1 The Old Coach House is a delightful, well-equipped, three-bedroom house located within easy access of Dartmouth on Weeke Hill, just sixty yards from peaceful and protected National Trust woodland. It has two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining room. An attractive terrace and decked balcony allow guests to eat al fresco in the summer sunshine. 1 The Old Coach House is full of character and is an ideal base for families who want to make the most of the beautiful surrounding area and Dartmouth waterfront.
Amenities: Electric oven and induction hob, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Gas central heating and hot water.
TV with Sky Freeview, DVD iPod docking station and music centre, Further TV in Kitchen breakfast room. Wi-Fi available.
Parking for up to two-three cars on the drive.
All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring tea towels, beach towels and oven gloves. Strictly No Smoking

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham.
