More than we could have wished for . Would definitely stay again

It was lovely and clean . So well equipped even little extras like plug in defusers parking was a bonus and a great price .

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof und Fluss. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Ausckecken. Kühlschrank (& Mikrowelle) im Zimmer Hinter dem Bahnhof (auch am Fluss) gibt es ein neues Quartier mit vielen Restaurants. Der Preis für die Übernachtung lässt über diverse Mängel hinwegsehen.

Das Waschbecken war winzig und niedrig. Kein Spiegel im Bad, es hängt einer zwischen Bett&Schrank. Das Bett hat gequietscht&geknorkst... Die armen Gäste neben und unter mir (ich schlafe sehr unruhig). Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt ist weder kurz, noch schön.

Nice little find

Close to city centre, nice area, next to the train station, had everything we needed for a few nights stay, bed was comfy, off road parking was arranged, easy to heat and keep warm, free WiFi, TV connected to netflix,

Wasn't very clean, the floor looked like it hadn't seen a hoover/broom for weeks, rubbish found in the cupboard over the microwave, leaflets from several years ago in the dressing table drawer, pillows were incredibly flat, the curtains didn't quite cover the window letting in a lot of light from passing traffic and street lights

Perfect location for the station, comfy bed for a week

Location is excellent! Even though it's very close to the main road and the clubs, it was nice and quiet. Bed was very comfy, shower hot and powerful. The kitchenette was perfect for little snacks, and being able to use the full kitchen saved us money on Just Eat! Also nice and secure with door codes to each room

The bed covers could have been cleaner, but otherwise no complaints.

There was a problem with entering the flat and I had to stay in a Hotel. However the situation was effectively deal with a satisfactory outcome. Thank you.

Convenient location, lovely room, would stay again.

Great to have tea and coffee facilities and kitchenette - fairly minimal but everything I needed. Shower room clean and roomy. Access easy and straightforward.

Good room - only point is that the location next to a busy road made it a little noisy on the weekend.

I wouldn’t have any hesitation staying here again

Location was very handy for me. Apartment was fine, if a little bit smaller than I had expected but there was nothing wrong with it at all. Check-in/access was very straightforward.

Felicity was a very pleasant host who was a pleasure to deal with.

The property was in a very convenient position for the railway station.

The room I was in suffered from noise. Late in the evening noise from the restaurant next door and early in the morning from traffic, which seemed to include noisy refuse collection vehicles. The room was noticeably small.

Good value for basic facilities

Ideally placed for access to the city facilities. MGREAT SHOWER. Nice to have biscuits and plenty of tea and coffee. Basic self catering which was fine for my needs

My room 1 was next to the main entrance and I would stay in another room if possible as there is no sound proofing into the corridor and the front door slams. The owner needs to fix the hot water in the bathroom sink.

Pleasant stay and suited our requirements much better than a hotel room.

Liked the entry system, easy to use and meant we could arrive at any time. Also CCTV installed. The room was large, spacious, and airy. It was clean and beds comfy. Very good communication with host. Kitchenette well stocked for 2 people. Chocolates in fridge a nice touch.

First impressions weren't great. Outside a bit rough. Stairwell and carpet seen better days. However once we were in our room was pleasantly suprised.

Great location for the station. Good coffee and tea making facilities and a big fridge.

Very small room with too much furniture in it - hard for two people to move around . Right next to a very noisy road plus the front door kept slamming in the night and making us jump out of our skin! Shower either boiling or freezing. Mattress definitely needs replacing- you can feel all the springs and we’ve both come away with back ache.

Perfect base to explore Norwich- great location.

Great location - right next to the train station. Clean, bright, and very welcoming. Lots of tea and coffee supplies! And towels left - everything I could need. Fan too. Really lovely little apartment.

Took me a while to figure out the shower (but that’s probably me). There were a few noises of taking out bins etc but not enough to bother me.

Room included everything I needed and the heating worked. Possibility to use common kitchen and washing mashine downstairs.

The faucet in the kitchenette did not work, but had to use the toilette sick for dishwashing and for filling my kettle. Perhaps it is now fixed?

Fantastic location, walking distance from city centre and with free parking space. Everything we needed for a short city break.

On a busy road so could be quite noisy, although it is triple glazed so it wasn’t really a problem if the windows were kept closed.

Home from home!

Near to the station and in the centre of the time. Is important for those with small children or with mobility issues. For a short stay you don't have to worry about getting back to the accomodation and costs involved.

Nothing I did not like or could report on for other visitors coming to property. It's what you would expect for the price and location.

i love it here. it’s always so clean with enough towels and things like that. for the price, this room was great value. plus, it was conveniently-located.
