First visit to Rome, when inside the place makes you feel very safe and comfortable which is of most important as a solo traveller! Loved the location, walking distance to grocery stores, famous attractions and the Metro station. It’s on the smaller size overall but great for one person.
Note this flat is on the ground floor so there is some mustiness present however Rome is full of all different kinds of smells and you can adjust to them.

Dario and cleaning staff are friendly. They provide a lovely and well-equipped house. They know what the tourists need very well.
Everything is awesome, only one thing can be improved but not a problem. There is a washing machine but no dryer or space to hang the washed clothes to dry.

The location is perfect, safe and secure. There are plenty of restaurants, markets and stores very close and all major attractions (or the train for further items) are all within a 30 minute walk. The host and hostess were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The shower head is high, there’s plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi and AC. Washer is in the unit but no dryer. There is a foldable drying rack for use. It is a little dated but has an Italian rustic charm to is which we absolutely loved. The bed is comfortable and access into the unit is extremely easy with a smartphone. Perfect for a couple. 6’4 husband for height reference.
No view (did not matter to us, but might for others) and the bathroom floor could use a little updating (it did not bother us, but might bother someone else). Really I had no issues at all. We loved this place.

Location and amenities
Nothing to dislike. The bathroom was a little on the small side.

A very comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring the city, it felt like home with the atmosphere and we loved it a lot. Would totally go there again. The location was awesome as well. Rome is a big city, obviously some parts are further away than others but we were near a lot of places we wanted to visit, especially liked the fact that the train station was extremely near.
I can't think of anything bad about it.
The host was extremely helpful, even sent us helpful location tips, restaurant tips and much more, and we did visit a few of them.
Would recommend going there!
Nothing, everything was really well.

1. The location is amazing, really central and very close to the train station (Termini) where the buses from the airport arrive (9 min walk until the propery).
2. Very well located, close to the main attractions, and to a walking distance of Monti which is a nice place to have appertivo and have dinner
3. The Host, Dario is very friendly and always worried about the guests
4. The house is very pretty and really nice for a couple who just wants to rest a little bit at home and wants to go around through the city all day
The only point is the noise. Its very easy to hear things from other apartments or from the hall. As it was raining a lot one night we woke up with the sound of the rain

Comfortable bed, studio had a washer and free coffee/soap/shampoo available.
There were a lot of rules and the water was ice cold even during our dedicated heat hours. The studio was also cold and there was not enough coffee for our stay. Side note, the iron did not turn on.

I can't fault anything. This place went behind my expectations to be honest.
🔶️ the studio itself was perfect, everything you need in a kitchen including an nespresso machine which was great in the morning.
🔶️ the location is perfect down a nice quite street but just a few minutes walk to the colloseum area.
🔶️ the host was great. Excellent communication through WhatsApp and sent me loads of info regarding what to do /where to go and where to eat etc.
🔶️ tv had netflix which you can use..
Just an overall great stay and would highly recommend !!!
Absolutely nothing

The host was very proactive and helpful with recommendations, and was quick to resolve any issues.
The location is quite convenient, walking distance from Termini station and near the restaurants in Monti, walking distance to many historic sights.
Great selection of utensils, other helpful stuff ranging from coffee, salt/pepper/sugar/oil, clothes washing power to insect repellent (essential).
Good space for a sole traveller.
The kitchen is a bit rustic (literally). If you need a kitchen to be modern and clinical, it may not be for you.
During the day there seems to be a neverending faint sound of a washing machine from somewhere

It is a nice and clean place in a great neighbourhood with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Communication with the host was easy and so was my check-in and check out. The host also sent me plenty of recommendations. It is a great place for solo travellers or couples.
There was nothing that I would consider needing an improvement. My stay was great.
