We had a wonderful time in the heart of the city. We are from Florida and have family in Washington and Portland Oregon. Everyone was able to come and go for the 4 days we were there. We visited Pike Market, Bainbridge Island, beautiful scenic overlooks and Tampa bay Rays games. The location was perfect to take the bus or Uber rides to most places were about $10.
The house is perfect with comfortable beds and living room. The kitchen was well equipped and lived how everything was labeled.
Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Seattle.

Loved the property! Everything’s clean and fully stocked.
Difficult to park anything except a compact in the garage tho - just as a heads up.
Thank you!

Wonderful townhouse with good connection to public transportation. We were 5 persons in this well-equipped, clean and comfortable place. The owner thought of everything needed. Fully recommended.

Beautiful house with all the needs available making it homely and comfortable. Around area is a bit tacky and congested. Homelessness is making this area unsafe and unattractive.

This home was perfect! My aunts and cousins traveled to Seattle to visit my cousin who newly moved there. It had everything we needed and then some. The owners had thought of everything to make the stay feel like you were home. It was the perfect amount of space for us to spread out but still gather in the living space. It was very close to the bus stop as we mostly used public transport. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for four nights with children and grandparents and had an excellent time. The house had every single thing we needed. It truly felt like our own vacation home where all we needed to do was pack our packs and arrive. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to all the sights. As a New Yorker, I would not recommend walking despite being walking distance to downtown. The house had ac/heat units in each room, plenty of towels, a very well equipped kitchen and a garage.

The townhouse was perfect. Had all the amenities we needed. We were able to walk to a grocery store for supplies, and were close to the streetcar to get around Seattle easily. Our host was very helpful and the stay was very comfortable.

Property was clean and comfortable. Parking was tight and nonexistent if it weren't for the garage that would hold one compact vehicle. The home had wonderful little extras like tourist information nicely organized in many formats. Emergency information as well as detailed instructions for everything I needed to know about the home and it was very helpful.

The house itself was perfect for our family of adults with no kids. Check-in was super easy (which is very important to me), and the house was just as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to all the Seattle tourist spots. I recommend this house!

The host Jan checked in right away with me and checked to see if we needed anything. The place was amazing! Great location for getting everywhere, so much room, and a great house. We would stay there again. Easily walkable to downtown. The kitchen was well equipped with more on hand then you see at other rentals which was great! Had an abundance of towels and bedding. The beds were all comfortable and everything was higher and. Great set up!

We rent VBRO properties at least twice a year and this is one of the best one we have stayed at. It was extremly clean, the kitchen was 100% stocked with almost everything we needed, and the owner was easy to get ahold of. We drove our Durango and lucked out with street parking. The neighborhood isnt the best but that's a Seattle issue not the owners issue. We opted for instacart grocery delivery and used Lyft to get around.

Super family friendly! Great & friendly communication with the owner. Close walk (about 30mins) to the T-mobile, Lumen field & Pike place. We used the community centres to workout and they were free!

The townhouse was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect for any activities you want to do. It is just minutes from all major freeways, downtown, ferries and stadiums. And at the end of the day it was great to have such a wonderful home to go back and relax.

We have been staying in this home away from for over 10 years! I say “ home” because that’s how it truly feels. Well appointed, clean, comfortable, cozy and easy proximity to anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

In short, the house is in a good location to get to all of the tourist sites in Seattle, if you decide to drive or Uber most is within 2 miles which is very convenient. The house has appliances and decent pots/pans to cook with which we really appreciated! The garage is tricky if you have an SUV. You can’t pull in directly and could try at an angle but my sis and I decided to bag it after a few attempts and ended up street parking which we found a spot for everyday so there ya go. It would have been nice to have access to watching Netflix or Prime for the kids at night but it also doesn’t hurt to force a game and family time instead! Tiny front patio for outdoor seating. Overall, with the 4 beds being at least a queen size it was a thumbs up for our family.

We booked to enjoy the weekend of our Redhawk's graduation from Seattle U. The location was perfect. Less than 10 min to campus, International District, Pioneer Square ... Lyfts were plentiful and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for any driver to find our little gem. Beds were comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen was handy. Jan, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions and texts. We definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This property was outstanding! Everything was in order, clean from top to bottom, and overall exceeded our expectations!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a cozy, beautiful interior - it was spotless and everything was labeled and organized! The property manager definitely took the time to ensure that the overall experience of staying here would be painless.
The kitchen was remarkable! All the cookware and dishes you need are neatly stored and labeled. This made cooking and dining in a wonderful experience!
The sleeping areas were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. It was truly a pleasure staying here, and hope to come back sometime soon!

The location was definitely suitable for doing all things down town Seattle. The house is cute and quaint. Parking is crazy so be sure to get a compact car that will fit in the garage if possible.
My family wasn’t very happy about having to clean the house when we arrived but that was a minimal complaint all things considered.
I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy our visit. The extension table was wonderful. The whole crew could eat together and play lots of games.
The kitchen was very well stocked. There was so many wonderful restaurants in the area.
I am sure that we will be staying at Jan’s place again.

Home away from home
The location of this property to downtown Seattle is perfect. Parking was a little challenging on the street and there was a lot of construction in the neighborhood; however, neither created a major inconvenience. Amenities were perfect throughout the home. Plenty of space for 5 people. The unit was extremely clean. Only thing “negative” would be the lack of a bathroom on the main floor - so get used to doing stairs. Jan, the homeowner, was great to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great cozy home for friends and family to do Seattle!
This home was a perfect central location for our family to meet and enjoy time together and see the sights in Seattle. 4 bedrooms was perfect for us. A garage to park in was awesome too. Home had everything we desired. Jan was great at communications and planning a comfortable beautiful place to stay. We will be back for sure.

Perfect
We arrived early and were able to check in. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the stadiums, we went to a Mariners game. Once we grabbed a parking spot on the street we used Uber or Lyft to get around but you can walk to some amazing restaurants. We will use this place again.

What an amazing experience!
Jan (property manager) was very professional, thorough, accommodating, and kind.
Location is amazing, a short walk from China Town and 5-10 minutes to any places in downtown. It's so close to everything, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.
Home is beautiful, the 2-1/2 bath feature is BEST, bar none. I have not been able to find another listing that has that while accomodating 9 people for that price range. If living couches r used for sleeping, this house can fit 11 people!
Make sure you rent a mid size or smaller car to fit in the garage, we rented a minivan (Chrysler Pacifica) and it didn't fit in the garage. However, parking are plenty on the street. Sometimes it takes a little bit of walking but who's complaining when the neighborhood and scenery and climate r just too nice!
Home is modern, beautiful, 1000s times better than staying in a hotel which is guaranteed to be more expensive w/ 20% functionality.
We left some comments to help seller's cleaning company calling for some attention to certain area. This was not the owner/manager's fault. Our comments were meant to make the place even better than it already is.
We will stay here again and again. Thanks for everything Jan.

Best ever
I have been renting VRBO's for a long time. This property is the best I have stayed in. It was fully stocked with all the necessities that one hates to pack - shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper....You could not ask for better and upon arrival a lovely bottle of red wine. Jan goes above and beyond. We will definitely make this our go to destination while in Seattle. I just wish she had more properties across the country!
