Stay here if you are looking for a clean and comfy spot w. quick access to all Rome has to offer ;)

The staff is amazing here! Super friendly and helpful , always smiling :) My single room was small but perfect for what I was looking for. Large bathroom considering the size of the room :) Excellent central location!

Excelente ubicación. Todo bien en la habitación, con los detalles de hervidor y cafetera, café, té, heladera. Super confortable. El proceso de check-in y check-out muy práctico y sencillo. Yo llegué mucho más tarde de lo previsto, fuera del horario de check-in , por demora en el vuelo. Me dieron las instrucciones por whatsapp, pero además cuando llegué al hotel me esperaba el propietario para entregarme llaves y explicarme todo. Excelente el trato.

Konforlu, rahat ve güvenilir.

Odalar çok temiz. Çalışanlar iyiydi. Pek bir şeye ihtiyacımız olmadı ama genel olarak çok rahattık. Kesinlikle konum olarak harika bir otel. Başlıca yerlere yürüyerek gidebildiğimiz bir lokasyondaydı. Kolayca planlarımızı yapabildik.

Bir kattaki dairenin odalarını ayırıp böldükleri için ses yalıtım olayı sıfır ve odalar çok küçük.

Ótima localização em Roma.

Ótima localização, quarto individual muito bem distribuído, ótimo chuveiro. Limpeza excelente. A acomodação fica no terceiro andar, possui elevador a partir do primeiro andar, do térreo ao primeiro andar somente acesso por escadas.

Comodo alla stazione ed al centro

Comodo arrivarci dalla stazione Termini, vicino ai punti d'interesse turistico e, grazie alla possibilità di accedere con codice, accessibile 24 ore su 24. Attenzione: prima dell'ascensore c'è da fare un piano di scale quindi poco adatto per passeggini e persone con disabilità. La camera confortevole, con un bagnetto interno, una bella finestra con vista sul corso. Arrivi e trovi ordine e pulizia, due caramelle e due bottiglie di acqua in frigo. Poca plastica e flaconi per sapone e doccia ricaricabili, bravi! Il check-in anche da remoto e tassa di soggiorno pagata online permettono di arrivare oltre l'orario di apertura della reception. Molto bene!

Una persiana non si chiudeva.

Very cosy stay

The room was nice, clean and the staff was very caring and helpful. The room has a fridge, a conditioner and even the capsule coffee machine and different types of tea. They even offer the transportation from the airport

A lovely stay in the heart of Rome!

We had a lovely two night stay at Seven and it was the perfect place from which to explore Rome. The room was lovely and confortable and very clean, it had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Rome.

Buena estancia en Roma

El alojamiento esta cercano a la estación Termini, y bien situado respecto de monumentos de Roma. El anfitrión estaba en contacto con nosotros , para conocer nuestra hora de llegada, , una vez en Roma ,en breve nos respondió para darnos las instrucciones , de como acceder al alojamiento. El desayuno no es en el alojamiento , pero en nuestro caso fue en dos cafés muy cercanos , que nos atendieron muy amablemente .

Lo que no me parece muy claro , es que en la página de Booking , el alojamiento tiene un precio, pero a esto al final se le añade una tasa EE 400 que hace que el precio no sea el indicado.

Located right in the city centre. Quick to travel to all tourist locations. Very kind and friendly staff!

Couldn’t use the air conditioner in winter. It would get quite hot and stuffy in our room and while you could open the window, the sound of the traffic would be very loud.

Localización genial.

La ubicación del alojamiento era increíble, estás cerca de cualquier atracción turísitica de la ciudad y tienes la parada de bus y la estación de tren al lado. Localización un 10/10.

La habitación triple no era para tres personas sinó para dos. Muy pequeña pero era confortante y estaba limpia y los detalles del anfitrión eran de agradecer.

Guest house consigliata, ottima posizione

La guest house si trova in una posizione strategica comodissima. 300 m dalla fermata linea A repubblica e vicina a piedi da Termini. Zona servita da diversi negozi e ristoranti. Siamo arrivati la sera quindi con un codice fornito dalla reception siamo entrati nella struttura che si trova in un palazzo silenzioso e tranquillo. La stanza e il bagno erano puliti e in ordine. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è servita in un bistrot esterno vicino alla struttura dove abbiamo mangiato ottimi croissant e torta di mele. Prezzo ottimo per una notte a ridosso dell'Epifania. Assolutamente consigliato

Short stay in Rome

Well located and near of República metro, the room was ok and clean. The staff was great, friendly and helpful

The bathroom is very small not recommended for a big person and the bed, an individual one that was ok but the mattress needs to be changed

Le déjeuner qui doit se prendre dans un café à l’extérieur (2 min de marche la semaine, 5 min de marche le dimanche). Chambre non insonorisée où nous entendons la douche des voisins.

Bella struttura, a mio parere serve una persona sul posto per gestire le emergenze

Siamo uscite a fare colazione e ci siamo dimenticati le chiavi in camera contattato la struttura sul numero d’emergenza non risponde nessuno avevamo un udienza e c’era tutto in camera, la reception inizia alle 11 e la donna di pulizie arriva alle 09:30 anche se il tipo della reception ha fatto del suo meglio per risolvere telefonicamente il problema prima delle 09:30 non si è presentato nessuno

Great place for new tourists in Rome, but don’t expect luxury amenities.

Host was very responsive and accommodating of us for needing to extend our stay by an extra night. Had nice coffee in rooms and good location to center of Rome.

The place was easy to miss and required going up stairs before leading to a very small elevator. It also didn’t have a fridge but a mini drink chiller, which didn’t get that cold.

Location is great , staff are friendly and helpful . Rooms are clean and it’s excellent for value for money . It’s within 10 -15 min walk to major attractions and great bars and restaurants .

It’s a guest house so the reception hours is limited but staff were available on request .

Location and ease of access from main train station. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was offsite and differed to what was expected or offered. Communication issue between the hotel and cafe. But food was lovely. Limited bedding with no blanket only a top sheet...not the most luxurious.
