Impressive and comfortable house, with plenty of space. Great walks around the estate footpaths, and to nearby pub and butchers. Malvern hills were accessible and great for cycling and walking.
Kim was great help on the phone about arrival at the property, as rules had changed due to Covid.

The house was spacious and very clean with a lovely enclosed garden and patio area.
The house was spacious and very clean with a lovely enclosed garden and patio area.
There were 9 of us including 2 kids (and also a dog) and we had lots of room and plenty of seating areas.
Very rural location with lots of great country walks.
The Supermarket was about half an hour drive away, and we found a pub that was a 30 minute walk across fields on public rights of way.
The kids loved splashing about in the stream at the end of the garden.
Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms.
We were very happy with this property and would recommend for people who want to get away from it all and relax in the countryside.

Lovely house and surroundings.
Only complaint was that there was no bedding provided for a cot which has never happened before in other properties.

Brook House is a lovely place to spend a week.
Brook House is a lovely place to spend a week. It has been very well restored and is most pleasant to live in.
But I found the kitchen had lots of cutlery and dinner services of high quality, there was a real lack of equipment for cooking. No whisk, electric or otherwise, no quiche/tart tins, no cake tin, no liquidiser to make a soup, no silicone spatulas, no lemon squeezer and so on.
We still had a great week and the house is a real pleasure.

Lovely cottage and worked very well for a group of 8 plus dog.
Lovely cottage and worked very well for a group of 8 plus dog. Spotless and beautifully kitted out. A few essentials in the kitchen such as a hand mixer, pair of kitchen scissors and some bin liners of the right size (which we could not know in advance). Otherwise excellent. Would certainly recommend and use again. Thank you.

Brook house was a really lovely place to stay.
Brook house was a really lovely place to stay. All good sized bedrooms with all ensuite (one had the bathroom immediately over the corridor, so basically ensuite). Well furnished and equipped and set in a fantastic location that is very picturesque. We've had many family gatherings in the past in different houses but this is the only one that we will definitely come back to - it fit the bill for us perfectly.

A beautiful big house in rural Herefordshire.
A beautiful big house in rural Herefordshire. Plenty of room for the 8 of us plus dogs to stay.
Good points: enclosed garden and patio so safe for kids and dogs, as well as the larger garden with the brook. Two living rooms and loads of bathrooms so we didn’t get under each other’s feet. Well stocked kitchen with about 20 of all crockery and cutlery and plenty of big saucepans.
Bad point: nothing to do within walking distance (except lovely country walks) so had to drive somewhere every day.

We had a brilliant stay at Brook House for a family gathering of nine people and 2 dogs for my 60th birthday. The facilities were just right for us; comfortable rooms, plenty of resources, beautiful surroundings and walks. It took a while to research the perfect combination of rooms and I am so pleased I found this house. 5 bedrooms, 4 en-suite, large dining table, 2 sitting rooms, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful gardens, plenty of parking and TV and WiFi to keep the younger members of the family happy! We used the gym, walked amongst the lambs, claimed balls back from the shallow brook and found plenty of footpaths to explore. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Thank you!

Great choice for our weekend with four couples for a family celebration. Warm, comfortable, well equipped, interesting ancient building in a great setting and close to Malvern Hills. Kingfisher spotted in the adjacent stream. Great walking country with numerous footpaths on and beyond the estate.

This is a superb house in a wonderful country location.
This is a superb house in a wonderful country location. It has clearly been lovingly restored with all mod cons and comforts yet still feels like a 1600's building. The only reason I could not give it a perfect 10 is the Local Amenities question, because there are none. A pub or a shop require a car journey. For me that's a very good thing, because it's so peaceful there, it just might not be for everyone.
