Nice Lofty Stay

We thought the property was great, it had all the amenities to suit 2 adults and a 2 year old toddler. The pool was nice and refreshing. We also thought it was a nice location, gave us a good reason to explore other parts of Singapore. Close to an MRT, which helped us get around too! The loft apartment was a nice unique experience.

We found nothing wrong with this property.

Have an animals inside bathroom. The front desk staff ask me to clean and catch it by myself due to no cleaning staff af

Bad attitude of front desk staff after 10pm. Will ignore customer request. Air-conditioner is not enough cold. Ask the front desk for the extra pillow and quilt but wait more than one hour. Front desk hotline no one will pick up the phone even have staff there. Need to keep on walk to downstairs to front desk keep on asking to get the extra pillow and quilt. Will not recommend this hotel.

Avoid if possible

location is near many restaurants and the canal but not near the mrt metro . so you will need to take taxi if it rains . Staff seems friendly but helpless, very busy lobby during check in .

room needs upgrading. musky smell, small toilet, dusty and uncomfortable bed. tap was flimsy , sofa bed was not usable . room not well maintained , did not enjoy the stay , rather be out of the room . The picture online does not represent the real room given .

Hotel was very basic. Seemed to be one step up from a back packers. Generally a young crowd. We booked a room for 3 people in a loft but only enough bedding for 2. We only really wanted a room for a few hours to sleep and have a shower during an 18hr stopover. Very small space. Overall was passable but wouldn't stay there again.

Asked for bedding for our third person but it never arrived. Just slept on the lounge in the end with no pillow or bedding.

Great Stay

Location is great. Breakfast is good as well. Amenities like swimming pool & gym are also available for guests. In room - beds are comfortable & clean. bathroom is also clean. they accommodated our requests for extra pillows, towels and even water bottles and coffee. Staff are also nice.

We made a reservation for 3 people. After checking in, it was repeatedly reported that there were only 2 sets of bedding, and the third set of bedding was not delivered until around 12 o'clock that night.

Overall, we had a satisfactory stay.

Locations very good , like the shower and beverage is good!

The layout of the room poor ,the sofa bed is not safe and secure. The wood frame is a bit dangerous, very sharp . Plus the ceiling is mouldy. Toilet is a bit too high .

Will use the same hotel next time we're in Singapore.

Breeze restaurant breakfast was great. Plenty of food , broad range, pleasant location. Liked the loft layout of the room.

Had issues with electronic key. One wouldn't work the room door lock, and both would only work in one of the three lifts ( lift 2). But we managed. Toilet seat was loose, (but still attached).

you guys better be carefull: They have charged my credit card me twice!!!, one Booking.com and another Studio M!!! I booked 3 days before my checking-IN with boking.com for 5 days accomodation in Studio M. Booking.com debited my Master card accordingly, BUT when i checked-in on the 4/05 the hotel charged me again the same amount AGAIN in my Master card, I only found out the day of the check -out 10/05.... they have charged my credit card me twice!!!, one Booking.com and another Stdio M!!!. I have sent them an email and so far no reply.

Honestly I'm just very disappointed with how I was treated during the whole stay.

There was a very friendly part time housekeeping staff who was very generous and offered to help change my sheets even though they had changed it the day before.

The IT staff asked my boyfriend how to connect the HDMI cable when I requested for them to help me do so. The concierge laughed and said that they didn't have screen-share when it was clearly a function on the TV. I asked for plates and the front desk told me to come down and collect it (this was fine with me) but when i went down, I was told that they didn't have any more plates? and the second level did not have any staff there so I was unable to get any assistance on this as well.

A HORRIBLE DISASTER,

The design was nice but that was the only good thing out of everything.

The rooms were so dusty! Called in to ask regarding early check in, was told that early check in will be free, ended up paying. Toilet was insanely small, No bidet! Booked for three people but received only two towels,slippers,etc. The check in was also incredibly inconvenient with so many steps. The bed on the floor above was dusty, and caused cuts on my leg as the bed frame was poking out. TV was barely working well. Overall it was a painful experience and the money spent couldve gotten a cheaper alternative or a better hotel within the same price range. Will not recommend to others. Will warn others away from this hotel.
