The Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door to access the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9; or take a quick jaunt across the street to enjoy all that Main St. has to offer! It's all at your fingertips here, as our motto is; "this is where Breckenridge meets the mountains!"
With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it here as the Village at Breckenridge has it all! You can enjoy full valet services; an indoor/outdoor pool with four outdoor hot tubs and a fitness room with tread mills, weights and other equipment. Rent skis in the building too! Our unit is on the fourth of seven floors overlooking the Plaza where you will begin each day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sun rising over Baldy Mountain and the Continental Divide. In the evening you can relax with a romantic view of the town's festive lights. There is no place like Peak 9 Inn; and if you are looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo! The complete overhaul of that area in 2022 is really something to see as it turned out very nice we think!
You name it, it's new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New carpet, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sectional sofa with a pullout, and a smarf TV to unwind after a long day on the slopes. While we closed for Covid in 2020 we added a new walk-in shower, doors and trim throughout as well as new paint and bedroom set for more storage in the unit. June of 2022 we added new flooring in the main area as well. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get, as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence. Lastly, coming spring of 23 we will be adding stainless steel appliances to the kitchen for a more modern look.
You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head across the street to enjoy the shops, dining, and other entertainment Breckenridge has to offer.
We strive to create an atmosphere that'll allow you to make the lifetime memories you came to Breckenridge to achieve. A Ski In/Ski Out unit across the street from Main Street is paradise to us and we'd love for you to come see why!

You will have free roam of the entire studio as nothing is locked/blocked off for the owners.
We live a short hour away in the Mile High city so we are available most of the time to help with directions, lockouts, maintenance you name it, we got it! We are available before, during and after your stay. Just a phone call, text or email away! We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area.
The best part in our opinion about this unit is that is literally 30 yards out the back door to the Quicksilver Superchair and 1 block out the front door to Main St where are the action takes places after the slopes for food, drinks, and shopping.
There are free bus stops outside the building, main street is a block away, and you can walk out the back door to get on the Quicksilver Superchair if you are skiing or boarding. The slogan of our village does say it all. "Where the Mountains Meet Main Street."
There is free ski storage for all guests during season at Christi Sports ; which is located in the building adjacent to us. Right on the way to the ski lift so less gear to carry.

My husband and I had the best time in Breckenridge. The location of the condo was perfect. It was very clean, and parking was very convenient--we were right on Main Street, and had easy access to many hiking locations. Also, the amenities at the condo complex were great--we loved the game room, pool, and hot tubs. We would absolutely stay there again! 5 stars!

We loved the property! As most have said, the location is nearly unbeatable. Such an easy walk to everything downtown has to offer and it is nearby to very accessible hikes for our little boys. The pool/jacuzzi area and rec area was a huge bonus that makes this property that much more enjoyable.
The unit itself was great and had nice updates throughout. We appreciated knowing that the owner of the unit was always accessible, giving us some added assurance during the trip.
We will definitely be returning in the future!

The only issue encountered was very limited parking. I had to contact the property manager almost daily to check if they had parking available for us! That was a hassle!

This place is in a great location and in a complex that has a very nice recreation/relaxation area with a sauna, steam room, pool and several hot tubs, along with a big game room with a big sitting area, arcade games, table shuffle board, etc. The complex was nearly empty during mud season, so we pretty much had the run of the place. The unit was nice for 2, would probably be ok for 3 but might be crowded for 4. It’s small but has good storage space for its size and was super clean. Its bathroom was stocked but — our only little knock on the place — the kitchen, while stocked with the usual utensils, had absolutely nothing else. No coffee or any kind of spices. Nothing. So if you want to cook, you’re going to buy absolutely everything. That was the only little downer but everything else was great.

The host was incredibly helpful leading up to the stay and helped facilitate onsite parking because parking is non-existent in the town of Breckenridge.

Condo was very clean and had all the amenities for cooking your own meals. Best location for shopping, dining and a short walk to the quicksilver lift. Ski rental in the building. Hot tub and sauna are also in the building.

My wife and two pre-teens had a delightful stay. The studio was clean and beautifully maintained. There was plenty of space given the king size bed and pullout. The location was great. We were super close to town and the Peak 9 lifts. Also, we had great access to the pool and fitness room. We would gladly come back.

We had an amazing time at Peak 9 studio of dreams. The location can’t be beat, short walk to the lift, and also right around the corner from Main Street! The condo it self was super well stocked (no need to buy trash bags/toilet paper/paper towels/laundry detergent or dishwasher pods. Also lotion/shampoo/conditioner… all included!) Very clean and cozy! Not much room for storage, but that’s expected in a studio.

We had the best vacation at this property! It was clean, provided comfortable sleeping for all 4 of us, and was in walking distance for everything we wanted to do! We would stay at this property again! Nick was very easy to communicate with and had all the information you need organized and simple to use! Perfect location and great amenities for the snowboarders in our family and the coffee loving book worms!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and to attend a wedding in near by Dillon, CO. This place was clean and had all the space and amenities two people would need. It was perfect location for Main Street Breckenridge and it was easy to get to all of our hiking destinations. Check In/Out was super easy

My husband and I vacationed here for our anniversary. We loved the proximity to Main Street- super cute boutiques, great food options. Also several hikes nearby. We especially loved Sawmill. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The hot tubs were a great plus!!

Condo was just as pictured and described. Well decorated and comfortable. Entire building is converting to digital keys using phone - a few glitches - but no reflection on owner of individual condo and sure they will be worked out. Condo owner/manager very responsive in a timely manner.

Peak 9 Studio of Dreams was Wonderful from the start.
I can't say enough about how great the owners were with quick communication throughout the entire process with all my questions before booking and providing all the needed information for check-in and check-out, parking, location, etc. We did take advantage of the parking pass (20$/day) which we felt was well worth the money. The location was perfect!! Close to everything. Quick walk to main street. Bus stop right out the front entrance. The attention to detail was exceptional. The detailed description of check-in was outstanding. We loved the opportunity to download the Peak 9 app provided for quick reference to all information during our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen was so nice with all needed items for cooking. Because our stay was at the end of July with warmer temps during the day, we appreciated the portable cooling unit and nice size box fan provided by the hosts. Firsthand experience from being a guest in other properties, these things are extras the host kindly provides for their guests that need to be recognized. (I read in the description and had a understanding AC units are rare and 90% of properties in Breck do not have them.) We appreciated these extras provided. The welcome gift bag was much appreciated too! Such great hosts! We would most definitely stay here again!!

Peak 9 Studio of Dreams was a perfect rental for our family mountain getaway. The location was ideal for getting around the town and the amenities were such a hit for our family.

Pros: Excellent location. Nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool/hot tubs/sauna/steam room every evening after full days of activities. "Game Room" was also fun for our 13/11yr old with pool table and arcade games.
Condo was well maintained, bed was comfortable, and kids comfortably slept on couch. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils.
Cons: Emails prior to arrival were a little lengthy and inaccurate which made arrival and access to the condo a bit confusing. Once in, the condo was extremely stuffy so we of course went straight to AC instructions where it stated "THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AC (Not Advertised)"....seemed a bit shady not to clearly state this in the VRBO listing! Luckily we weren't in the condo during the day, seeing it was in the 80s during our stay. Night was comfortable enough. Kitchen needs some staples for ease of cooking: cooking spray, oil, salt/pepper would be very helpful!
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, but definitely would not recommend for friends who can't do without an AC.

We had a great time in Breckenridge. The property was perfect for myself and my husband. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to everything. Had a wonderful stay here. Was close to just about everything and perfectly located for a lot of fun. I had one issue where I had neglected to select my parking and a call to Nick was answered in one ring at dinner time and he was so friendly! I like renting from great people and it was easy to see that was the case here. Unit was perfect for two, so clean and a thoughtful gift bag and anniversary sparkler were waiting on the counter.

This is a lovely condo.
The unit was very nicely remodeled and probably the cleanest we have ever rented. The bathroom was separated into three spaces which could be closed off as needed. Storage was tight for winter clothes, but being a studio that was expected. It was very quiet at night and the blackout curtains did an excellent job blocking the town lights. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking with full-sized appliances although we did little more than heat up restaurant leftovers. The indoor parking was nice, but we didn’t find out about the $35/night parking fee until after we had rented the unit. The fee is only charged during the winter season.
The info app made check in easy, but you will be expected to glean all of the information from that as questions about the unit will not be individually answered. That being said, all of the information we needed was in the app. We rented equipment from the downstairs Breck Sports on level 1 of the complex and had free storage there for the duration of our stay. The lift was about a five-minute walk from the rental store. You would be hard pressed to find a closer complex at this price point. There is an emergency room located just around the corner from the unit making rental return a breeze for your spouse if you blow out your knee on the last run of the trip.
The pool area was beautiful but we did not soak or swim. We saw lots of families enjoying the heated pool and hot tubs.
The unit is very convenient to town and close to many wonderful restaurants and a grocery. I would definitely rent again.

The location of this property is fantastic, lots of access to everything. The one down side is that there was no hot water. The warmest it got was room temperature which is not ideal after a day of skiing. Otherwise it was a great experience.
