This property was perfect for my large family, plenty of beds and bathrooms, large living / kitchen area. Only problem was the tall people in the family kept hitting their heads on the top kitchen cupboards.

Comfortable giant cabin
We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin is great for a large group. Reading reviews, I thought it wouldn't be very well stocked. It had everything we needed but hot mittens. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Just doesn't have things like foil, plastic wrap. The cabin had a porta crib, high chair, baby bath, fans. My only glitch was my own dumb mistake of writing down the business address and not the cabin address but there is a phone system there so I was able to get the actual address. Very happy with our stay.

Loved it but needs a lot of improvement
Pros: Amazing location, beautiful house, lots of towels, huge living room, fire place. Cons: not very clean, very few amenities, some were even broken. No WiFi, (could be good or bad). We stayed in the winter. The house had zero throw blankets to use in the living room we found one which had food all of over it. At night time heater use isn’t good for people with chronic allergies and sinus issues, but the beds had 1 thin blanket each and not much to keep us warm. The master bathroom’s toilet as well as the door lock is broken, I saw this in the previous reviews too, but one would think that it would be fixed after a customer has reported it. Kitchen drawers were all broken, we are handy we even fixed some while we were there. This house is for 10 it accommodated all of us but when there is 10 of you trash adds up, the heavy trash containers seem to fill up rather quickly and aren’t big enough a whole weekend. The kitchen lacked basic necessities, isn’t fully equipped for families who like to cook.

Perfect location for Yosemite and very spacious home
We had a great stay. It was nice to have so much space and it was nice to be so close (25-30 mins drive) to our Yosemite destinations. Some things in the house are dated and would benefit from a refresh but it served our purposes very well.
We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony as the evening breeze kicked in. The propane grill worked out very well. It was very quiet and peaceful in the evening.
Please note that there is no air conditioning or wifi. We also got little to no AT&T and Verizon wireless was weak and slow but functional. We did get spotty cell phone coverage on the road and in the park. We did not miss the AC as the open windows and fans worked for us even for our August stay.
The dishwasher needed some attention but I brought that up to the management company.
We would certainly stay here again.

GREAT RENTAL
Large family room. A lot of parking. So close to everything in the park. 30 min to the Valley, to Glacier Point and to Wawona. Would definitely rent this place again

Just okay.
We found the property spacious but lacking basic supplies. For example, used kitchen sponge. Only two dishwasher soaps, a half used roll of toilet paper in one bathroom - no extra. No tissue. No oven mitts and no foil or the like. I have stayed in many rental properties throughout the country and this one was not well stocked. After a large dinner we went to take out the trash but the trash can said we couldn’t put trash in the can until morning so we brought it back inside and the next morning it was chewed open and the table cloth was askew. We had to start the dish washer three times before it finally ran. The outdoor table was covered with pollin. We tried to clean it but we did not have any cleaning products. So even though the outdoor table was spaces with a lovely view. It was unuseable.

Great place to stay in Yosemite
The house was great in location to Yosemite Valley. It had all the things you would need to stay a few days and eat and enjoy time in the valley. It worked for what we needed. The description is incorrect though in saying the bedroom on the top floor has 2 beds. There are actually 2 bedrooms on the top floor - 1 with 2 beds and 1 with 1 bed. It was a surprise bonus. No need to sleep on the couch. Even stayrd here during the fires in Mariposa but didn't affect our stay.
The only 2 down sides I would have is 1. That we rented the entire house and it would have been nice to have the stairs from the bottom apartment to the top section. It was inconvenient to go outside and to that apartment. 2. There is no washing machine and if staying longer than a couple of days it would be nice.
Would stay at again though.

Family Reunion
This house met our needs well. In our multi-generational group of nine, we had an infant and two young children, so the total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms was perfect. The other reviews were not wrong, the refrigerator in the main level (not the downstairs apartment) was a bit aggressive at keeping things cold. Our flat of eggs froze, but everything else was great. There were plenty of towels, a working barbecue, a high chair and infant bathtub, satellite TV (which the other half of our family in a different cabin did not have), and lots of handy kitchen implements for cooking our huge family dinners. The telephone was a little difficult to find (in the back left bedroom), so that I could pass the number on to our relatives at home for emergencies, but now you know where to look. I highly recommend this cabin for ease of use, access, and amenities to make your stay in Yosemite comfortable.

Needs updating. No WIFI. Great location. Lots of room.
The first floor apartment is very private, fridge does not work. The fridge on main floor freezes everything. The dishwasher does not work well. The big area rug in dining area is duck taped down at entrance to kitchen, this is a tripping hazed. We had two people in our group fall, one being elderly, lucky no one was injured. The place has lots of space, just needs updating and repairs.

Great house in Yosemite
We had a wonderful room in this spacious house - with the unit downstairs it was more than enough space for our group (10 total). Would definitely stay here again.

Great home. Great location. Love it.
The house exceeded our expectation. Price is right. Kids loved it. Everything we needed is there. Of course if you paid more money, you can rent a nicer house with pool table and other stuff but we don't need it as our objective and focus is the Yosemite nature.

Comfortable large rustic house in great location near Yosemite Valley
I stayed in this house for four nights with my wife, 4 kids, father and sister. Everyone had their own room and there were lots of bathrooms as well. The living room was very comfortable and the adjacent open plan kitchen had all of the items we needed. The balcony was large enough for a large dining table and we had family dinners there most of the nights. The house is about 35 minutes drive to Yosemite Valley (without traffic, which we encountered once on the four days). The main thing I would change is that the house does not have wifi nor a cell phone signal. There is an office for the residential complex that was 15 minutes walk away and had wifi, which was sufficient for periodic checking but not ideal. In today's world, wifi is increasingly essential especially for families with teenagers and it would have made our experience in this house perfect. I'd also suggest making more towels available for guests. Otherwise, the house was wonderful in every way and I would highly recommend it.
