Great place on Seneca lake. Quiet location close to alot of grat wineries and breweries.

Beautiful views of the water. House was clean. We would stay again.

The property fit our needs wonderfully because it had room for everyone and the living room was great for social time with my friends. The agency did an amazing job keeping me informed throughout the entire process and stay. There are only two things of concern. The upstairs bathroom was not properly cleaned because there was vomit left on the side of the toilet. The second issue is the staircase because it is one notch up from a ladder. The stairs are very narrow, some are loose, and the exposed side makes it very dangerous.

We had a great time. The property was wonderful with a great location on the lake. Would definitely come back again.

Bachelorette Get Away
We rented for a small group of us girls (mostly in our early 30's) to get away, have some relaxation time by/on the water, and go to a couple wineries to celebrate our friend getting married! It was a beautiful, quaint house right on the water with a beautiful set up outside for a campfire! Several of the girls commented that they were going to save the property for possible future visits, we had a fantastic time!

Has potential
4 adults over 60
- stairs to 2nd floor are dangerous for they do not have standard risers.
- beautiful living room windows facing the lake but the middle picture window (upper level) has a bad seal so their is moisture building up and spoils the view.
NOT the owners fault but FLPP - check-in instructions gave us a 10 digit code but upon arrival found it had (past Wednesday as it turns out)been changed to a lock-box with a four digit code - had to call to get the right code. you had plenty of tie to tell us in advance.

Amazing Girls Getaway
We celebrated our 40s together in this beautiful place! Tons of fun at the lakefront property! Easily accessible to wineries, breweries and distilleries!!!
Great long weekend! Would totally do it again!

Beautiful lakefront but somewhat understocked
The property itself was beautiful and right on the lakefront with a gorgeous view and a wonderful dock. However, the house was lacking in some necessities (did not have shampoo, lotion, any cooking oil or sugar, dish soap, sponges, etc).

Great weekend!!
This was a great house! The views of the lake were gorgeous. The house was super clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The area was super quite and relaxing. The living space was perfect for 8 guests. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Columbus Day
This is our second time staying at this house and it has been a great stay both times. The property is clean and has all the kitchen supplies to cook.

Checkmarked all our boxes
The house is bright and clean. They have gone out of their way to ensure the little buggers stay away and outside. There is also a water sanitizing and softening system. Nice for lake water. All appliances worked great except Ice Maker. Kitchenis nicely equipped. It is great to have 2 open lots on either side of you. We did not feel tight or closed in. Lots of chairs for outside. The kayaks are a welcome ammenity. Great set up inside for games and conversation. Walking around the area was peaceful and pleasant. Camp wood available cheaply just about anywhere around Seneca lake. Our group stayed two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the flat location and spectacular views. We even used the abandoned boat lift structure for hammocks and shade. We would definitely return. Best check in and out ever. No hassle at all.

Great little house for a low key family vacation. We loved using the kayaks. Cleanliness and leftover trash/recycle removal was an issue voiced to FLPP from day one and no one responded/the issue wasn’t addressed until day 4.

Beautiful view!!
Beautiful view, central location, really nice house. Really wish there was a conditioner on the water system as we couldn’t use it. But we brought water to drink and cook with. Made us itchy when showered in it. That’s the only complaint. Everything else was wonderful!!!!

Refreshing weekend away
What a great weekend away with adults only- a total of 3 couples. Upon arrival, we noted that the house was exceptionally clean and smelled good! The rental had a beautiful, tranquil view of Seneca Lake. I loved sitting in the living room and viewing the lake. Due to the rain each day, we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Next time, we will use the picnic table and put our feet in the lake, only steps away from the house! Also, each of the beds was extremely comfortable. Looking forward to returning soon!

Family weekender
Six of us - my husband and I and our 2 grown children along with their significant others stayed for a long weekend of pure bliss! Beautiful, clear lake Seneca steps from the door, strong spacious dock, comfortable accommodations. Two bathrooms, room to spread out in the downstairs, large table to eat at and closets full of board games. SO much to do in the area. Beside the vineyards, breweries and distilleries there are farms with both cow and goat cheeses. A short drive to the south is Watkins Glen and to the north, Geneva.
We loved the nightly fire by the edge of the lake. There were campfires dotting the entire perimeter of the lake each night. Beautiful!
The house water is hard and has stained the appliances and even has a bit of an odor as hard water often does. The parking is very tight but we had three vehicles and made it work with no problem.
Though not perfect, it was perfect for us and what we wanted. We can't wait to go back!

Picture Perfect Property
This spacious lakefront property captures Lake Seneca's beauty in the perfect way. To celebrate a couples' weekend away, we had the best time during the beautiful autumn season. The kitchen and various bedrooms made it convenient for all to have their own space with the option to prepare your own meals. With the various vineyards just miles away, it was the ideal location to enjoy wine tasting and delicious food. The direct lake access was perfect upon return from a day of wine tasting where we could kayak or relax by the fire with a glass of wine and the lake rippling behind us. Waking up to the natural sounds of Lake Seneca was our favorite thing to the trip and that was due to the perfect location of this lake house. The views from the master bedroom were indescribable as it captured all that you expected Lake Seneca to be and more. We cannot wait for our next trip.

Not happy with the View at Lodi Point
We stayed in the View at Lodi Point in August and found that we had problems with the property. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are not suitable for adults. The bunkbeds are good for younger children and also the other bedroom because you have to climb over each other to get in and out of that bed and you fall into the middle because the mattress is so bad..The Umbrella was broken so two in our party could not sit outside because they needed shade. The rental agency could not supply us with a new umbrella. Also the dishwasher did not work the appliances are very old .We where supposed to be 8 people but canceled 2 because of the downstairs sleeping situation. There were 4 uncomfortable plastic chairs outside one being broken. The Lake was very nice but the outside has absolutely no comfort. For the money that property receives they could surely have a comfortable mattress in the downstairs bedroom and some chaise lounges outside with same shade. That property should be listed for 4 adults and 4 children and parking for 3 cars not 4.

Great swimming and location
We had a wonderful stay. The lake was so clear and the walk-in beach made it easy to get in and out of the water with our 2 year old. We loved using the provided kayaks and fishing off the dock. The location was great, less than half a mile to a small state park with great playgrounds and a boat launch. Also just a short drive to some nice wineries. There are window air conditioners in the 2 upper bedrooms but not the 2 lower bedrooms. The living room was also air conditioned. The only problem we had was the water in the washing machine stained our clothes with rust. I think there should be a sign warning other guests so they won't have the same issue. Also it says there's parking for 4 vehicles, but it really fits 3 in the driveway.
