This is a great house for a big group, we had 10 adults nad were plenty comfortable. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach where all the kite surfing happens!

The villa is very big, it was very specious for a family of five and can easily accommodate even 8 people. The kitchen is nice with working space and everything that you need to prepare your meals from scratch. The dining table is very large as well. We found the bathrooms and showers to be nice and adequate as well. Great wifi and two TVs with all online streaming services.
The check in and check out process was very simple and convenient. Trina was very responsive from the reservation point up to and through our stay.
A few points to know, however. (1) the property is in no way in walking distance from any beach or from anywhere worth walking to. That part in the property description is inaccurate. The area is not walk-able. There are plenty of stray dogs roaming around. Don't leave anything outside on the porch over night. (2) The property is not part of any gated community. The access to it is through unpaved roads and you will be better off renting a 4x4 vehicle. (3) The pool is a small one. Nice but small.

We had one of the best vacations in May's Villa! The house was in a very quiet yet safe neighborhood and we had an undisturbed, blissful week on Provo. The rooms were spacious, all the linens, bedding were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed quiet evenings in the balcony. proximity to tranquil and less populated beach made it even better. May and Trina made us feel welcome at all steps of our stay. All of our numerous questions were answered promptly and with accuracy. We strongly recommend stay at May's Villa and will look forward to staying here for our next visit to Provo.

This is a beautiful villa. It is nicely appointed and very clean. This is a perfect choice for people looking for a Vacation in a quiet section of the Island. The Villa is spacious and can accommodate a large family or group of friends very comfortably. It is very easy to communicate with the owners. I highly recommend this villa.

We loved our stay at May's Villa. Rent a vehicle (we got a suzuki swift from payless) and you will be 5 to 10 minutes from everything. My wife and I have three children who are now in college and staying at this villa meant that post-beach everyone had their own room to chill and we could all cook and eat together. Bonuses: there are beach chairs and umbrellas, ample towels, and a washer dryer right off the kitchen. And when one of the dogs took off w my daughter's sandal a neighbor found it the next day. :)

We stayed for one week in May's Villa in Feb 2019. This is our third trip to the island. The first time we stayed in a hotel room, the second time we rented a cottage on a property that had 6 cottages on one property, and this time we stayed in May's Villa. We are a family of 6, with 4 young children, ages 7, 5, 3, and 1. We also brought a babysitter with us, so a total of 7 stayed at the villa. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the house has a sitting area outside the master bedroom, so my 3 year old "had her own room." She didn't mind that people had to walk through it to get to the bathroom. This was an unexpected surprise. Two rooms had very large walk in closets, so we were able to use the closet in the master as a dedicated space for the one year old.
The house had everything we needed -- fully equipped kitchen, enough towels for everyone, washer and dryer, cooler, hammock, and tire swing. My 5 year old son loved the tire swing and enjoyed petting the dogs. There were 4 dogs that were routinely in the yard. They were the favorite part of his trip. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs might be helpful because at times the dogs were noisy. We consider it part of the charm of the island.
Because the island is so small, the location was convenient enough for us. The price is unbeatable for such a large group and the lay out was great for our family. We appreciated Trina and her mother's help in having such a wonderful vacation.

May and Trina's villa had a fantastic Caribbean flavor. The house had all the needed amenities you could ask for a family gathering or vacation:
- Lots of beach towels for countless trips to the beautiful beaches in provo
- Washer/dryer
- A well furnished kitchen
- Nice and spacious living area
- Ample and easy parking
- A phone with local sim card to call restaurants or daily rentals as needed
- Outdoor charcoal grill
- A short (<10mis) walk to Long Bay beach and long bay club (great cocktails and ambiance)
- All rooms were spacious and well furnished - my sister claimed the bed they slept in was more comfortable then her own (king room)
- The area is overall quiet and felt very safe
- It is a 5 minute drive to Grace bay, where most of the resorts are, which is nice because you get a bit more privacy and space for yourself without being too far from the main touristic center and the world renowned Grace Bay beach!
Trina was so friendly and thorough in explaining where the house is. May (her mother) stopped by from time to time to say hi and we overall loved the easy going island vibe.
If you are checking in past sunset, pay close attention to the provided directions and you will find the house no problem. Road names are not consistent in TCI.
Fantastic place for a family gathering (sleeps 9 people easily) or for a multi-family get away. Price is one of the more competitive out there. You will not be disappointed.

It was our first time in Turks and Caicos and it was a much needed remedy for the winter blues. Superb weather, incredible beaches and great food. We were 2 families traveling so this home was perfect for us. It was very spacious and even with 7 of us, it was quite comfortable. The full sized kitchen was well stocked and we were able to save a bit of money by eating breakfast and lunch at home. We loved talking with May and learning about the island; she's a lovely lady and delightful to talk to. The kids fell in love with the dogs and the dogs seemed to be happy to see us whenever we came home. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning someday.

We spent 10 days at May's villa and we really loved it.
On one hand, the youngest one in our family is quite young and really needs home cooked food, having a full kitchen was a hard requirement for us (do not forget the laundry requirement too - a must with kids). On the other hand, we believe that the best places in Nature are the ones where there are no humans around, thus having anything with the "beach-front" in the name was a non-requirement for us. In fact, by opening up the search area to the entire island of Providenciales, we had many choices to choose from and were able to find an excellent house without paying the "beech-front" price tag for it. It does not mean that May's villa is in the middle of nowhere, though. On the opposite - the house is within minutes of most places - shops, restaurants, docks, airport, beaches - everything is a short drive away.
What really surprised us was the human touch May and Trina put into the house. It started before we even got to the house with the driving directions - they were precisely written and even included a diagram and a map. The value of this can be understood only when one gets to the island - try navigating through a maze of big and small streets (often unpaved) on an island where there are more roundabouts than street signs. Even locals give directions in terms of roundabouts: "turn left at the third roundabout".
The surprises kept on coming when we got to the house - fully furnished rooms, plenty of extra sheets and blankets, the usual soap and stuff, even a huge number of beach towels for us to use. The real game changer was a local cell phone. No, I am not kidding. The house included a cell phone with a local SIM card precharged with some prepaid money. It was given to us to use on the islands essentially for free - we just needed to add some money at the end to keep the balance as it was in the beginning. Sure, one could go into roaming, but it is not exactly cheap. One could also go and buy a local SIM card but it is a hassle (try getting this in the middle of a weekend when everything is closed) and often comes with extra charges, like activation fees (not to mention, one has to have an unlocked GSM phone for this). Nothing really beats walking into a new house and having the owner hand you a local phone to use for all bookings, reservations and island hopping. Try getting that from a 5 star beach-front resort.
Overall, a huge bundle of thanks and hugs goes to Trina and May!
