Spacious and clean
Bed was small for Australian standards but that is on us not the apartment.

Met Asif during the day at the post office he works at to get the keys, very nice man, gave me some milk and biscuits.
We didn't arrive at the apartment until 9.30pm after dropping our daughter at her new home so it was dark when we arrived.
No close parking at that time of night so we parked up quickly and unloaded our bags.
Very scruffy exterior with rubbish and dog mess and sofas etc on pavement
I went in on my own to check flat and felt slightly uncomfortable as you go through the front door with a key but then the back door is wide open (I realised in the day that this is probably only open to the flats), you go up 2 sets of stairs and the ('storm') door is facing you, felt like maybe it's not that safe if you have to have outer doors before opening the actual front door.
Flat itself - clean but very basic with unfinished stuff and done on a budget.
Price definitely reflects what you get.
Didn't like the area, very scruffy.
Apartment has been done on the cheap with unfinished stuff like ends of worktops etc
Cheap and not very comfortable sofa bed (only used for sitting), tiny double bed with one of those bases that stick out and you walk into (mattress was comfortable), no plug sockets (one in each room).
Bathroom small and getting out the shower felt dangerous as it's in a bath with nothing to hold on to to get out and no space to manoeuvre.
Was cold as huge windows had been left open (very high handles to operate which I could not reach) plus very high ceilings (did turn heating up after that)
We wouldn't stay again unfortunately, not sure what all the rave reviews are about - we've stayed in lots of places and this is not a great one (maybe area just lets it down most)

Great lil flat but so spacious, nicely decorated and with everything you need. The bed was pretty comfortable and I will definitely book again.

Beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean apartment with everything that you could want for a short stay or a self-catering break.
4.5
The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in good working order. It has everything you would need for a short break or business trip. It is very well-situated about 10 minutes walk into the centre of Paisley from where frequent trains run to Glasgow if you need or want to go there during your visit. Asif, the owner, communicates well and is very responsive when messaging.
Nothing to dislike about the apartment itself. Paisley town seems a bit down at heel but to be fair we only stayed a couple of nights and spent more time in Glasgow so we might have missed something.

Location was perfect for our needs. Not far from the town with plenty of cafés, shops and bars within walking distance. Apartment was warm and welcoming with excellent facilities.
The bed was sufficient, but a little bit small if two people were to sleep in there. It wasn't a standard double and there is plenty of space for a much bigger bed or twin beds. The sofa bed in the living area was handy and comfortable.
4.5
Lovely well-equipped apartment with full kitchen, smart TV and comfortable living room and bedroom. Plenty of hot water for a good shower. The apartment was quiet, warm and cosy. There are shops, take-aways, bars and restaurants at the top of the road. Quick and easy access to Glasgow too
There's on road rather than off road parking but this wasn't a problem

great location, reasonably priced, the owner is really friendly

I agree with the all other positive reviews. The owner Asif is assisted by Doreen (who we met) and are very approachable and helpful. There was no issues at all. There is a good sized bedroom and a comfortable, separate living space/kitchen. The location suited us perfectly and we will definitely be considering a return visit. There are plently of dining and food-shopping options within walking distance...and I totally agree with another reviewer that the very nearby Karma take-away does the best breakfast rolls and good coffee at unfathomably low prices. Central Paisley is only a few minutes walk away.

The owner was brilliant, communication was excellent
The bed is too small for two. The sofa bed is very lumpy.

Bed was good, smart-tv, kitchen and bathroom also.
We couldn't make coffee, we missed that.
The front door of the apartment was not very handy.

Since the previous guests asked to stay longer, we were given an other place to stay in Paisley. That other flat was larger and we didn't pay anything extra. I believe Asif keeps the same high standards for both places, therefore would not hesitate to recommend staying with the host.
Seems there in a minimum stay of two nights.

A great property in an excellent location with a friendly and welcoming host.

I loved that it had everything I could possibly need throughout my two week stay.
Asif, the owner, was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Any issues I had, he came round straight away to resolve.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Paisley.
There was nothing I didn't like about this apartment. It had everything I could possibly need for the time I was there.

Good value budget accommodation

The owner was nice with introduction place was very clean and tidy. And it was very comfortable to stay at

It was exactly how it said it would be and there was no deposit needed which is great! Great pubs within walking distance and lots of shops and takeaways
4.5
The location. Supermarkets, city centre and a nice park are all within walking distance. Although the walls are thin, it is still very quiet.
Nothing.

An immaculately clean appartment. Hospitable owners.
The street is a collection point of garbage bins, and one has literally to walk on litter to get to the appartment. The appartment is good but rarther basic. For instance, there is no table or chairs, not even in the bedroom.
