Stunning two-bedroom condo located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to everything the area has to offer.
This is a corner, private unit with extra windows. It sleeps four people comfortably and a maximum of 6.
This is the perfect place for your mountain getaway. The condo is furnished with a king-size bed and TV in each bedroom. The bright and airy owner's suite offers a full-size mirror, granite top double sinks, vanity, and shower. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and it has a tub/shower combo. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked, so don't let anything get in the way of a tasty meal. You can choose to enjoy it at the dining table or on the balcony with breathtaking views. Our huge living room is decorated with a hand-painted mural of a majestic Rocky Mountain wolf. There is plenty of seating by the gas-burning fireplace, just perfect for entertaining. We made it cozy and inviting with furry throws and contemporary decor. A private balcony with patio furniture completes the open living area. It oversees lake Dillon, the mountains, and Keystone ski area in the background. We put our heart and soul into decorating our mountain retreat, and it is simply just lovely.

We have been visiting CO in the summer for over 35 years and this condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is very clean, comfortably and tastefully decorated, and has every convenience and thoughtful detail a guest could want. Daniel is gracious, responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to all areas of Summit County, adjacent to the wonderful recreation trail, and it has the most fabulous view of Lake Dillon and sunrise. We are hoping to stay in this lovely place again next year!

We had a much too quick 3 night stay, I wish we could have stayed longer. We loved it here, even loved it more than in the pictures!!
It’s such a spacious, beautiful and cozy place to come back to after all the things you’ll be doing while you’re here!!
Outer Range had delicious food, we ate there twice! We took a shuttle to Dillon through Summit Shuttle, so beautiful! Then back to Frisco to I Scream Gelato & a big platter of some interesting sausage at EinProsit!👍
The walks on the boardwalk were so amazing, our Granddaughters just loved our hikes, with Us/Grandma & Grandpa, then again with Mommy, then again with all of us. Our Daughter in Law and Son even got out on a hike by themselves while we crafted back at
this home with the “Husky.”
We had a breakfast fest there one morning and there was everything you would ever need to cook all your meals!! We went to the grocery store for our food and drinks after checking in, they had all the essentials you would need like soap, lotion, salt, pepper, sugar, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels & so much more & we thank you so very much for that!
The views from anywhere you sit are amazing and the patio was a favorite for my husband and son!
The beds were so comfortable and there were extra pillows, blankets and fans for our use too!!
I could just go on and on, the one thing is, I know we made such good memories here with our Family and our Granddaughters too! We just have to come back, for a little longer next time!!

This is a great condo in a central location in Frisco. I especially enjoyed the access to the trail and walking path - perfect for the spring mud season in the mountains. The condo is lovely and well appointed - just as it shows in the pictures. I highly recommend this place as a rental next time you are in Frisco.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is in a wonderful location close to anything you will need while on vacation. The views of the mountains are amazing. The unit is really spacious and clean. We experienced an issue with the door keypad needing a battery. I notified Daniel and new batteries were replaced quickly. All communication to Daniel was addressed rather quickly. We will definitely stay again at this property. Thank You Daniel.

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed all elements of the condo: beautiful living room with spectacular lake and mountain view, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, garage, its location etc. In particular appreciated the full presence of items like toilet paper, kitchen towels, dishwasher and washing machine detergents, garbage bags, etc. We will definitely return to this condo!

We stayed here for 5 nights in February so I could take my boys up to ski Breck. The property was exactly as described and was wonderful. It’s not over-the-top fancy but is very comfortable, has a beautiful view, and is equipped with everything we needed for a great stay.
I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable and clean place with a very helpful host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our multi-day stay at this comfortable, well-appointed, tasteful condo, while staying in Frisco and skiing at nearby resorts. Loved the attached garage, clean & hot hot tub, views to die for, and accessible location near grocery stores, good restaurants. We ate in every night though, as once we were “home”, we preferred relaxing, comfortably! We would love to come back again for another lovely stay with great nearby skiing!

This property is perfect if you're headed on a ski trip in the front range! Minutes from Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, and Breck. The property has tons of space and a dedicated garage, it was clean and Daniel was a great host who communicated so well. Can't recommend this property enough.

This condo is very clean and updated. I have been staying every year in Frisco for 20 years and this is one of the best I have stayed in. Condo has great exterior lighting and views. The garage comes in very handy during the winter. Elevator makes it very easy to get luggage to condo. The condo has no road noise but is very close to dining, shopping and the highway. Will definitely try to stay here again.

I would highly recommend this condo. It has a wonderful location close to I-70, walking distance to coffee shops and fast food, across the street from groceries/Walmart, and only a 5 minute drive to Main Street! The kitchen is very well appointed and the living room area is quite spacious. We stayed with our three teenage kids and had ample room. Comfy beds/sofa bed, efficient laundry, and great hot showers after a long day of skiing. Very convenient to have a garage to park in and store ski stuff. The host is very hospitable and very good with communication. He was very helpful when we had some questions at the time of our check in. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the slopes to drop off the skiers and Frisco has lots of fun places for the non-skiers to enjoy the day. We look forward to another stay here in the future and would recommend it for your upcoming trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here and should absolutely stay here again. It is centrally located, close to the interstate, and easily accessible to all the mountains, which made it perfect for our week of skiing. Grocery shopping and downtown Frisco (cute ski town feel) are minutes away.
The home is very well equipped and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need.
Daniel was very accessible and proactive with communications. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this property for several reasons! The condo was clean and very spacious. We loved having garage access so we didn't have to lug our skis, boots, and gear each night/morning. The size is perfect for 4-5 people and the location is amazing, We thought the bottle of wine was a very nice touch! Thank you so much! We hope to stay again next year!

This was just what we wanted. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Dillon from your living room window. We even saw a fox down below. It's a corner unit so it's quiet and it's furnished wonderfully. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so!

Simple checkin process and even a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us! This is the first vrbo we’ve stayed at that felt like home, and Daniel was easy to communicate with. The panoramic views are stunning, the location is perfect, and the condo was exactly as described. Our 2 kids (4&5) loved the boardwalk along the lake front and enjoying Disney/Netflix in the bedroom. It is right off the highway, a block from Main St, and a quick drive to Breck. We will definitely be back in the future!

Condo provided easy access to walking trails near the lake and was well equipped. All instructions for access were easy to follow. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch. Everything was clean and felt new and well maintained. Easy access to 5th floor via elevator for our elderly parents. Great escape from the hot Midwest summer!!

The deck was our favorite spot of the time we spent there. The mountains and two rainbows right in front of us were beautiful. Communication was easy and we were checked on to be sure all was okay with the rental. Great spot!

The condo is very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and already had many supplies. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a double sink bathroom. The big bonus of this condo was for us the heated and roomy garage for the car and our ski equipment. The location of the condo was perfect for us to ski in Breckenridge and Keystone. Daniel is a perfect host always available for answering questions. We will certainly be back!
