Gutes Hotel um 3 Tage Singapur zu erkunden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Bushaltestellen und U-Bahn nicht weit, es gibt einen schönen Weg zum Spazieren zur Marina Bay. Unser Zimmer nach hinten raus war sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist riesig.

Das Frühstück ist ein bisschen chaotisch, die Kaffeemaschinen fallen immer wieder aus und es dauert dann eine Weile, bis dies behoben wird, die Tischdecken werden nach den Vorbenutzern nicht gewechselt und können entsprechend fleckig sein. Das Essen ist okay, aber keine kulinarische Höchstleistung. Vermutlich hatten wir aufgrund des Unahbhängigkeitstages einen etwas höheren Preis als sonst.

Sorry, but we won't be returning.

Free drinks every evening included in the room package. Close to the Boomerang bar and Robertson Quay. The Pool.

No real reception area. Check in was basically a small desk at entry with a laptop. Beds were exceptionally hard. Courtyard area attached to room was quite unkempt and a little dirty. Felt more like an upmarket backpackers place with lots of people milling around the main central area. Lots of food vending machines in the foyer and a weird shop thing that sold boutique soaps and weird stuff that didn't really fit with the vibe of the place. Quite odd. Free canapes provided each evening as part of the room package were not that flash. Tried a few things but quality of the food was poor. Free drinks were great though!

Jestem zadowolona. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i pomocna.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, przy metrze. W pokojach, tych malutkich o pow. ok. 15 m kw. koniecznie trzeba zamontować na ścianie wieszaki - haczyki, na których można coś powiesić. Obecnie zainstalowany poprzeczny wieszak nie zdaje egzaminu. A jest to ważne bo miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy prawie nie ma w tych malutkich pokoikach.

子供には良いホテル

ロビーに子供が遊ぶ遊具があって、子供が楽しんでいた

2部屋予約して宿泊したが、机や部屋の壁に小さな蟻？蜘蛛？が沢山いて常に歩いていて気持ち悪かった。椅子に座ってたら、足に登ってきてびっくりした。

Appalling failure to provide The room we paid for and no attempt to make it better. Avoid.

If we’d actually had what we booked it would have been ok

Despite specifically booking an executive club level twin room for me and my 18yo daughter through booking.com, and following up with a message saying it again, we found they had reserved a queen bed room when we arrived after midnight from Australia. The put us in a pretty dire room with bunk beds for the first night. For the other 2 nights they put us in a small ground floor room. Very disappointing. It wasn’t what we paid for. There was no apology let alone any sort of compensation. Never again. Beware.

Now that we understand the local metro, we will probably stay again.

Early check in was appreciated and the pool area was good. The lobby and bar area was a great place to have a late breakfast or wait for the taxi. The landscaped garden area at the rear and the water feature looks very nice.

I think the bathroom and bedroom (level 8) could do with a refresh.

Bra hotell

Centralt och mycket fint. Närhet till staden och stadsliv.

Frukosten var inte den bästa…slutade med att vi åt frukost på annat ställe trots att vi betalat för frukost på hotellet.

Relaxing with riverside walk pleasant and shady but temperature 35 degrees was too hot for most activities.

Excellent poolside and gym open at 0600hrs buffet breakfast excellent with some items changed each day. Free bottled water to take away.

We were unable to locate the daily visit by our travel company representative. Not the fault of the hotel

Nice hotel that’s close to the MRT station with Starbucks vendo, Anytime Fitness and 711 👍

Our room was very spacious. The hotel had a Starbucks vendo at the lobby, Anytime Fitness and 711 store. Near the Havelock MRT station and bus station. They had a self service amenities cabinet at the lobby where you can replenish your tea, coffee and even your toiletries. I did web check in and it was very convenient. They also had several self check out booths that you can use for fast check out and card key surrender.

No power outlet at the night tables. Difficult to figure out the light switches. The aircon circulation in our room was not great. The vents were directed to the ceiling so we had to adjust the vents.

Great location - Amazing Pool

The facilities were very nice. The kids loved the pool! The location is very central to all the attractions.

The price was expensive for a connecting room (but that may be normal in Singapore).

Will never be bothered staying in a crappy place River front where is the river no where to be seen

Mooie locatie, maar zoals hierboven omschreven is een en ander voor verbetering vatbaar.

De portier was heel vriendelijk en de winkel van Crane is geweldig. Verder prima dat het hotel duurzaam wil functioneren, zoals geen plastic waterflesjes.

Onvriendelijke behandeling bij het inchecken, wat niet zelf lukte, omdat het systeem niet hele achternaam had gebruikt. Slecht bad met tegels die er bijna afvielen en het wisselen van badkraan naar douchekraan was ook niet zoals het moet zijn. Verder waren de ramen zo groen, dat je helaas niet van het mooie uitzicht kon genieten. Geen informatie over het wisselen van handdoeken, het krijgen van wc-papier, niets over ontbijtmogelijkheden. Op zich goed dat men duurzaam wil zijn, maar dan graag duidelijkheid naar de gasten.

great location handy to the MRT and a stroll to the river with lots of dining options. we walked away from the river and ate where the locals ate which was fabulous

our room was not serviced at all during our stay. and the location for the breakfast was a bit dark and dingy

Great location except for the construction next door

We were “upgraded” but our room was connected with another room. Their TV was on until 3am and the noise come straight through into our room. Tried to contact reception but the phone in the room was t working.

Terrible.

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel has a terrible self check in system that took around 30 minutes to complete for a family of two adults and two children. We had booked an interconnecting room, and when we reached the rooms the interconnecting doors were locked. This would usually be fixed easily with a call to reception, however the telephone's at this hotel do not connect to reception and instead you are required to log a fault via a clunky automated system accessed via QR code. The rooms themselves were completely filthy, they had a terrible odour and the bathrooms were not clean. We lasted about 10 minutes in the room before we booked an alternative hotel and checked out. The Furama still charged us for the nights stay though!

The children's playground was great. The pool was nice.

Shower leaked onto floor. Not very clean. Rooms not serviced every day. Buffet breakfast wasn't very good. Staff rude and unhelpful. On booking.com states they hire prams but they don't. Not enough chairs in pool area Not enough space in restaurant at breakfast

An affordable and comfortable hotel with access to the train nearby.

Extremely helpful tour desk attendant. Got around using the MTR (train) which was located close by. The swimming was great and there was a gym available to use.

Not a place I would return back to at all

The swimming pool was decent and the kids liked playing in the pool The towels facility were also good as there were always clean towels available

The decor was really poor and outdated Breakfast was the same very repetitive and limited items The hotel was loud and noisy with noisy people in corridor The mattress ( slept on a single bed) was like sleeping on a bed of nuts and bolts with a layer of cardboard Terrible Didn’t sleep well any of the three nights Air on also gives off a Smokey smell when left set on overnight
