A lovely simple B&B with hearty breakfast options, walking routes, activities and happy farm animals dotted around (goats, donkeys, sheep, poneys)

It's in a quiet scenic area. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to sit outside at the tables & chairs provided the accommodation block in the late afternoon. There was plenty of bottled water, teas, coffees and biscuits available, not just in the room but at the entrance to the accommodation block itself. Breakfast was excellent, a choice of either 2 items from the continental menu or one off that and one off the full menu. I had the granola & compote plus full English with toast. My wife had a croissant & jam and then Eggs Royale. It was very filling. The shower was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water (room 6). Although I'd already booked a table for dinner at a pub in Chipping Norton, on the entrance notice board there was a long list of suggested local places to eat (and take-aways).
We would have appreciated a second comfy chair in the room. There would have been space for it.

enjoyed a great English Breakfast
A small point...............the shower head was not very good

Beautiful location with stunning sunset across the Cotswold Hills. The breakfast was superb. One of the best b and b breakfasts I have ever eaten (although one of us disliked the filter coffee and had to pay extra for a barista-made cup). The duckpond, donkeys and shetland ponies were an added bonus.
The cafe staff were helpful enough and the food was very good but we could have made to feel a bit more welcome, especially as they were the only people we met the whole time. The bed was on the small side, just an ordinary double.

The room was comfy, the view was great, and the breakfast was spectacular.
The room was very warm on a cold day, which was nice.
The hands off approach for checking in and out was very convenient.
The power from the shower in room 8 was not very high.

Breakfast was fantastic, and huge

Comfort. Cleanliness. Attention to detail. Staff apparent happiness and nothing too much trouble.
Nothing at all!

The best breakfast we have ever had at a B and B.
Very little. The bedrooms were perhaps lacking a contemporary feel.

Good size room
Lovely farm with views and animals
Breakfast options very good and nice
Liked the little additions of frames/pictures around the accommodation
Check in was up until 11:30pm which we found to be quite late as having dogs stay with us, they would bark when hearing people move around/being loud

Clean, tidy, well appointed rooms
It’s nice that the b&b allows dogs. But there were 2 in someone’s room during our stay. They barked any time someone entered the building (8-1am at least 6 times) and in the middle of the night (3:40am) and early morning 6:30 onwards, so a disturbed night. Not B&B’s fault, but owners not being truthful about their digs behaviour

The breakfast was very tasty and varied. It filled us for the day. It is a lovely quiet location.
My wife is in a wheelchair and although the staff did their best to accommodate us the bathroom would have needed to be larger. The wash basin was very small.

Stopped off on a motorcycle trip down to Plymouth to catch a ferry. Everything I needed - somewhere to park, watch the Rugby world cup, sleep and have breakfast. Staff very helpful at breakfast - huge demand but they got me mine quickly when I explained I had a ferry to catch.
Only very minor things, for example the bathroom extract fan was very noisy. Nothing that would stop me staying again.

This place is a little gem! I was really impressed with the location and the setting. The room was lovely with a farmhouse feel. Would highly recommend. The breakfast was absolutely incredible.

The staff were very accommodating as we were arriving quite late. The farm itself is really beautiful - lots of animals - and a lovely cafe where a delicious breakfast was served. Definitely great value for money.
Only small gripe is the lack of toiletries provided (just one combined shampoo/body wash) and no shelf of any sort in the shower to put your toiletries so they have to sit on the floor.

The quietness, breakfast was excellent
My husband never got used is mobility scooter as they was no footpath so you could stroll into the centre either, The pubs were very very expensive not affordable when you are pensioners and on budget.

The location and breakfast.
So many beetles running around the corridor of the piggery in the evening.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable
When I arrive there was a large and crowded outdoor cinema playing Top Gun that was very loud and totally ruined the countryside location of the farm. It went on until 10:30 pm. It was also very busy and loud. I wish I had been told about this in advance. Very disappointing!
The bathroom fan was very loud and attached to the light, so it's difficult if you need to turn it on in the middle of the night you would wake up other people in the room. The bathroom also smelled mouldy, probably due to the outdated fan and pebble flooring that would be very difficult to keep dry and clean. The bathroom needs to be updated.

Breakfasts were wonderful, I chose a different one each day
The room was smaller than I was expecting and there was very little room either side of the bed

The breakfast was the best around for a country mile, & i told the waitress the same.
Beautifully cooked to perfection & plenty on your plate, coffees a bit too strong for my liking.
latte coffee?
i never asked for one, i just said coffee.

Fantastic choice of breakfast with both cold and cooked items. Location is superb with great views, peaceful and quiet. Location is on a working farm, but also includes an attractive touring caravan and camping site and a disc-golf course in extensive woods with a network of well-kept paths, Room was pleasant with a good size with comfortable bed. Everything was in good order and well-decorated.
Cannot think of anything!

Clean and well presented
If anything maybe an updated shower but that’s just being picking nothing wrong at all I’m just a snob when it comes to a shower

The breakfast was incredible. The grounds were lovely, lots of walking paths and activities to do.
The check in - remote check in and did not receive email telling me which room I was in or how to access it. Did call the number provided and someone was able to come and help me.
