Place wasn't as nice as pictures. Stove did not work at all and made the whole house smell like gas. Was very disapp

We were very displeased.

The keypad door lock didn't work at times. The remote control for the TV (Dish) was missing, and there was only One TV in the apartment. There were baby ants and spiders. Sleeping was hard to obtain due to the upstairs tenants being very loud, sounded like furniture being moved around ( 3 to around 5AM). We received very little restful sleep both nights. One of the lamps the bedroom didn't have a light bulb in it.

We Made Due With What We Had which was Family!

Prime Location! Close to the Bridge & Boardwalk, & Beach.

There was a SURPRISE security Deposit that was asked once we arrived that’s was not previously stated. They didn’t provide Towels or Extra sheets for the Pull out Sofa. Cheap shower curtains. Trash can on Corner doesn’t have a top so Constant Flys where coming into the unit. I must of killed 23flys my self. Fridge was surprisingly small so didn’t fit all our groceries & drinks. No Broom was at the location to sweep up sand. One was dropped off after we purchased ours. Also be mindful that there is a few Bill Apartments & they just lump all the pictures together. Our Unit had no bunk beds that we actually expected for our kids. That’s was next doors unit.

It was in a good location. Although beware of parking, it can be hard to find spaces nearby.

The cleanliness and the capacity. I especially appreciated the convenience of checking in and the keyless entry. That was huge!

The stove only had two good working burners. The fridge is tiny. There was no access to a washer/dryer.

Great location , very spacious, The beds where very comfortable,, more then enough kitchen ware and utensils.

Not fancy but I will definitely return

-Prime location 3 blocks from beach -Area atmosphere was quiet and private - Shower was nice and water maintained heat thru 8 back to back showers -Wifi and TV Streaming

-Main office to check in is about a mile from the property -Street parking is challenging -Beds were too soft

deceiving

location was good

I was under the impression that I would be getting a 4 bedroom apartment. The pictures I saw showed about 4 room but once I got there it only had two rooms. I had lots of people having to sleep on hardwood floors

Buyer beware

The owner’s were friendly

The property shouldn’t be rented it is old, outdated, unclean. There is one television in the living room and a soda machine out front.
