Estadia suficiente para um dia

Gostei do espaço e da localização. Tinha tudo o que precisava para passar um fim de semana descontraído e poder passear. Apesar de não utilizar, tinha café e chá à disposição, com máquina de café, frigorífico, chaleira elétrica, placa indução e mais alguns utensílios. Proprietária prestável e disposta ajudar. Também tem algumas informações disponíveis no alojamento, acerca do que visitar e passear em Sintra e arredores. Gostei do sítio, apesar de não ser para passar muito tempo. Um fim de semana foi o quanto bastou.

Não gostei de algumas questões de higiene, conforto e segurança. À chegada deparei-me com uma toalha usada, ainda húmida e a cheirar a mofo, pendurada no toalheiro da casa de banho. Fronhas limpas mas as almofadas cheiravam-me a "suor". Apesar da informação de que o espaço é limpo todos os dias, este não o foi. Não havia gel de duche, nem champô, só detergente gel para as mãos. Caixote do lixo do WC com a tampa partida, quando alguém utilizava, durante a noite, ao levantar a tampa esta caía e acordava quem estivesse a dormir. Alojamento tem só uma janela, na traseira da banca de cozinha. Para aceder a ela, temos que nos colocar em cima da banca, que não é muito resistente. Como o espaço não tem mais pontos de ventilação, a janela estava aberta. Acho pouco seguro visto que tem-se acesso a esta pela rua, apesar de estar a aproximadamente 3 metros de altura, com uma esplanada ao lado, não achei totalmente seguro. Para além de se ouvir o ruído da rua. Penso que poderia ter, pelo menos, um ar condicionado portátil. Durante a noite o espaço ficava bastante quente e com o "ar pesado". Casa de banho sem ventilação e com dispositivo de chuveiro elétrico. Aparentemente com pouca segurança, com a tampa da caixa de ligação, na parede, por cima do chuveiro, que não estava totalmente fechada, e ao tomar banho o vapor de água a acumular-se nesse sítio.

I use booking many years, it is the worst experience which I have, First of all, it is difficult to find the apartment, even goole maps make me whirl continuously, the landlord did not appear this moment. Secondly, the shower suddenly hot and suddenly cold. Thridly, the tab can not turn off almost leads a flood in the house, which scared me a lot. At this very urgent time, landlord's telephoe can not connect!!! It was totally a disaster. Moreover, the trash can is also broken. Furthermore, the invoice the landlord sent has an error about my instituation. It is the worst service I felt.

A hovel in a central location

induction job and location in old town

needs some TLC - Needs a good clean and a lick of paint. Cups with broken handle and dusty chipped plates No cooking utensils just knives, forks and spoons. Black mould tiles in Shower. Old warn out towels. Bowing TV cabinet. TV didn’t work. Nowhere to put any clothes. Although free red wine - if you want to risk it - no idea how long it’s been open! Won’t be recommending.

Location is great, bed is confortable.

the entrance door is working really bad, it’s stuck and you have to push really strong to open or close it, that was really annoying. Bathroom wasn’t really clean.

Location is very convenient, very tidy and nice inside. Very welcoming host, clear instructions given on how to find the property

There were renovation/construction works in place outside the building during the time of our visit, with all the dust, noise and a through hole in the bathroom outer wall, but these conditions are obviously temporary

The wine tasted bad and the reception was not very friendly. Our locks were broken and nobody made an effort to fix it inspite of us reaching out.

The bed was comfortable and the location is good. It's okay for a short stay. The owner was nice and responsive when we had an issue with the shower.

The space is very small. The door of the entrance didn't feel like very strong and safe and it faces directly the street. It's quite dark.

Host very kind via SMS giving US instructions and answering immediately any question. Position very close to city center. Very nice tiny house.

Third bed not very comfortable. Some coat hangers would help. Both in the room and bathroom.p

A cute space with a comfortable mattress right in the heart of beautiful Sintra!

Overall, a cute little space with a comfortable mattress and lots of charming decorative touches. It is steps from Sintra Palace, restaurants, bakeries and souvenir shops, and wary walking distance from many other uighoights if Sintra.

We would have appreciated clearer directions to the property (when facing the front of Sintra Palace, look for the street to the left of X restaurant); there’s no place to store your clothes (a couple of hooks with hangers would go a long way to fixing this); there is an uncovered vent about 8” in diameter by the bathroom mirror that leads directly to a restaurant patio; the sheets were microfibre or polyester, which was sticky in the area’s humid climate; we were given little support when the wifi wasn’t working. Some of this was just our stay, but other things could be addressed easily, making for a more. Importable stay at little cost.

Slightly disappointing but ok for one or two nights. The location is very good.

You can park your car in the alley right in front of your door. Parking places at Sintra are hard to find. But you need to be brave, the alley is tight and very steep.

One room located directly next to the street (with no cars). There is only a thin door between the room and the street, which could be easily opened by anyone. The bathroom is tiny and kitchen corner even smaller. The accomodation is quite small, but ok for two people and one-two nights. There is a restaurant kitchen right next to your room. Sounds and voices from there could be disturbing, especially in late evening.

Pleasant

Ideal location for one or two days in Sintra. The studio is next to the national palace and only fifteen minutes away from quinta da regaleira.

When we arrived to checkin at 2h30 the studio was not ready yet, we didn’t receive a message to inform us about this problem. Fortunately the staff solve it very quickly. The window in the bathroom does not have a proper crystal, so you can hear every sound from the street. This woke up a couple of times during the night.

Fantastic location right in the centre of historical Sintra. Very helpful host. Cute flat which is perfect for two people. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Clean. Would recommend.

Could be a bit noisy and the door into the property doesn't feel particularly secure.

Good basic accommodation

The bed was super comfortable, the location was good, felt quite cozy, heater kept the room warm, fridge and microwave ideal for breakfast.

For a studio accommodation I would expect to find things such as dish soap so we could wash the dishes after using. No stove or oven. There were some pillows that were dirty. The shower is really tiny and water goes everywhere, then there was nothing to soak the water with... Also the door had glass and was very easy to break in so I didn't feel super safe. There was construction site nearby so it was noisy most of the time.
