a 6000 Square foot house located right on Rancho San Rafael Park. One minute from downtown Reno. Equipped with a pool table, Ping pong table, shuffleboard, and foosball table. The house has a wet bar and a gym. If you and your guests do not feel like driving, there is a limo service available. It is a great way to enjoy the park and the river walk. The game room is an absolute hit. Equipped with a fire table and barbecue. equipped with a quaint backyard.

Selected Reno for a family 40th Birthday Party and the house worked nicely for the get together. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space for everyone. A little disappointed the a/c was not working and we were using a swamp cooler which helped but was not coolest it could have been in such hot weather. It did cool down the last night and we were able to enjoy the yard and all its fountains and lights.

The Murphy house was a perfect place for my family to stay and enjoy our time together. Peter our host was the most thank you so much Peter for being a great host. Looking forward to our next family reunion and staying again at the Murphy house. It was beautiful.😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

First of all, communication with Pete was easy and thorough. He was available to answer all questions I had before our stay. The house is amazing. Super clean, and the layout is amazing for larger families who are looking for a place to all be together. The basement game room is absolutely a blast. But if kids and gaming get too loud the upstairs gourmet kitchen and seating areas to watch football and visit are bar none. I can’t say enough about the property and what it provides to visit with family. My entire extended family could not stop talking about what a great visit it was. It would have been impossible to have such an intimate visit in a hotel with separate rooms. I am already planning another trip to the Murphy house for my sons graduation from UNR this spring. 5 stars on every aspect!! I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation. Thanks again!!!

Wonderful experience. We stayed here for our daughters graduation from UNR. Great location. Came back and had a nice lunch we had catered. Would highly recommend this place!

Everything about this place made our stay very very enjoyable. The house was amazing. A lot of room for everyone to enjoy. Honestly the pictures of the house help but do not show how great the house really is. The home owner Pete was very helpful and sent me a text daily just to make sure everything was going alright and too see if we needed anything. Our group has already decided that if the house is available in 3 years when we return we are staying here again!

The coolest owners I've met to date when renting, everything was as advertised and more. The game room is where we spent the majority of our time. The property is awesome and the house is huge as there was 10 of us with plenty of more room to spare. Literally blocks from the casinos and yes I'll be staying here again.

Our lab group stayed at Murphy's Fun House and had an absolute blast! Lots of space to accommodate everyone, and the game room made it such a fun time. We will definitely be back in the future!

We had such a fun stay here. The house was perfect for 11 people, we had more than enough room. The game room was amazing and everyone had such a good time. House location was perfect we enjoyed going to the casinos and snowboarding, but enjoyed the house even more.

If you are looking for a place in Reno LOOK NO FURTHER! We have done VRBO multiple times and the one thing I will say is this place is the best and the pictures don’t Truly do it justice. From the games, the fridges, the outdoor lounge areas to all of the bedrooms for everyone to have their space is amazing. And I will finish with this there is not a Host out there better than Pete! Communication is key but he truly wants you to have a great time and will make sure you do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and look forward to staying here again! Thanks Pete!

Rented this spot with a group of 15 friends, We had a great time at this spot! Tons of games, distance from the neighbors, comfortable beds, helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot for your next Reno trip!

What a great time of the year to spend, at a great home, in a wonderful city. This home literally exceeded our expectations with all the amenities we could ask for, especially we loved the game and bar room in the basement. Pete is definitely a 5-star host, very deligent, thorough and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe (doesn't mean that you have to be quiet and if you need to be loud you have the game room in the basement). The place is just a mile away from the casinoes. We are a group of 5 families with lot of kids, and each and everyone (including our 2yrs old) enjoyed the stay the most. Pete's home is definitely in my top 5 list and I am really looking forward to our future stay at this place .. Very strongly recommend!!

To start off I want to say Pete was great. He took time to give us a tour of the home & checked in on us via text the following day. The house it’s self was so perfect for our large group. This was a meeting point for family members from Idaho and central California. We were celebrating 2 family members bdays. There were a total of 12 of us with ages ranging from 17 to 74. This house easily accommodated all of us. The house had plenary of space and rooms to keep us all comfortable. The game room was so fun & so entertaining we didn’t even make it to the casinos. Everything we needed for our family gathering was right there at this property. Rent this house for your gathering you will not be disappointed.

The property was accurately described in the listing. We stayed here for a long weekend for the UNR graduation. The game room had plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. It was the perfect place to come back to after the ceremony to hang out with our family and friends.

Pete’s place is great. I went to Reno with 4 buddies, and Pete’s house was perfect. Large and comfortable space, very comfortable beds, 4 bathrooms, and the game room downstairs is awesome. The game room is definitely one of the things that makes this place special if you’re going to be spending time socializing as a group. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this house for my husband to celebrate his 40th birthday with his buddies and they had an absolute blast! They never felt the need to leave the house because the game room and bar downstairs was so much fun! The house was very clean and had everything they needed. The owner Pete went above and beyond to make himself available for questions and even shipped a personal item left behind for us! Definitely recommend Murphy’s Game House - great all around experience! Thanks Pete =)

Peter's house is, by far, the best I have stayed in. It is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do NOT do it justice. Peter was the perfect host. He checked in (via text) occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely be booking it again for our next Reno trip.

As a family with 6 kids that are mostly adults now, Covid has been a rough time not being able to get together which is our favorite things to do. This house was just perfect for our family. We had a mini family reunion and would have been just fine if we never left the house one time. The kids went skiing in Tahoe one day and were still home in time to enjoy the rest of the evening together. The house is beautiful, spotless clean and had every amenity we needed. We will definitely be back. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and the property manager is terrific!!!

5 of us stayed in house for 3 days to watch football playoffs and take trips to Reno Casinos. House very clean and comfortable.... multiple rooms with bathroom, in addition to very spacious kitchen, family room and game room. Very easy and friendly check in / out. Only 10 minutes to casinos.
