Location and friendliness of staff. Close to MRT and supermarket, many eating places close by.
In our room lack of coat hangers, hairdryer had short coiled wire, no electric point in bathroom (first time no power connection in a bathroom) to style hair, staff gave us an extension cord upon request. Rubbish bin very small when house keeping is every second and sometimes 3 days apart. The two lift system was interesting. Information booklet about what is close by would have been good.

The furniture in the rooms are outdated. It is not a 4 star hotel by European standards - at most it gets three stars. No option for breakfast.

I have stayed now 4 times everytime its like you are home from home. The two ladies on the front desk are nice and very helpful and so friendly (you don't don't feel you are just some guests. The rooms are clean and have great beds, the living room and dining room area are spaces. Great is you have the supermarket and shops with in 200m walking. MRT (Metro) is 2 min walk. It's a great place to stay for business or with the family.

What I wish could be different is they provide more frequent cleaning services (currently 3 days/ week only, off during weekend & pub holiday)

Sound proofing of the apartment is excellent.
Extremely convenient location with many eateries and a supermarket within same building.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. The shopping centre in the same building is so convenient. Just a short walk to the river with so many restaurants. Reception very helpful.

The property is well located and has excellent connectivity by both train, bus and taxi. It's in a peaceful and quiet location next to leafy green Fort Canning park yet a hop, skip and jump to all the good places of town. The apartment was excellent: clean, comfortable, well-lit and spacious. We're definitely coming back!

Fab location. Very accessible. Dated but housekeeping kept the apartment very clean and tidy. Towels are replaced at least 2x a week. Dutifully replenished the detergent powder and dish sponges

Perfect location. Literally close to everything. 30-40 minutes from Changi airport by MRT. There are a lot of bus stations around. Also, the DT MRT station is few minutes from the hotel. Spacious and very clean room. The kitchenette is very well equipped. The house keeping is done three times per week. They always left us bottles of water and tea as a compliment from the hotel. The stuff is very kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our baggage after the check-out, so we could spend more time in Singapore before our flight.
There are a lot of food options on the first floor of the building.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom. It will be difficult for the elderly people to "climb in".

The hotel is very well located near a supermarket, 7/11 and train station - just a short walk to the river and lots of restaurants.

I booked two 'apartment' rooms next to each other for my partner and other family members. The rooms were of a good size with a kitchenette, large bed, ensuite bathroom and lounge room. Finding the accommodation was easy and it was located very close to Clarke Quay. Nearest underground station was Fort Canning. The location was good for all things Singapore - whether to walk, train or taxi. Close by to shops and eateries too. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely thick white towels and everything was clean. The rooms were air conditioned with free wifi. We were right opposite the entrance to the outdoor pool, which was another bonus.
One of the rooms had a drains smell (528). The drain in the bathroom had been sealed over but the smell was still there. We became accustomed to it over time.
Housekeeping took our tea towel away on the second day and didn't replace it.
There was confusion over a Complimentary Breakfast. The guide in one room said it was included (527). In the other room (528) it wasn't mentioned. When we raised it with the staff they weren't sure either. So some days we had it some days we went without :-)
