We really enjoyed our stay. House was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. I didn't realize how many stairs there were as rooms were on every level. There are 5 levels. If you cannot do stairs this is not the place for you. We were 7 adults (Grandma 94) and two littles 8 months-3yrs old. Lots to pack in and pack out! Location was very nice. There was no gas in the barbecue but we called and the management team brought a tank over right away. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This House is ok. The Beds and Bathrooms are clean. The kitchen is stocked. There's a note that we can't lean on the dining chair coz it might break and we will be charged. One dining chair is also broken when we arrived. The dishwasher is also clogged. We are asked to leave our shoes upstairs but the carpet, rugs & sofa are dusty. It's a pet friendly house but the charge of a pet is more expensive than the human renters! Overall we are grateful to stay here even just for a night. Thank you Nomadness!

The condo was clean and well stocked and a great location. However, if you have anyone in your party that might have a litt;e difficulty with stairs, this place is not for you. We could not tell from the pictures that there were four different living levels. Two in my party had a difficult time. The living room furniture needs an upgrade. Couch is toast and uncomfortable. But we loved the location and the walks through the trees and very close to downtown.

This is a very nice condo… IT IS MULTI LEVEL…5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS… We used some furniture to block off the infant on a walker…
The kitchen is well equipped with minor exceptions
Washer and dryer are GREAT
Do not bring any dresses or shirts you want to hang in the master bedroom closet… The owner has seen fit to block it off..

Don't be intimidated by the layout, spread across 5 levels, as it is cool and still feels connected and homey. Very clean, nice remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, very well stocked with lots of appliances, good laundry facilities. Pellet stove and various heating elements keep it cozy, though a few of the heaters were noisy at night. Close to everything, including bike paths. We had a group of 7 adult friends and never felt crowded. Note: The 4th bedroom is a loft, open to the kitchen and living room below. There was enough visual privacy, but sound did travel up there. It also doesn’t have its own bathroom, other than a half bath off the kitchen, so showers need to share with other bedrooms. All in all a great stay and I’d book it again.

I loved the size and location of this property, and loved that we could bring our pet! The kitchen was outfitted everything you might need to prepare a meal for 6 people (or even more!). The ice buildup outside the unit was treacherous, but contacted Nomadness and they sent some guys out to chip the 4 inches of ice off the front entry.

First off, if you have issues with stairs or have little ones who don’t know how to navigate stairs.. this isn’t the place for you. But if you don’t mind stairs then this is a great place! The neighborhood is lovely! With a walking path super close with stunning views. Each room* of the house is on a different floor, so we got our exercise in, but we had a great time hanging out here. Super comfy and cozy vibes. Loved seeing deer on our front lawn. And the little ones enjoyed the house and walking the neighborhood. It’s close it everything and the hosts were super accommodating to letting us check in early and out late.

Property mangers and owner were responsive and friendly. House was clean and perfect for a family vacation.

Wonderful location . Corner units are the best. Close to hiking trails. Quiet.
Large well stocked kitchen.
Maintenance available at all times.
Suggest a hot water pot for those that love tea.
Frames need to be repaired. Lots of bugs as it got hotter. Just a maintenance issue to address.
Family loved it and we shall be back!

Visiting where we once lived and all the family and friends still there. Very nice to have the grill and good size kitchen/dining area. Nice area for walks with the pup. A lot of snow this year and rain/hail during the trip so we didn't use the grassy area outside much. Next time.

very nice property
Some miscommunication within the management company almost left us walking into a uncleaned unit.
We were checking to see if we could get into unit earlier than 4. We had called earlier in the day and had been told we would be called if earlier could happen. We hadn't been called but checked on unit at 3. If we hadn't asked a member of the company's crew that was cleaning elsewhere if our unit had been inspected we wouldn't have known it hadn't been cleaned as they weren't aware it needed to be done. They scrambled and we got in a few minutes after 4.
In their hurry the crew did not empty the dishwasher.
We found the toaster in the dishwasher when we went to empty it to get plates/etc. for dinner. Told the mgmt company and they were surprised as we were about the toaster.

This was a cozy place with sentimental vibes. The layout was amazing, the location is great, there is a great central area. The kitchen was big and well stocked! There are a few things that were a bit old, such as the couch, a few crooked screens, loose kitchen sink, but over all the place was great. Great vibes for family fun!

Great location. LOTS of stairs! The master on the entry level was roomy and had a sliding door to the front yard, and air-conditioning unit. Master bath was big and had a towel warmer. The second level had 2 very small rooms and a bathroom with a double sink outside the bathroom, in the hall. These rooms said they had queens, but they felt small. There was barley room to put luggage on the floor, no dressers, had TVs. Fans were stored in the closet with extra blankets. The rooms had heaters. The third level had a nice sized cozy living room with lots of seating. The fourth level up was the kitchen, large dinning table, a small bathroom and laundry room. K-cup, plenty of dishes, pots, etc. The fifth level, was the loft w/ 2 more full/queen beds. There was grass outside for the dogs and across the street if you walk through the other units there was a walking path and stream. Some of the window shades/curtains were broken but the unit was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. The property managers were friendly and accommodating. We got there right on time and the door wouldn't open till about 2 minutes and a few tries later but entry with a door code was easy. Plenty of parking and garbage bin across the street. Grocery store and restaurants very close by. Worked nicely for our family.

Beautiful Condo!
This was a beautiful condo in a really nice area. It had everything that we could possibly want. The only issue was the carpeting really needs to be removed. I know this is a pet friendly condo but the smell of dog pee on the carpet was overwhelming in the master bedroom and living room area.

Beautiful place
We loved the property, great look, great location, and issues were promptly looked into. The one disappointing thing was, although the sheets had been changed there was hair all through 2 of the beds. Between the property manager and us we corrected the situation but it should never had happened.
Everyone agreed that we would be back.

Summer adventure
There is so much to do in this area and the condo is centrally located. We had an amazing trip! There was a small odor from animals that have stayed in the past, so I would recommend an enzyme used when cleaning the floors. The place was very clean in spite of the remaining smell. It was cured with open windows.

A place for a family to feel secluded while also being close to action.
This property borders an excellent trail for walking, running, or just sitting to take it all in. It's around the corner from the major shopping center so a grocery run will only take a few minutes. The living room is cozy and I found that the rooms were excellent.

Family Base Camp
Beautifiul condo and perfect location for the family base camp, worked out perfect for our three seperate familes to come together and enjoy time together.
FYI - listing some items we found during our stay that you may have your maintenace crew to take a look at,
Dining room - 1. Shade does not function properly ( left hand side does not lift up. 2. R/H window will open but not close ( bottom window control arm out of track , had to remove screen and close manually). 3. Window crank handle loose or stripped. 4. Both window reens slightly bent due to previouse people removing them to close window.
LIving Room- 1. Sliding screen door, screen tore at handle location. 2. West window missing top wood shade trim. 3. Missing one pawn missing for the chest board.
Kitchen - Kitchen window missing screen
Master bathroom- Lower section bottom shelf of linen cabinet is missing front R/H side shelf support.
Non of the above items affected our stay, would have not problem reccomeding unit to others.
Thanks Craig

Fantastic Snow Vacation
Normally my family goes to Tahoe for a snow trip but we wanted to try something new this year so we came to Mammoth Lakes. The condo was beautiful and we loved the home decor, the dinning chairs were our favorite. Our large family was able to fit in this spacious condo comfortably. The neighbors were kind and the weather was fantastic. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Almost everything about this property was great. It's about a 5 minute drive from Vons and from Eagle Lodge so it was easy to grab groceries/food, and get to and from the resort. Even if Eagle Lodge is closed, it's still about two miles from Mammoth's Main Lodge. The large master bedroom has a beautiful renovated bathroom, the two bedrooms were small, but did not feel cramped, and the loft was spacious and acted as its own hangout space. There were five beds total with a large couch and chair/ottoman so seating/sleeping was easily covered. The kitchen was very spacious with updated appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, large sink) and featured a nice island where friends could gather. The dinner table was large and seated eight with a nice little nook behind it. There was a large living room area with a pellet burner fireplace and small balcony. The couch seated six of us comfortably. The cabin itself is very large and open; the living, dining, and loft areas are all exposed to each other so you be away from each other, but still all feel together. There was ample heating throughout so the none of the rooms were cold and the bathrooms even had heated floors. The one downside is that the water heater is a bit smaller so showers would have to be separated if all 10 of us wanted hot water. Wi-Fi could have been faster, but it was nice to "unplug" for a vacation either way.Overall, the property was large, clean, and the check-in/check-out process was contactless (done via email and door lock code) to reduce the spread of Covid. Great value and would definitely recommend for medium-large groups.
