Beautiful 4bd Townhome with spectacular Views of Mammoth Mountain on Snowcreek Golf Course. Minutes from Eagle Lodge, our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2-story townhome has been fully upgraded and offers a large open floorplan. Our family uses this townhome as our own vacation getaway. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large flat screen TV and gorgeous views of Mammoth Mountain. The master bathroom includes double sinks, soaking tub and a steam shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and private bathroom. The Bunk Room has 2 triple bunk beds to accommodate 6 sleepers and includes a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom in the hall that is shared by the bunk room and 4th bedroom.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has been outfitted with top of the line appliances (Wolf, Subzero, Paykel and Fisher) and almost anything you would need to make your finest meal. The kitchen bar has seating for three and the cozy breakfast nook provides an additional seating for 4. The adjoining dining room seats eight with the two extra chairs in laundry room. Our living room boasts a 46' flat screen TV with DVD player and home theater system. The tuner offers an additional HDMI cable for your devices. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen and breakfast nook.
The roomy garage can house 1 car with space for an additional 2 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of extra garage space to store your ski/snowboard equipment, bicycles, and other toys.

The house was great, beds very comfortable. Housekeepers need to do a little better job. Owners were on vacation too, so communication was difficult. Overall was a great place. Would stay again.

This was our second consecutive year at the Snowcreek condo and we enjoyed it even more because all of our family was able to join us. The grandkids loved the six bed bunk bed room and the other adults liked the spacious guest rooms. The primary bedroom has the best view and plenty of room. Since the golf course was closed, our five grandkids had a great time playing catch, corn hole and Yardeze on it. The great room was perfect for lounging, playing cards and watching TV. Plenty of room to dine with the bar stools at the kitchen counter, the dinette set and the dining room table. With sunny, mid 70s weather, we spent a lot of time outdoors on the back deck, which faces the golf course. The guys were happy to have so much space to store bikes and fishing gear in the garage in addition to one car. Once we accessed the condo through the front door, we used the ground floor garage entrance for the rest of our visit. I think a below counter microwave drawer and two dishwasher drawers were new additions and worked great! The location is centrally located on Old Mammoth Road, which offers the easiest access to the Mammoth lakes and close to the Von’s shopping center. Another great year at the Snowcreek condo and we plan to be back next year!

We come up to Mammoth every summer as an extended family. This home had the most beautiful view with a most amazing kitchen. We cook all our meals and always have to bring the essentials such as knives, towels, good pans, etc. This home has it all, even sharp knives. I'm grateful for this family for sharing their home. We will look for this place next year.

Excellent condo. Bright and airy. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Kids loved the dual triple bunk room. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking. Shops, lifts, restaurants and groceries are all close by. Everybody had a great time. I’ll most definitely prioritize this property for our next mammoth trip.

This is now our second stay in this fully stock amazing cabin. Really close to ski lifts. Owner extremely accommodating. This cabin sleeps 12 people no problem with plenty of room. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked, we cook family style so a great kitchen is a must. If your looking for a great place for a big group this is definitely the cabin for you as it is now our families tradition every year.

The beautiful condo is located on the Snowcreek golf course with a view of Mammoth Mountain and convenient location to town & lakes. Lots of big windows let the light in & lend to the open feeling. I really liked the floor plan with the living area, kitchen, dining, laundry & half bath downstairs with access to the garage and backyard/golf course. The condo has a well equipped kitchen & plenty of storage in the panty and the refrigerator is large. Liked the Viking gas stove/oven and the dishwasher drawers. Living area L-shaped sofa was comfortable. Lots of places to eat & has a bar, with a sink, for keeping your liquor & wine. All of the beds were comfortable with cozy sheets & soft blanket & there were lots of windows to let fresh air & sunshine in as well as blinds & blackout shades to keep the bedrooms dark for a good night’s sleep. The kids enjoyed the 6 bunk beds! Really liked having charging units next to the bed as well as reading lamps. Great view from the master bedroom, too. The three bathrooms upstairs were very nice. Plenty of storage for clothes & belongings. Bath towels were thick & soft. We appreciated having Kleenex in all bedrooms, bathrooms & living areas.
After 25 years of using a forest service cabin, our family of 11 has stayed in four different condos, some multiple years, during the last ten years. Although this condo was significantly more expensive than the other great condos, it was our family’s favorite!

This lovely home easily accommodated our multi-generational family of 9. Light and bright, over the years we have found many rentals in Mammoth to be dark with few windows. Well stocked with everything you need, including paper products. The deck off the back has a lovely view of Mammoth Mountain. Perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset behind the mountain. The garage was an added bonus, lots of space for bikes, scooters and fishing equipment. I recommend this home and hope to return in the future.

We had a great time staying here! The condo is very spacious, well-stocked. Our favorite thing was that the kids could go outside in the back and play in the snow, and when we were tired, we could relax inside and still watch them 😊. Would definitely recommend this for a family trip!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was very cozy to come home to after a day of skiing, with state of the art appliances for cooking and very comfortable beds for sleeping! Very close to the mountain and restaurants, nice and safe area and the ease of parking and accessing the home made for a really great stay! Thank you again!

Gorgeous home close to everything!
My family had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of room for all of us and the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 half baths was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for our family of 12 with great pots and pans galore. The hosts, Amy and Dave were amazing, very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Mammoth home
We had an excellent time staying at this house. The location is unbeatable. Right by bike path and mountain bike trails and only short distance to groceries and restaurants. We had a large group and there was space for everyone and space outside for kids to run around. Very comfortable home. Easy communication with owner.

We loved our stay!
This place was AMAZING and did not disappoint! We had a family reunion with12 family members ranging from my 90 year old mother-in-law to my 6 month old baby and everyone had a great time. The location is central to the ski resort, grocery stores, restaurants, and other snow activities which made it easy to get around town. The owners really go above and beyond to make their place feel just like home. The bedrooms and linens were really clean and comfortable (I rarely sleep so well when I'm in a vacation rental) and each room had a TV with cable so you can lounge and relax. The chef's kitchen is truly a treat and we were able to make some delicious meals during the week. There is a small hill in the back of the house where the kids could go sledding and we be able to see them and keep an eye on them. I can go on and on but this place is very special.

Everything was wonderful during our 4 day 3 night stay this weekend. All the appliances were top notch and I enjoyed making all of our meals in the gourmet kitchen. It had everything I needed to make meals for 7. The location was close to everything, including the 2 grocery stores in town. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of room for everyone. The TV and all the remotes were a little tricky to figure out at first but we got the hang of it. My husband and I would get up early and have our coffee looking out the beautiful view from the eat in kitchen. It really is a beautiful location and a perfect place to rent for a family getaway.
The owners were very responsive and the directions were clear and easy to follow. We hope to return in the future to enjoy this rental again!

One of the best locations in Mammoth
Beautiful, well equipped home! Updates are wonderful. Location with awesome views of golf course and Mammoth Mtn. Back deck was a great place to relax after hiking all day and watch the sun set. Stayed 8 nights end of July/ early August. We have been coming every summer for over 15 years. We were so comfortable in this home: Immaculate, nicely decorated, comfortable beds..... great communication with owners... home well stocked with everything you could need! Absolutely loved our stay and hope to return! .

We arrived at nighttime, which let us take in the beauty of the house. Then we woke up to majestic views, which made us love the house even more. My entire family loved it, so that’s a win in my book. Located central to everything, I could not have asked for anything better. It was an easy drive to Vons and to the ski lifts.
The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I may have had. She even provided me with discounted lift tickets days before my arrival. She went above and beyond in trying to make our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Beautiful property with excellent views.
We had a family reunion ski trip to Mammoth and had an amazing time at this property. The townhome is spacious and beautiful. The architectural design from entry to the living room/kitchen and upstairs bedrooms is seamless making most of the space. Access to the property was easy. There is a full sized garage. The kitchen appliances were of highest quality. The bathrooms were clean and well-kept. One of the master bathrooms has a steam shower. Both master bedrooms have comfortable large beds. There is a sturdy 6 person bunkbed in the third bedroom. All equipment was in perfect working condition. The owners are very responsive and have thought of every detail with helpful notes throughout the house. I would choose to stay in this property the next time I visit Mammoth.

Mammoth Condo
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beatiful condo located on the second tee box of Snow Creek Golf Course. The accomodations were fantastic as were the ammenities in the home. The remodeled kitchen was something to envy with all state of the art commercial grade applicances. The Wolf range was the best since the kids got their favorite pancakes prepared on the griddle. The owner Amy was very easy to work with and our experience couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back!

Nobody wanted to Go Home!
What a beautiful base camp this house was for family from baby to elder. We adventured out everyday, but going out wasn't that much better than staying in. We loved; cooking in the perfectly equipped kitchen while carrying on conversation with everyone else downstairs, looking at the pond and Mammoth Mountain from inside and the deck, and relaxing in the very large jacuzzi while stargazing. Don't miss this experience!

Happy New Year Luxury Home!
We stayed four days from 1-1 to 1-5 with 11 people total. Everyone enjoyed our new year mini vacation even though there wasnt any new snow in the area. The home is fully stocked with everything you need, including laundry room. The kids enjoyed using the sleds (Go up to the Bluffs area for sledding). The jacuzzi is only a few houses down and adults enjoyed the warm soak after a day of skiing. Snow wasnt too fresh so we skiied at the Main Lodge area for optional fun. The owners (Amy) are easy to reach and very helpful. The guestbook has instructions for everything so no worries. Definately worth staying again and highly recommended for families. Thanks Amy for a great stay! .

Summer Stay
We have our cross country team train in Mammoth every summer. This year our men's team had the pleasure of staying in Amy and Dave's wonderful town home. They absolutely loved it as did our head coach. Amy and Dave's home is so comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped which worked nicely for our team meals. Their home had plenty of space for all 10 of our guys to sleep and live comfortably for the week. The garage was nice to store some bikes and the back deck was great for barbecuing. The guys all loved that there was a tv in every room. Overall our experience was great. Would recommend this home for large groups, a romantic getaway, families, just about anybody who's looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and peaceful stay in Mammoth.
