Nice and cozy studio located in one of the best areas of Costa Adeje. Fully equipped to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Tenerife. It is located in a small complex with beautiful gardens, heated pool, pool bar and parking. A sun as 2/3 minutes from the beach (Torviscas and Fanabe), with access to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops, medical ...

Tourism in the area is very extensive:
Beaches and sun, water sports, bike rental, skateboards, large outdoor malls, water parks (SIAM PARK), theme parks, bars and restaurants ....

The studio aparment was perfect for our break, all the ameneties we needed and great communication with the hosts. The locations is perfect, on a great little complex just 2 minutes from the beach. Would recommend!

Rang Javier the owner and he came up to the car park and helped us take our cases to be dropped off at the apartment because we couldn’t go in until it was cleaned and getting ready for us, which ana and Javier were going, very lovely people the studio was clean tidy, nice back yard big sun trap, low level wall with neighbour one side which isn’t very private however we had lovely neighbours and we spent our sunbathing time by the complex pool, there’s no air con in the flat however a fan is provided, bedding towels and beach towels provided all you need in the way of equipment for cooking iron ironing board there’s a bed and a low sofa bed fridge freezer, washing machine in bathroom hairdryer table and chairs in the kitchen, wifi and a huge tv which we never turned on as always out and about we used the back gate most days having mobility issues it was easier to get my folding scooter down the steps out to the side alley then down to the road across and down to the beach and bars, the pool bar in the complex is a little gem drink prices and food is really reasonable and very tasty fresh chips not frozen ones lizzie and her staff are lovely great breakfasts Pool is warm salt water alittle dated could do with tiles being replaced but clean plenty of sun lounges area nice and clean, the sun goes down behind the roofs about 7.45-8pm so the pool area has sun right up until then We had a great time very relaxing Will come again.

Only stayed there for 4 days as addition to my holiday, overall appt and complex very good, immaculately clean. Did not hear from owner and had to chase, but once contacted he explained that he had not been well so understandable, but a bit worrying when you are waiting to hear. Tolilet flush broke, but a plumber was sent immediately and fixed. I would like to stay there in the future and would recomend.

Our instructions to meet the owner and obtain the keys were clear. The property was very clean & had every thing we required and a few things more. The location is close to restaurants & supermarkets. The property is quiet with a pool area which we never saw more than 10 people around. This was the first time my wife and I had tried self catering and we were not disappointed.

The propert was clean and very central for bars and restaurants. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartment is quite basic, but has everything you could need for a stay, including a washing machine. Although close to some entertainment, the complex is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this studio apartment. It is basic but clean and plenty of space for 2 people. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The pool area is nice and quiet with a lovely friendly pool bar serving food and drinks from 10 till about 6. Great location with great walks either way along the coast. Lots of restaurants within minutes. There isn’t any air conditioning but a fan. We slept with the back terrace doors open and no noise from any bars were heard. Very relaxing holiday.

Travelled as a couple, greeted by hosts as arranged who showed us into our apartment. Location was perfect and excellent for anyone with mobility issues as lift and escalators take you to each level of playa pinta. Apartment had everything that you could need with a sun terrace and sun beds, hosts were very easy to get hold of with immediate response to any questions, would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The mattress was very good and the shower was powerful with a good supply of hot water. Location is perfect for anywhere you want to go in Adeje and we couldn't believe how wonderfully quiet and peaceful it was at night. Communal pool area is well maintained. Communication was superb.

We could only get it for 3 nights due to availability; we would have stayed 10 nights if it was available. Great bed; great sun trap out the back; everything we needed was there. Got the keys from the owner’s Dad, a lovely man. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My teenager and I needed a simple property near to the beach and within walking distance of the main attractions, but not in the main tourist area of Playa de las Americas. This studio is situated in a generally quiet complex and has a community pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed use of after long days out. Studio has a double bed and a sofa bed and a lovely patio area. Most people at the complex were friendly holidaymakers too, mainly families or mature couples. I needed to contact the hosts a few times with queries and they were always (before and during our stay) friendly, welcoming and quick to reply. We had one small thing which needed replacement and they actioned it very fast. Also had some helpful travel tips for us. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend. Thank you Ana and Javier!

Comfortable, spotless studio. Communication with Javier and Ana was excellent from booking until check out. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beautiful beach, but amazingly quiet and secure complex with pool and pool bar. The welcome gift was lovely and unexpected. We can happily recommend and look forward to staying again.

Had a very enjoyable holiday in this lovely apartment, everything we needed was there including beach towels, extra pillows etc. Large apartment and balcony. The only downside was the sun beds round the pool was all chained up due to covid which didn’t make sense when other hotels had there’s out? But that’s nothing to do with the property. We love the beach anyway and couldn’t have been a better location for us. Any questions were answered straight away by Javier and Ana. Thank you for our lovely stay 😊xx

This property has everything you need for a perfect holiday. A warm welcome from Javier who met us on arrival and escorted us to the apartment which is bright,very clean with a lovely,sunny,quiet terrace. The swimming pool is cool but did warm up during our 4 week stay. Communication with Ana and Javier is first class,kind and caring. You can tell they want you to enjoy your break. We stayed at the studio for a week. Had great communication with Ana and Javier before and during our stay.the studio was more like a apartment. Good size patio with sun on it from midday onwards. Perfect location to shops bars and the beach only 2 minutes walk .complex very secure and peaceful. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing week or more in the sun.😎😎

The location of this studio is excellent if you want to be near the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Lovely quiet complex. As some others have said it would benefit from a little bit of updating but nevertheless it's comfortable and very well equipped. Javier and Ana answered all of our messages very promptly and left us a little welcome pack of food and drink that we appreciated. We've had a great time here.

The apartment had all the appliances you could need and was clean upon arrival, however I felt that the apartment was cheaply furnished and that the beds were certainly not full adult size or very comfortable. The review said that it was very quiet and whilst it is located in a quiet area the neighbours were certainly NOT quiet. The property backed on to a large complex of holiday suites which had people coming and going all the time, especially early in the morning when the cleaners were doing their work. Would I recommend this as a relaxing break ?, No not really
