Always has been good, will be even better in the future

Quirky, stylish, friendly, great location, staff keen to help,

There's obviously a renovation on the horizon, which will lift the quality of the property. But it's still a great place to stay. Always has been.

Emplacement number 1

Super accueil et personnel, emplacement top dans Chinatown. Proximité du métro, temple, restaurants, marché… Minibar inclus.

Chambre très petite avec juste un vélux, pas de vue sur l’extérieur.

Would recommend you stay here.

Would definitely stay here again. Loved every single thing about The Scarlett. The staff were so lovely and always helpful. Loved the location. Loved the minibar. Loved the vibe! Our third visit to Singapore and this is where we will stay next time.

Great location and staff. Due for a facelift inside

Great location- my favorite part of Singapore to stay . Close to MRT, hawker centre and Kaya toast. Staff excellent , historic building.

Really dated and a bit dungeon like on ground floor . I understand they are about to upgrade

Liking the location n how the hotel design looks

Nothing much I don’t like . But with the premiere room I had 225… the drawer was loose n the shower glass door was not able to close tight n safety box was not working when all happen same day we stay in . So meaning the staff or manager didn’t do an overall check list b4 guests check in . Besides this all is fine .. I enjoyed the location n the hotel . Thanku

Very small room and did not have a window. Overall we loved the property, the location was perfect, but the lack of room and no window was challenging

Great stay

Easy to get to from the airport, very close to sightseeing places in Chinatown. The staff was lovely and super attentive

location near chinatown and its attractions, train station, upgrade to suite for no reason that we know of. good pasta restaurant next door. only a few train stops to Gardens on the Bay.

The perfect stay

Amazing hotel, our room was upgraded to a suite free of charge. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and really well situated - near china town and the best hawker centre in Singapore

Decent location, great staff, great experience

Staff were excellent, location is decent

Rooms on the ground floor were a bit dingy but we requested a 2nd floor room and the staff were only too happy to relocate us.

the 1st but lasting boutique hotel

everything !!! room was spacious, clean and the linen just like new, very good.. location close to mrt maxwell and foodcourt and chinatown food market... yummm :) thanks for the staff, very helpful, we left some tips to show how we really appriciate to you guys :) even the resto inside the hotel, sofi by pasta brava, reallly italian taste. surely will coming back again to scarlet. to the other guest, dont you try bring durian in your room or any smelly food

Best beds ever. A joy from first second walking in the entrance with fine oriental odor.

top hospitality with a smile. The scarlet is an oriental hidden gem. Match Raffles easily at the top, but just smaller, now one of my favourites

Breakfast is a different level but as it is outsourched doesn't match the Scarlet. But in all no deal breaker
