We are conveniently located just 4 kilometres (2.4 miles) from the actual falls and just steps away from the WEGO tourist buses and famous Niagara Gorge. The bus/train stations are a short walk away.
Our cozy retreat features a very popular, private porch for your enjoyment and comfort. The front garden with its evergreen, Southern Magnolia's are a big hit with our guests, particularly in June/July when they are in bloom.
We offer a range of amenities to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. These include a microwave, sofa, two person dining set, a TV with cable and an electric fireplace for added ambiance.
We are a short 20 minute drive to the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, offering a glimpse of Ontario's rich history and culture.

What a beautiful home this is- impeccably clean, nicely furnished, thoughtfully appointed with water, breakfast bars, fresh towels, good wifi. Try to arrive in time to sit on the beautiful shady front porch and enjoy the pretty plantings. On an extremely quiet street just a short distance from the busy attractions. Our hosts gave us good directions for accessing the house and lots of recommendations for restaurants nearby. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Niagara Falls.

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at this property. The front porch felt very secluded and it was a great place to relax during our down time. The property was very homey and had a lot more space than I originally expected. The hosts take very good care of the property. They were very friendly and gave great recommendations on things to do near the falls. If they wouldn’t have recommended we see the falls at night we probably would have missed out. They were easy to communicate with and gave helpful tips for crossing the border as first timers.

Very clean, cool, and quiet accommodations with easy access to the sites at Niagara. We did not have to use our car the whole time we were there. It’s a 45 minute walk to the falls and a five to ten minute walk to catch the We Go bus. We appreciated the attention to detail and nice touches (like beautiful greenery, crystal glasses) that made our stay so pleasant. The front porch was a great place to read or enjoy a take out meal when we wanted some downtime. The hosts were easy to contact and the guidebook had great suggestions on things to do and places to eat.

We actually were traveling with friends to Niagara on the lake. By staying in Niagara Falls, we saved a lot of money and just drove the 20 minutes back-and-forth. If you were just focused on the Falls, this location is perfect. You could actually walk down to the Falls, or the base of Clifton Hill. The neighborhood looks iffy, but when we pulled up to the house, a neighbor was working on her garden and assured us that the area was safe. Be prepared that this is just a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a bar fridge in the LR that was fully stocked with items you could purchase. There’s also a coffee maker with coffee pods provided. Loved the front porch for a coffee in the morning. Our only complaint was the bed itself. Both my wife and I could not sleep because of how soft the mattress was. I guess some people prefer that! Overall, Rob/Clinton were quick to respond to any question or request.

We were in town to visit the Niagara Falls and enjoy a long weekend getaway. Clint's place was a clean, comfortable, place for our stay. Clint was responsive to questions. Check in and out was easy. The nearby Queens Street District has lots of places to eat and drink (we had dinner at Taps one night and enjoyed some live music), as does Clifton Hill near the Falls. We enjoyed an invigorating hike at Niagara Glen. Great weekend overall!

Very nice ! So clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Also great location for us to walk to hiking areas down the really nice walking path. Great suggestions for places to eat. Our favorite was Queen's Coach. Only suggestion--maybe get a small hairdryer.

We had such a lovely stay for a four-day getaway! The suite was very clean. Robb’s communication with us was excellent, and he even had the suite prepared before check-in time to accommodate us. His suggestions for extra activities and meals made our stay even more lovely! Walking distance to White Water Walk. About 45 minutes walking to the falls, but it’s a beautiful walk. Highly recommend this place to stay for a couple!

A couple in our 60s, neither one of us has seen Niagra Falls before. Part of the reason is that we are not inclined to frequent super-touristy areas. But staying here helped allay that concern. Carefully maintained and tastefully decorated, this place was an excellent retreat from all the hubub around the Falls. Thanks to the hosts for their open and regular communication around our stay. Real hospitality! We'd come back again.

We had a great stay at the Oasis.We spent 5 nights here and the location was just so excellent.Very central to all the spots we wanted to visit in the Niagara region.The porch was our favourite spot to hang out in the evenings.Hosts were very accessible and accommodating with a clear focus on making sure we had everything needed to make our stay the very best it could be and it was. We LOVED our stay here. We had everything we needed: a microwave, coffee maker(with the coffee pods, sugar, cream and tea included), small fridge, toiletries for the bathroom, and real dishes, glasses and cutlery. The unit itself is comfy and cozy (the bed as well) though the real highlight for us was the front porch which was a true oasis. Beautiful greenery provided us with shade and privacy and there were two comfortable seating areas: one to relax and have a cocktail in the evening and another to enjoy our breakfast. We spent a lot of time out there. The location is about a 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls. This morning we enjoyed a lovely walk to the falls which took about 30 minutes. The walk takes you along the Niagara gorge/River so it is a scenic walk. We appreciated having quick assess to the falls and yet being far from a bustling tourist area. NOTL is about a 20 minute drive. Comfortable and easy drive but certainly more time consuming. This did not bother us in any way as we enjoyed our quiet refuge away from the craziness of NOTL which was packed! We also appreciated the additional personal touches like the bottled water, chocolate on our bed, granola bars and lots of information about the region. Our privacy was completely respected though we knew our hosts were available if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet oasis in the beautiful Niagara region, this is it!

My partner and I made time to escape our busy business schedules for a few nights of R&R at the Oasis! And oh what a treat to enjoy its cozy atmosphere and wonderfully comfy bed.
