

The cottage was lovely
Supposed to be dog friendly yet no secure place for dogs

Everything was good and superior

Friendly welcome, good equipment
We had to pay for a dog š but we don't have one. It seemed to be expected that we would bring one!

It was nice to come and go as we pleased, it was self catering. Loved the chickens and Llamas on the farm.

Lovely little cottage, great for our family of 4, close enough to local amenities, hour from the beach (Aberdovey) lovely family and cute alpacas.
Only dislike was the sofa bed wasn't that comfortable but not to bad.

Perfect location for our trip. The cottage is in a lovely location with great views over the surrounding countryside. We loved seeing the alpacas on the farm and Helen and Graham were friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished.

Nothing. We didn't even unpack the car. The place was rank, dirty and smelly. There was no way we were going to spend a night there let alone 3. Really poor and nowhere near good enough.
Nothing. The cottage had a damp and stale smell. It was dirty and unkempt. Poorly maintained. Beds and bedding smelt and there were hairs on the sheets. Awful standard.

Helen and Graham's hospitality was exceptional and all the little details in the cottage were a great touch.
Although the cottage is very sweet it could do with a bit of TLC. Lots of mould around the windows, there was only a hand held shower that could either be freezing cold or too hot to use. The cleanliness could be a bit better as we noticed lots of dust, smeared mirrors and dirty kitchen cupboards. Overall it was a very lovely stay but would love to return if these points were rectified.

Location was great for our purposes and to get into mid/north wales it is is ideally situated. The facilities were great and an absolutely fantastic surrounding with hens and alpacas

Lovely rural location, clean, fully equipped and furnished. Private parking and good WIFI ( no mobile signal .. ). Owners friendly and helpful.
Cottage is a bit tired looking and furniture is well used. Nothing inherently wrong about the place and perfectly adequate for a short holiday. Would not put anyone off but not one we are likely to return to.

The cottage was absolutely amazing, for the first time we could let the dog out and relax with the enclosed garden. The place was so clean with everything you could need inside. The views were lovely .We had the most amazing time.

The cottage was lovely and clean and had everything we needed to cook etc.
The hosts were lovely and friendly and we loved meeting the animals on site, especially Molly (the dog) and the alpacas.
Thereās no real shower. There is a shower head but only allows you to use cold or boiling hot, as soon as you try and turn cold on it goes freezing cold.
3.5
The location was lovely with walks from the door. Molly the dog was very friendly and you could watch the Alpacas. The owners were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the heater in the bedroom was not working so it was a bit chilly but bearable. It was going to be fixed though.
4.5
Great little value for money cottage in a quiet, rural location. Hosts are friendly and accommodating without being intrusive with being so close by.
This is our second stay here and will definitely book again if returning to the area.
Other than the heater not working in the bedroom - nothing.
