Was okay but wouldn’t run back

The rooms were too small no windows & not enough room for a couple. Bed was too hard couldn’t sleep. No buffet breakfast as said when booking. Overall wouldn’t stay there again

Lovely yet short stay

We arrived at 1.30am, later than expected. We were booked in very quickly by a lovely young man who was very helpful. The hotel is central to amenities and close to nice cafes etc and the lake. The room was very clean and had all we needed.

預訂3晚，因旅館訂房出錯，第1晚安排我們到另一間旅館住宿。後兩晚回到marina hotel，但是熱水不足，洗澡還沒結束熱水就沒了，向櫃台反應過也沒有改善，可能是設備問題，但在寒流來襲不到10度的河內滿難受的。

We like about the property because it is very clean and they have a friendly staff on the hotel. Specially, Quan who us one of the staff helped us and gave us a lot of information about the place.

None so far. Everything was good and perfect! We are so near to everything we need.

No idea where this hotel got its positive reviews from

Deluxe room without a window is rather strange. In addition, after the booking was confirmed on the platform, we needed to reconfirm the booking once again via email otherwise it would get cancelled within only one hour. It was pure luck that we checked our emails and were able to reconfirm as requested… WiFi not stable. Very small rooms - even the Executive Suite! You can hear the neighbor taking a shower very clearly.

Good location, u can have all the good restaurants, drink, sword lake , everything in from 1 to 10 minutes. Staff were nice. Overall it was nice experience. However if u want a nice view or romantic place then it is not.

The toilet in the common room was broken. The top terrace were not in use as well. U basically can use your room only.

Great for a thrifty traveller

Great location, nice and central. The bathroom and bedroom was really clean. The location was pretty lively; maybe offer your guests some earplugs?

The bed was really uncomfortable; it had a big dent in the block under the mattress which made it difficult to sleep. There was no breakfast on offer which was fine, but I’d have appreciated a translation of what was on offer at the cafes and shops on the street. The internet was really spotty.

-Early check-in fees which is not worth it - They advertise that they have breakfast but only message you separately to tell you that they have discontinued it

Good furnishings, nice bathroom

We had a room with no windows but they only had central air conditioning which was set to HEATING mode (because the outside temperature is 12°C) which made it quite stuffy and suffocating. We had to argue with reception for hours until 3 am, when I finally refused to leave the lobby until they put a fan in there.

We started our Vietnam tour here in hanoi, the Marina Hotel is in a great location for the old quater of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean and a good size. The beds are very comfortable, so after a busy day it was perfect. The hotel staff are very helpful, excellent service and cannot do enough for you.

carpeting was old and stained. the stairway is a fire trap. it is so narrow I could barely walk down with my back pack. And I was told there was no breakfast to purchase since they were short on staff.

This is a great hotel for this price. The location is the best, it is in the middle of old town with everything you need in walking distance. The room was big enough and it was very quiet (because it has no windows). I stayed there twice already and I will come back again.

If they would offer breakfast, that would be great.

we got upgraded to a room on the 6th floor because the room we were given on 2nd floor was too noisy. the room on 6th floor was soo gorgeous and fancy.

we would have left if we stayed on 2nd floor. also our balcony door was broken on 6th floor so couldn’t go outside but it was raining so didn’t matter

Very good

Staff where really friendly and helpful,and although it's not something I expect,they all spoke perfect English,room was spotless clean with all necessary toiletries provided, excellent location,loads of cafes and restaurants nearby and a 5 min walk to the hustle of beer street.special thank you to NGO the night porter,who gave me lots of information and advice.would deffo recommend.

Kettle in room had no base so was basically for decoration,however there are dozens of excellent coffees houses on same street so it's not really a negative.
