Beautiful house, it has everything you need. Plus beautiful views of Elliot Bay. Supermarkets and restaurants are close. 100% recommended.

The property was in a great location and easy to access. Parking wasn’t a problem if you have 1 car. The master bed was comfy and spacious. The bed on the first floor was smaller than expected but we made it work. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the townhome.

Located near Smith Cove Terminal for easy access to cruise lines. Fairly close to Pike Public Market and to the Space Needle. Street parking is limited and very narrow.

Place was nice. Parking was horrible!!

Stayed two nights— great rooftop seating area w views. Easy access to downtown. Lots of steps on property.

We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The Vrbo was perfectly located for what we wanted. It had beautiful views, and a great roof top patio. Very nice!

Everywhere we went was like 6 to 15 minutes. Breakfast in the kitchen with blinds open was heaven. Saw a bald eagle chilling on an apartment next to us!

Really there were too many stairs to make your way comfortably around between so many levels. The couches in the living room are old and not comfortable. The extra bedroom "bed" was not supportive or comfortable. The door code is too long to easily memorize. All other houses have a 4-5 digit code at most.
There is NOT ample parking. The streets are so narrow it is a challenge to drive down the street of this place.
The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean. The choices of books on the shelves are excellent.
Outside of that not much to get me to go back to this place.

We stayed as a group of 5 friends. There was plenty of space for all and the house had everything needed. The rooftop patio was a favorite. All the windows provided nice views of the water! Parking was a bit challenging but we did find a space close to door after making a few loops. Uber/Lyft to tourist locations was quick and easy. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

We loved our stay in this townhome. The listing was accurate. We enjoyed the sunlit kitchen, views, and the ability to get some nice breezes from the many patios. We felt very comfortable here during our business trip to Seattle. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us!

Wonderful location, nice quiet neighborhood. Really nice coffee shop within walking distance (and a grocery store right across from said coffee shop). Beds were comfy and the top balcony was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

We really liked the property, and would have loved to give the property 5 stars, just couldn’t.
We were visiting our daughters (@ SPU) for Spring Break.
Pros:
- Close to campus
- Modern feel and love all the light in the top two stories
- Bed comfy and had options for various types of pillows
- Kitchen had most everything we needed (better large knives for cutting would be good)
- Entry instructions were easy, no problems finding the property/access, parking is on street, but never had a problem
- Fun rooftop area with views
Cons:
- When we rent, we always make sure there is a “no pets policy” as my wife is really allergic to cats/dogs. This property definitely has a cat in the house and my wife immediately had a reaction, then we found the “cat tower toy”. After a trip to the pharmacy, some open windows, and some constant wheezing, we made do.
- Window shades were not only “tricky” (notes are all over the house how to be careful with the blinds), but the main bedroom upstairs had a whole section that didn’t work. We brought eye masks for sleeping so it wasn’t a huge problem
- I sent a note to the property manager after the first night to inform them of the broken shades and the cat allergies. No response.
We really wanted to give this a 5, landed on a 4, could have been a 3 - communication is important.
Highly, highly recommend the owner publicize that a cat is in this property.
Thanks.

The house is cozy, the main floor is very comfortable with a bright kitchen and comfortable living room area. We enjoyed coming home and relaxing here. The neighbourhood is very nice, we would have walked around more if we had time. The downstairs bed is narrow, so better for one person, I found it very comfortable though! Not over bleached with the bedding and sheets like I find at hotels. Loved this part.Close to downtown but quiet. There were a few things not clean enough to use, and a few things not working, so we let the managers know and they said they would note that for next time. And gave us a later checkout:) We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Property is a very short cheap Uber ride from the stadium. Had a blast!

Great spot with easy access to Space Needle, Lake Union, and Downtown. Parking was easy to find, but the streets are very narrow if you have a large vehicle. Kitchen was well appointed and there were tons of cozy spots to hang out, read, or connect with family.

Our stay at the townhome was perfect. Our family was very pleased with the accommodations. The location is very accessible (and affordable) for everything you want to do in Seattle. For larger groups, the pullout couch is easily the most comfortable I have ever seen. The modern design of the home makes it very cozy and the outdoor spaces really set it apart. The home has THREE outdoor spaces including a private rooftop which is amazing for coffee/wine and a view of the water. The only thing I would change is updated pillows/linens. We will be back!

We enjoyed our week long stay here over Thanksgiving. Queen Anne is a lovely neighborhood, close by to our relatives who live in town. Easy access to downtown Seattle. The nicest room in the house is the kitchen, which was very well supplied. It has large windows and nice views. The only criticisms of the place were the window blinds, which were very difficult to use, and the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. Owners should update the two sofas! The main bedroom was nice but we had to purchase our own feather free pillows and a thinner blanket, which we left for the next renters. Overall, we enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant week here and would recommend it to others.

The house is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The wood floors are great. I believe they should improve the extra bed linens because we had to use the sofa beds and there were not enough or clean linens.
For the rest the house is good!

We enjoyed staying at this upbeat house. It was a very nice place to relax, sit on the back porch and enjoy the TV. The kitchen as well stocked, and we liked the pour over coffee maker. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this property. It was calm, clean, and ideal for fun in the city.

This house is very beautiful and the view from the rooftop is fabulous! Large windows throughout the house bring in sunshine and great views of the neighborhood. Loved the area. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and both were beautiful.
When we were there in late July it was hot and the house was a bit tough to cool off in the evening. Additional fans would have been helpful. There is a portable a/c unit in the master that works pretty good. Overall we would definitely stay again!

We spent the weekend in town a group of 4 of us and had a blast. Quick ubers to Climate Pledge, Ballard etc. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen including ziploc bags which is so simple, but so helpful. Rooftop deck was fabulous as it was unseasonably warm and we loved the breeze up there. Although if it is warm plan to have the blinds shut, this is east facing and the afternoon/evening sun gets toasty and offers some tremendous views!

This was a really cozy townhome that had an amazing view during sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was very well stocked, and had all the amenities we needed.

Would very much recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

This home was a great place for families. Plenty of space for each person. Also, the home is incredibly clean. You will have to drive or ride share to the tourist locations, but they are not far. We would stay here again.

This spacious home was great for our family of four to enjoy a few days in Seattle. The location is north of the city center providing a bit more quiet and safety but still close enough to easily access favorite tourist activities.
The host was responsive and easy to contact.

Spacious, gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, fantastic wifi, comfortable beds, excellent book and game collection, super clean, rooftop could be fun (we came during rainy season). Can’t say enough about this wonderful home.
