Very roomy, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space for the family. Parking right in front of the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, warm bedding, lots of towels, all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place and rent it yearly. Great location, well maintained, and well stocked! Little things like multiple fans available for every bedroom are appreciated!

This condo is well equipped with anything you can think of. There was a snow storm for most of our stay so we stayed in a lot and cooked. I was surprised on the availability of so many cooking tools and pots and pans. The unit is quiet spacious, we were five people, but could easily had 3-5 more people. The decor is old style cabin and the cabin is old. That’s part of the charm. We usually stay close to the slopes and walk to the slopes, this condo is between the slopes and The shopping center that has Vons, it was great specially on the days that were snowing so hard. Very convenient location, not having an indoor parking is a drawback since it took me and my girls more than an hour to remove the snow from my car and plow our way out. Otherwise, we love this old charming condo and we will need back for sure.

Great for the money and great location.
I will definitely stay here again, the price and location was great. The decoration is older, but it goes with the cabin style. Carpet has seen better days, but it will not stop me from booking again.
The biggest Cons, parking is only for 2 cars. Thats on me because I did not read the fine print untill we arrived to the cabin. We had to park one car off site..
Windows in the lower floor where not able to open and get fresh air in, making the room stuffy and hot.
A negative experience was a neighbors was disrespectful streaming and cursing at us through her window, it was very uncalled for. It was 9pm, we where not loud or drunk. Im not an agreesive person, but I had to be the bigger person and walk away.
For maintenance, the toilet upstairs kept running all night!! Needs the seal replace, its a easy fix!!

Nice location but house is dated
The location is great and very quite. The house is very old and the carpet could use some cleaning. Vacasa is a great management company but this house was not one we enjoyed out of many we have rented with Vacasa.

Loved the property and it's great location. The decor was warm and inviting, allowing us a relaxing and memorable week in Mammoth.

We loved the location and size. There were so many dishes and utensils in the kitchen it would be easy to host a large party.
There was plenty of room for everyone.
The home needs a full and intense cleaning. Lots of very cool decor that has not been dusted in what seems a very long time. Also spider webs around decor and ceiling beams and windows.

Will stay in this property again!
This property was perfect for our annual family vacation and the layout with various rooms accommodated our adult children, my husband and I very well. The view from the living room while sipping coffee in the morning was fantastic! All rental properties need a little TLC now and again so other reviews on this place may have mentioned things but we didn't have anything that interfered with our stay. The lock box for the keys really made coming and going for everyone easy. Only disappoint was the tennis court has been removed and they didn't update the ammenities (we think it was very recent this happened) but there's so many other things to do and see, it didn't make or break our vacation time. This is a well-stocked property with dishes, glasses and pots/pans. Hope this property is available next year!

We stayed here in the summer while attending a wedding in Mammoth Lakes. Few issues with the place.
1. Air conditioning was not working. Called Vacasa and they said they would have someone local call me within the hour. Did not hear anything back. Called a second time and no one picked up. We ended up sleeping downstairs in the smaller room for the last 2 nights because the upstairs master was 84 degrees.
2. Carpet is old and dingy. Carpet is coming apart on the stairs with exposed carpet tacks.
3. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart.
4. Fridge does not get very cold and the ice maker in freezer does not work.
5. Requested to be contacted by management company Vacasa about our stay and heard nothing back from them.

Unit #31
Staying in unit #31 was perfect for our family! We loved the various spaces you could be in because of the layout. Great amenities and location being close to the village. The home is fully equipped with fans which was super important to us! Washer and dryer was awesome too!

The condo was well stocked and comfortable
The lockbox made it easy for everyone. We had a party of 7 that were coming and going. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items, etc. It was spacious and great. Thanks to the owners and property managers. You made our stay exceptional!

Multi family annual fishing trip
We've used this unit twice over the years. Both times we found this to be a very comfortable place to relax after 4 full days of fishing, sun up to sun down. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and coffee cups to support 8 coffee drinkers, and all the needed utensils. Appliances also worked well. Large kitchen table allows plenty of room for all of us to gather for dinner. All bathrooms were stocked with soaps, shampoos and conditioners.
For the more refined renters expecting 5 star hotel rooms? The carpets and furniture were clean but they have been used over the years. Its not a brand new, so don't expect mints on your pillow and bed turn downs nightly. For a group of fishermen or skiers, it's perfect! Staying in the mountainous surroundings, using the outdoor activities, its very comforting returning to a warm town home. What else could you expect?
All the beds, towels etc were clean and fresh. Washer and clothes dryer in the unit, no need for coin laundry runs.
Negative issues with rentals in ALL the Mammoth area?
#1 ONLY 2 parking places per unit here!! Local hotels allow 1 space only. There was an overflow parking area available here (not marked), but its not always available depending on seasons, and it may not be real close to your unit, so DO NOT count on it. The parking issue that will kind of squeeze you regarding this unit is it sleeps 10. So if you have 2 vehicles that could carry 10 people and all your gear your fine. In our case we had people converging from various locations in northern and southern California. So car pooling was not an option. We had 6 vehicles, so parking was a continual chess game for loading and unloading.
#2 Unloading vehicles every evening is required due to bears. Remove all ice chests and food from vehicles or expect to have your vehicle damaged! Use good judgement.
Overall, we all look forward to returning next year to this unit if available.
Thank You

Great Condo for a large group!
With the amount of people we had, it worked out great! Loved the set up. Lots of room so we weren’t right on top of each other. TVs in all 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms were a positive. Loved the double sink in the master bathroom and the door closing off the master bedroom/bathroom from the upstairs/kitchen area. Nice view of the mountains from the living room couch. All in all it was a great condo for our group!

Overall nice and clean plance
We loved the place , very well equiped, the only complain we have is their inflexibility regarding Checkin and Checkout times. In our case we arrived on a flight from San Diego around noon and had to wait for 4 hours with kids and luggage. At least I woudl expect the local office for vacasa (the rental property owner) to have waiting area for such scenarios

Outdated Home
There were lots of movies to watch, plenty of kitchen supplies but the overall home is outdated, lamps need to be replaced, and a deep cleaning of the carpets, rugs, couch pillows and couches.
