We had a wonderful stay! The house was located within very easy walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet with a grocery store and restaurants near by. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was better than expected. Remote. The views of the water are everywhere. The house was clean and spacious. If you go, you will be tempted to walk straight to the beach. if so, the neighbor (the house in front) will tell you to get off their property. The actual access to the beach is three houses down. You will see a sign for beach public access. once we figured that out, the beach was easy to get to. The drive into town is a pleasant one and about 20 minutes from the house. We will book again.

Just right for our get-together! Room for arts and crafts that I brought for my granddaughters to do when not playing in the gulf. (The girls loved playing in the water AND after dark taking small nets and flashlights to the beach to hunt for speedy sand crabs! (Everyone had a lit of laughs). Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. The only thing we didn’t find was cereal bowls).

The property came with amazing views, and it was just a short drive to town. There was so much deck space. The owner was very quick to respond as well. My family loved it. Would stay again.

Amazing beach house!

Grace and her husband are amazing people who helped us no matter what happened! The house has an amazing view and the inside of the home was so clean and maintained (the outside needs TLC) the acess to the beach was just a few steps from the house! And me, my husband and our 2 kiddos and dogs throughly enjoyed ourselves, we will definitely be renting again!

Highly recommend this property especially for the affordable rate. House was very clean and AC worked great! Recent updates to the house really helped. The floors were redone and walls had fresh paint. Furniture was in good condition. The exterior does need some work but we thoroughly enjoyed the house and it’s excellent location. We were less than 100 steps to the beach. We had two little kids (under 3) and they loved all the beach toys! Owner was very responsive for questions at check in. Will rent from again!

Perfect location!

Perfect location!

Walk right to the beach. Amazing decks close enough that mosquitoes stay away. A/C worked well, and the layout was fun for the kids. We will definitely try to rent this one again next trip. Grace replied promptly to any inquiries. The water and ice from the fridge was unavailable, but the grocery store is right next door so anything you need is likely close at hand.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. The inside has been updated but the outside needs some repairs and paint. We stayed about 10 days and discovered many things that need repair!! It is listed to sleep 10 but that would require 4 people in a bunk bed with a trundle. We found the room too small for 4 people. Since I did not have a full house, it was not a problem for us. This room would be fine for children. It comfortable sleeps 8. Overall we had a wonderful time and the location is AWESOME!!

Good location property needs some maintenance

This beach house is very conveniently located near the beach. We brought the entire family including our fur babies, but there was no fence as listed in the description. It was a challenge to cook with what was provided in the kitchen but we brought foil and plastic utensils and made due. We did find a great restaurant called Nate’s within walking distance! All in all we had a great time and there was plenty of room but I would have picked a different property if I had known about some of the issues we had beforehand.

My partner, dog & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and well kept. The views from the balcony are stellar and the proximity to the beach is perfect. The home is stocked with everything you could need; kitchen odds & ends, games books, towels, beach toys, smart TVs etc! The property manager was responsive and answered all questions. The listing does show a fence on the property however, at the time of our stay the fence was down due to a recent storm. The fence was a large attraction for us to book because of our dog. The down fence made our stay a little bit of a challenge but we managed! Highly recommend this property & look forward to booking again in the future.

We loved the location and property. The fenced in backyard was great for our puppy. It was super close to walk to the beach and the views were awesome. We enjoyed the top deck off the master. Nice kitchen and baths. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house with views from all windows and rooftop deck. Newly painted & floored. Very clean. Really liked layout of house. Enter through downstairs hallway where you can leave all your beach and other stuff. Living areas & 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Main bedroom and bath on 3rd floor with rooftop deck. Nicely supplied and decorated.

House needs immediate TLC

Do not book this property until the cleanliness issues and health and safety issues are addressed. The property owners are very easy to communicate with, were apologetic and issued our refund quickly, however we had to leave the property and find a new rental. We were still required to pay a full nights stay even though we communicated our concerns immediately upon arrival and we’re not able to find alternative lodging for the night. The amount of time and stress that went into canceling this reservation and finding a new property definitely overshadowed the joy of being at the beach. The house needs a lot of TLC before it should be rented. It has the potential to be a fabulous rental as the size and location are great. The cleaning company was blamed, however the house needs more then just a surface clean.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay so much we extended by 2 days!! Julio was incredibly responsive to all communication and worked with us to help us extend our stay. I loved having my coffee on the deck and listening to the waves. The kitchen was very well supplied, we were cooking Christmas dinner and had everything we needed plus some. Local restaurants and groceries were within walking distance. I would love to come back.

The place was awesome... close to the beach.. fenced back yard... and the accommodations were outstanding. The entire top floor is one big master bedroom... very nice. I would recommend this wonderful place for anyone looking for a good time at the beach.

We had a blast

Sister in law rented this beach house for my brothers birthday. We loved it and had a blast. I love the inside and outside of this beach house. The design is better than all the ones I have seen. Plan to come back in September. I looked around to just experience another beach house but I think were coming back to this one. The view was better than other houses too. We played basketball, cooked out, played volleyball and made sand castles on the beach. Had a couple drinks on the balcony and laughed it up. There are 2 balconies. We really enjoyed ourselves. The beach is only maybe a 2 minute walk. Other houses are not so lucky. Loved it.
