Friendly staff, Johnson and Giuseppe, were very helpful and a joy to talk to. We were a little early, but they looked after us until our room was ready. It was lovely to relax by the pool with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was good.
Nothing. Though you do need a car to get around here.

Struttura nuova, ampio parcheggio disponibile
Offerta della colazione, avrei preferito trovare più scelta e soprattutto prodotti tipici.

Very friendly staff
Not what I expected, it’s more like a b&b, not a “luxury” hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (Giuseppe) . Great quiet place, pool and jacuzzi are amazing. You really feel a luxury experience here.
Nothing, everything was great!

Beautiful grounds
No fault of the hotel but the surrounding area was very dirty a lot of garbage in the streets near and around the location.

The service and friendliness, Giuseppe was outstanding. The views, the vibe of this unique gem in the mountain right near The Valley of Temples.
Everything was good!

Lovely place to stay while visiting the Valley of Temples. The room was large and cozy and we liked the pool area. The host was very friendly and helpful with reccomondations on restaurants close by. Breakfast was good.
The jacuzzi was not working, and in the afternoon, there was a lot of noise from the builders.

The place was clean and safe, the internal grounds beautifully kept. If not for the excellent staff we would have moved on.
Unfortunately the season nearly over and most supplies were already gone - ie. tea etc. and breakfast was underwhelming with no eggs or hot food which was unusual for the hotels we stayed at throughout Italy.
The Steam Room/Sauna closed and full of excess furniture and the Jacuzzi just an empty hole in the ground.
The location is in the middle of nowhere - you have to drive everywhere and the roads surrounding the hotel are piled up with rotting garbage literally for miles. I spoke to the staff who say the owners fight with the authorities all the time about cleaning up the area to no avail. - Sadly this gives the whole area a sense of being dirty. Such a shame.

Worst experience in Sicily from the first minute when we booked this hotel/villa. We was staying there for 3nights. The staff doesn’t speak english-just some basic words and was very difficult to communicate. We booked a room for three persons but what we got was far from calling a room it was like a cave, where the actual window was at the toilet. Because of a bad ventilation (no windows i guess) was always a strange smell and moister- shower and sleeping area was in the same room. We had no place to hang the towels or even to unpack the luggages. One of us had to sleep in small bed beside which was super uncomfortable. After the first night we noticed that we have a lot of ants in room and we informed the staff about it, when we showed the pictures to staff the girl just laughed-asked did we eat inside And said sorry. They was ‘cleaning’ the rooms daily(changing towels and making a bed) but it showed up that even after showing pictures they didn’t even washed the floor and we continued to live with ants 😀 Variation of breakfast is far from luxury, croissants tasted like it was baked 2 days before serving on a table, the bread which italy has so tasty, was like the cheapest bread you can find in a super marked without expire date on it- you know what i mean🫣 Probably if you dont speak italian you dont get any service at all- one day we was the only ones in a hotel- so good luck asking for a glass of vine or something else because noone was around from lunch until evening. It felt like we was ignored or even avoided since the other guests left the place.

The swimming pool area is great.
The (deluxe) room was comfy and spacious.
It's quiet and relaxing.
Despite the reviews and general score we found it pretty expensive for what it is. The room was nice but doesn't get much natural light. There was no wardrobe to unpack our case/clothes and nothing to hang our towels.
The breakfast was ok with lots of choice, but not the best quality.
The restaurant area close early which means if you want a drink at 9pm you can't (in Italy!). It all lacked atmosphere really. All in all, it was nice but didn't really meet what we expected for the price.

too expensive for what it is, the curtains were letting the light pass trough with lights on outside at night

Great accommodation, very clean with all amenities (swimming pool, bathrobes etc). It also has a wonderful garden. Have to mention tasty breakfast - pancakes with pistachio were super yummy :) And last but not the least - amazing host! Roberta gave us a very warm welcome and useful recommendations!

Beautiful hidden gem in the hills of Agrigento. The facility is like a little oasis - with the most beautiful plantings throughout the property and with many comfortable and cozy places to lounge and relax. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish we could've stayed there longer!
I wish they had later check-out so we could enjoy the facilities longer.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, cleanliness and design
minor things: there was nothing to hang the towels on and the water in the sink did not flow out easily for some reason

Diodorus Luxury Experience is definitely worth its name.
The garden is absolutely fantastic. A paradise for all plant and flower lovers!
The breakfast is outstanding. Fresh fruits, organic eggs and a lot of Sicilian "dolces".
The only mistake you can do here is not to follow Roberta's recommendations! Restaurants at its best!
Thank you, Roberta and your lovely staff. You made our days in Agrigento to beautiful memories.

The hotel was beautiful, so clean and tropical! we were welcomed by Roberta who was so helpful and friendly, she made us feel very comfortable and instantly relaxed. The breakfast was great and the pool area was so nice. Roberta went the extra mile and helped us with laundry and when we asked to stay an extra night, there was no problem at all. We were offered drinks all day and were always catered for. Thor, the cutest puppy ever, kept us entertained too :)

I liked the location because it was very clean and quiet, lots of plants and flowers, birds singing. We didn't use the pool but it looked really clean. The breakfast had pastry, milk, salami and cheese, fresh juice. Even if it did't seem to have much variety, it was enough for us.
the shower was in the room, and, probably because of the steem, after showering there was a bad smell in the room.

Diodorus is the best place for relaxing! It has distance from the center so it is very quite and calm. If you travel with a car, it might be the best place to stay. Everyone there was so helpful and kind! There’s no reason not going back there again! We could see that every part of the places are cared. Best!

The beautiful modern location in the hills near Agrigento and Favara. The hotel offers a convenient place for relaxing and exploring Southern Sicily. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff (Roberta) was very welcoming and helpful, always ready to help and suggest great local places to eat and sights to explore. The breakfast offers a great selection of local sweets and baked goods. The parking at the hotel is free and convenient.
