Studio très propre et bien placé !

Studio super propre! Très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Au dernier étage donc pas de voisins au dessus : top! La piscine est très bien entretenue (mais pas chauffée, comme souvent aux Canaries). Pas loin du centre ville, ça grimpe fort.. mais c'est comme ça partout!

Stationnement un peu galère parfois : on trouve mais il faut tourner dans toutes les rues alentours. Mais toujours gratuit, donc ça va!

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline's! The flat is as described by the hosts and previous visitors. Caroline is extremely responsive, and her recommendations were absolutely lovely! No issue at all to park the car in the street for free and within walking distance to the city center. The balcony facing the ocean is a real plus! All amenities available to enjoy a holiday in Puerto de la Cruz. We recommend!

Enjoyable for a short stay

Flat is small but very clean, bed 2 singles (firmly held together) large and comfortable, location is close to a lovely park and though up hill, walking to the town centre took 12 minutes down hill all the way. Hot water and shower worked very well. Outside paved garden area with a good swimming pool. 2 small shops close by.

Location up steep hill from (walking up quite tough) city centre in a densely populated area, flat blocks close together on a main road to a large hotel which meant a lot of traffic cars and large coaches using this narrow road causing lot of heavy traffic noise. the residents in the flats opposite were very very noisy, maybe the xmas period (lots of visitors?) The flat does not get any direct sun therefore it can be cold in the evening

Host was very nice and willing to help in all cases, there was a guide with some nice tips about restaurants, and lots of information about the island. The room was very clean and although a bit small for 2 people to be working remotely it was OK. Internet worked perfectly and overall was a nice stay.

If i can point out something here , it would be: - The parking is quite difficult on that area. - The room lacked some proper wardrobe for hanging clothes - The noise of the neighbors always screaming/fighting ( but of course this is not the owner's fault )

See view, authentic residental area, comfy bed and terrace. Sufficiant for two.

No parking options nearby, you have to walk loads. Doors, entire building would need renovation.

Small apartment, with everything which is needed for a city stay. Great big bed. Walking distance to center. Great host, very straight forward and providing additional information for restaurants close by. Great value

Highly recommend

The apartment was very clean and new, it has everything you need, the bed was really comfortable and big. Caroline (hostess) left us a book with recommendations for restaurants, attractions etc. If you stay here you MUST go to Terazza Taoro for their Taoro bocadillo, it is the best sandwich I have ever eaten (it’s a 5 min walk from the apartment).

Price - quality ratio is excellent, fully recommended :)

The building is very well located, additionally, there was always some free parking slot in the close area. The apartment itself is not spacious but this is clearly communicated in the description. However, there is pretty much everything that you need even for longer stay (2 weeks): big bed with two separate mattresses (very comfortable, hard as we like), two little night cabinets, one storage cabinet next to the kitchenette with iron and ironing board, some additional kitchen cabinets with a set of pots from Ikea (small, medium, big + pan), big fridge + freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster (sandwich type), plates, cutlery (including bottle opener and wine glasses), there was also a dish wash detergent and soap provided, an external clothes horse on the balcony, two chairs and a table, cleaning mop with a bucket and a broomstick, washing machine, electric hob, ventilation hood, microwave, TV, first aid kit. What we missed a bit, was a strainer. We liked the spacious balcony with a nice view of the ocean and palm trees. Carolina is very nice and helpful, she prepared a special folder for guests with all the needed info about the area and the apartment, she suggested us some places to visit as well. During our 2 weeks stay she came after one week to change our sheets. Also the COVID measures were taken, the place was disinfected before our arrival and there were additionally an alcoholic gel at the entrance and the special product in the flat. The price for these conditions was really great.

The towels were kept in a bathroom cabinet that had a rather unpleasant moldy smell due do some probable water system malfunction, and additionally the kitchen faucet was not stable therefore not very comfortable to use. But we reported these two things and Carolina promised to work on them for future guests. Additional thing is the fact that the apartment is probably a part of a former bigger flat - there was another one after entering the main entrance - so we frequently heard our "neighbors" from the other side of the wall. Also the noise from the street can be heard as the wall is practically all glass. The street construction is also not very favorable for noises - if you are doing anything with the balcony open (like cooking), I think the whole street can hear it.

Very happy with the experience.

We liked the exceptional attention to detail from our hostess as well as her customer focus from the very beginning until our departure. We were welcomed with a really nice Christmassy atmosphere and some traditional treats. The house was impeccable and our hostess provided us with very useful information to aid us during our stay. We highly recommend this property.
