About this house rental
There are three full bedrooms, a large loft bunk room and three full bathrooms with no one above or below you, so the unit is quiet. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms have a California king bed, a standard king bed and a queen bed. The kitchen, family room, dining room and another full bathroom are on the second floor. It’s an open great room concept with a deck and lots of windows for natural light. The third floor is a large loft that has two bunks beds with twin over full mattresses that can sleep 6. There are plenty of closets to hold your items and an outside deck to enjoy the view of the mountains! There is a ski closet with included sleds for the winter.
The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home with lots of counter space and cabinets for your stay. There is new cookware, bakeware, dishware and glassware as well as a rice cooker, Belgian waffle iron, Ninja blender, crockpot, handheld blender, and a large roasting pan. There is also a Weber gas grill on the patio. Our goal is make the condo your home away from home.
For coffee lovers, there is a Cuisinart coffee maker with an insulated stainless steel carafe to keep the coffee hot (with reusable filter or you can use #4 paper cone filters), a Keurig style single serve coffee maker, and a French press coffee maker.
For families with young children, there is a Pack n’ Play and a booster chair.
For those in need of Wifi, there is upgraded internet with 350+ Mb/s throughout the entire condo.
The complex is diagonal to Vons and walking distance to most of the restaurants in town as well as the bowling alley and the movie theater. You could not have a better location. We know you will have such a great time here with friends and family that this will quickly become your go to Mammoth getaway!
ENTERTAINMENT: We have smart TVs in each room. We use YouTube TV for live TV. We also have all major streaming apps that you can log into with your own account. In the loft, we have a Xbox with the Ultimate Game Pass for kids to play video games.
AIR CONDITIONING: For summer months, we have portable AC units in the main living area and in the loft. The ground floor bedrooms stay cooler and have fans.
PARKING: There is an open parking lot for the complex. There will be 2 parking passes in the condo to place on your dashboard. Normally, extra passes are not a problem and can be obtained from the onsite office. If you arrive after office hours, you can go by in the morning. The holiday weekends (Christmas, MLK, Presidents) are when the complex is pretty strict on 2 cars. Also, during epic winters like 2022, 2017, 2011… they run out of parking due to large snow piles in the parking lot. Street parking is very limited in Mammoth, but there is additional paid parking at Mammoth Mountain RV Park on Old Mammoth Rd.
WASHER/DRYER: There washer/dryers in the building next to the pool. You can pay through an app downloadable onsite.

We were in town for a wedding at June Lake and wanted to be in Mammoth where there is more to do. The Sherwin Property served us well. It is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to June lake and all the surrounding area venues for that matter. The Main level is nice for a larger party to gather and enjoy meals, watch tv, play a game or just chill. The upper loft accommodates several more people, sleeping fairly comfortably. The lower level where the 3 bedrooms are, is perfect for 6 people. The bathrooms are very, very tiny as far as space to get ready. But you can figure that out, even if you are getting ready for a wedding! :) Great host!

Condo worked out great for 5 retired guys on our ski trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with plenty of drawer/closet space. Bathrooms had excellent shower heads and plenty of hot water.
Easy 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge.

Place was really spacious and great for the family. It was in a great location in mammoth. It was really clean and we loved the pool, hot tub and sauna in the community area. They also offered cable services for us which was great. The only drawbacks were they could have a couple more pots and pans for cooking with a large family but there was everything great with a blender and other appliances.

Perfect location & a great host!
Every year our family comes from So Cal to Mammoth for the 4th of July so we have stayed all over. This location has been our favorite so far! The walk ability to everything was amazing, so much that we didn’t drive anywhere. The home has a stunning kitchen that made cooking a breeze! Fingers crossed we can stay in this property again!

Gorgeous condo, close to everything!
My friends and I had a wonderful trip staying at this condo and had plenty of room even with 7 adults! The middle level was a great hangout space with all the kitchen amenities needed! Each bedroom and bathroom also fit our needs and were extremely comfortable!! Mitchell was great with communication from the time I booked it up to when we checked in. He went above and beyond to help us have an easy check in that fit our needs. Would stay here again!!

Wonderful Property
This place was perfect for my annual birthday snow board trip to mammoth. Each of our kids had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms and lots of living room space to enjoy time together. Multiple thermostats allow you to keep your space exactly the temp you like and it is central to so much of what mammoth has to offer.

Wonderful, Modern & Convenient Condo
One of the best Mammoth condos I've stayed in! Within close walking distance to the Mammoth red line shuttle, a coffee shop, grocery store, and other restaurants. Great jacuzzi. The condo itself is very modern and spacious with smart TVs and Nest thermostats for each room. The upstairs loft is huge. Mitch was a great communicator and made sure everything was in order for us when we arrived.

Loved the place and the loft upstairs for the kids . It was convenient with its location central to everything . The pool jacuzzi and laundry mat were great . The kitchen is stocked so well and the owners were so nice and easy to get a hold of . We will definitely stay there again ! Loved the parking as well

Great Stay
We had 9 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was neat and clean with all the needed amenities and the hot tubs were very nice after a day of hiking. One thing to improve is the lighting over the dining room table (the fan was appreciated, but the light was very dim). Overall a great place to stay on our visit to the Mammoth Lakes area.

Perfect for a large group
Newly remodeled, new carpet. There was enough room for 9 of us. Kitchen was spacious with new appliances.
Located within walking distance to Vons and numerous restaurants.
Parking wasn't a problem and the jacuzzi was heated.
We go to Mammoth every May/June to fish and this was definitely one of the better places we stayed. Would book again for sure.

Great Spring Skiing
Very roomy place, worked well for our group. Convenient to shops and we were able to just drive to eagle/canyon lodges for easy ski access. Had a great time overall.

The owners were excellent at being very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs from the day we inquired about booking the place to checkout, which made it a wonderful experience. The location was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities and appliances that a family needs to feel right at home. Great Old Mammoth Location
We love staying down in town because of the proximity to restaurants and shops; and the tram to the lifts is super easy. This unit has been very nicely remodeled and met all of our needs. We would for sure stay here again!

Great place. Good for families
Great place and owners very helpful. It has a full kitchen so cooking here is very easy and lots of pots, pans, dishes. You can tell it is a true family home. The bunk bed room is actually a loft which is difficult to put little kids to bed and be able to stay up in living room. There wasn’t a true working fireplace and we were only told of this upon arrival. Not having a fireplace did take away from the “mountain cabin vibe”.

Great Covid Thanksgiving Trip
The property was beautiful with ample space for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. We loved the touches such as individual thermostats in each bedroom and living area and the two 9 year-olds LOVED the gaming consoles in the spacious upstairs loft--which they declared was the best room in the entire house (debatable, but it was REALLY nice). The property has lovely furnishings, the kitchen is well stocked though you might want to bring a kettle if you plan on making teas or hot cocoa + coffee in the mornings. My husband had to do some work over during our stay and the Wi-Fi was excellent! The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The 3 bedrooms downstairs have memory foam toppers which my back did not care for, but my husband LOVED (just FYI). The location was convenient to skiing, sledding, markets, and rentals. I had contacted Mitch several days before check-in to inquire about appliances, etc. in the condo that we would need for our stay. He checked into what spices were available and even ordered some items such as an extension cord, meat thermometer, and turkey lifters so that we would have everything we needed to make a thanksgiving meal! Wow!! Whenever I contacted Mitch during our stay, he was incredibly prompt in his reply and was able to resolve any issues we had. The condo itself is really beautiful with lovely furnishings. If you have little ones, it's good to note that all bathrooms have showers but no bathtubs, so plan accordingly. You might also want to bring a collapsible step stool to use in the restroom if you think your pre-schooler will have trouble reaching the sink to wash their hands. If you have 10 people, note that the dining table seats 8 + 2 barstools at the kitchen island. If you want your entire family to sit together during meals, bring a couple of folding chairs with you and you're all set!! Thanks for an AMAZING stay! Every one of my family members agree that we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The place was large enough so that the kids each had their own bedrooms, and the space to do their zoom classes with out being in each other’s way. The kitchen was stacked with all the amenities that you would need. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. And a shirt drive to center of town and the main lodge.
You couldn’t ask for a bettter set up in terms of location or space for everyone. Would highly recommend this rental.

Family annual trip.
This property was awesome! We had 5 adults and 2 little ones, 5 & 7. The family of 4 took the loft and had tons of room. Each family group had their own bathroom. The open living area was excellent and an exceptional feature in a vacation unit. The whole unit was exceptionally clean which is a must for me. The bedding and linens were lovely. The bathrooms had the best towels I have ever had in a rental. We loved the pool and hot tubs. The unit The kitchen was the BEST appointed rental I have ever had. It was equipped everthing a family needs. My family voted overwhelming to return next year.

I highly recommend this play for a good group of people! Plenty of room for everyone! The beds are comfortable and the whole place are pretty stocked with things you might need during your stay! The kitchen has a lot of appliances and tablewares enough for a group of people! The bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps and shampoo/conditioner! The location is great! And, Mitch checked on us during our stay and he made us feel at home. Check out was also super simple! Hassle-free!
