The Hotel is big and busy, which makes it lively. The doorman Orlando is particularly pleasant.

The main lobby is shut at 11pm, no life whatsoever. I found my room wasn’t that clean and the cushions smelled really bad. No plugs by the bed to charge the phones… and the Marylebone Station makes the area unsafe at night. My bed was uncomfortable. Some of the staff at the breakfast area had quite an attitude as well.

Equipe horrível, grosseira. Tive problemas seríssimos no jantar. Tentei levar o tema ao gerente do hotel e também percebi um despreparo diante do cenário. Não me hospedaria jamais neste hotel e não recomendo para ninguém.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at The Landmark but we were NOT impressed so will not stay again now!!

Rooms, restaurants, spa Champagne bar staff were excellent

Value for money, Breakfast buffet - not good standard, some food stale, lacking good choice. Not worth the price. Breakfast staff - not great service. Reception/check in was not good

Отличное местоположение-от вокзала Падингтон 20 минут пешком , что очень удобно

Понравилось абсолютно все -шикарный дизайн отеля , сервис, чистота и очень хороший завтрак . Я жила номер deluxe- просторный номер. По моей просьбе без проблем сделали поздний Check out .впечатления самые хорошие -вернусь сюда снова )

Always a pleasure visiting landmark. The room on this occasion spoilt the trip

Breakfast was excellent Restaurants , foyer , winter garden all very beautiful and up to standard

Room was outdated . Shower over bath and one has to jump over. For the price of the room this did not give 5 star standard. Complained and moved to a different room. Unfortunately this room smelt badly of cigarettes despite the bunch of lavender in the room. Despite having a separate shower the bathroom was old with brown/orange stains on the tiles which was quite unpleasant.

اثاث رائع حجم الفندق ضخم وجميل حجم الغرفة ممتاز

الغرفة تطل على وسط الفندق على ساحة مغلقة بالزجاج ويوجد فيها مطعم او كفي فاخر ولاكن لايضاهي ذلك الاطلاله على الخارج قد يجد البعض ذلك جميلاً لاكن بالنسبة لي افضل الاطلالة الخارجية ولو كان ذلك موضح اثناء الحجز لما اخترت هذة الغرفة

The staff not helpful specially not help to give the room an hour earlier they give the room at 3pm where my flight arrived 7 morning they ignore the request and not help even to give afew hours earlier

Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, die Airconditioning war veraltet. Auf die Aufzüge musste man ewig warten. Die Zimmer waren extrem dunkel und wurden teilweise tagsüber nicht sauber gemacht.

Totally amazing

Stunning hotel with excellent service and friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The food in the winter garden was delicious. Loved the location as it was only ten minutes away in a taxi to the main attractions. We even walked into the main part of London. We booked to go back the day we were leaving. Highly recommend

Incroyable et inoubliable, la vie de Palace !

La chambre était incroyable, très spacieuse et propre. Notre demande d'avoir une vue sur l'atrium a été respectée. Le lit était d'un confort exceptionnel, moelleux à souhait ! Le personnel était très serviable et à l'écoute, ce qui a rendu notre expérience inoubliable. Nous célébrions l'anniversaire de mon amie et une petite attention nous a été accordée à notre arrivée (un cupcake personnalisé). Nous avons commandé 2 fois le room service, une première fois pour le brunch (35£ + 12,5% de frais de services + 10£ de frais de personnel), c'était tout simplement délicieux, un vrai brunch très copieux et goûteux. La seconde fois nous avons commandé le dîner, très copieux et savoureux également (surtout les pâtes forestières, le burger était bon sans plus). L'emplacement est idéal, direct en bus depuis la Gare de Saint Pancras et en plein centre ville, ce qui nous a permis de beaucoup nous déplacer à pieds.

Seul petit soucis dans la chambre, la TV ne fonctionnait pas correctement (mais ce n'est pas très grave). Rien d'autre à ajouter, c'était parfait !

Amazing stay and exceptional staff

All the staff were exceptionally nice, kind and helpful. Especially the staff who were at breakfast and on the concierge service. We met a guy called Eric who helped us with our luggage and was so patient and helpful. Matthieu at reception was very kind as well, this is my second time coming and I'll book again for sure!

location, staff, architecture, great food. Everything would be great if not for the two events described below.

First - the hotel, which I didn't know when booking, organizes "events" - parties with loud music. Out of 4 nights in the hotel, 2 nights were sleepless, the music stopped playing around 1 am!. In my requests to the hotel, I wrote about a calm, quiet place and even though our room was on the 5th floor, it was located above the dance hall and the pounding of the music reached up to the 5th floor, making it impossible to sleep. The behavior of the hotel manager was a complete scandal. At 11 p.m., unable to fall asleep, I went down to the reception and asked "what's going on, is it a hotel or a nightclub and what should I do in this situation?" The hotel manager, called by the receptionist, decided to personally check the noise level in our room (as if he didn't know that the music was playing loudly). He called security for "help"!!! because, as he said, my face expressed nervousness (actually, it's very strange that at 11 p.m., when my family (children aged 7 and 10) can't fall asleep, I can't be nervous, I should be jumping for joy). What this man did next in the room was a circus. He opened wardrobes, looked into nooks and crannies, put his ear to the wall and shrugged. The whole family, at 11 p.m., looked at it as if it were some kind of matrix. The manager pretended not to hear anything, but it's good that he took the security guard with him, because as soon as he entered, he immediately realized that the music was playing loudly and, despite the manager's behavior, he clearly expressed his opinion - the music was playing loudly. The manager had no other choice, and when he left he said he would check and call me back. In fact, he called back in about 15 minutes to say that he had ordered the music to be turned down at the wedding!!!!!! and he offers us champagne :). We went to bed after 1 a.m. In two days, another event until 1 a.m.

Le winter garden, le petit déjeuner, le personnel extrêmement agréable et efficace, propreté

Le bruit certains soir dû à des soirées dans les ball room de l'hôtel. Ce pendant, nous avons été mis dans une autre chambre située plus haut pour éviter ces déagréments à première demande. Les lits doubles sont petits et pas très confortables...

Brilliant breakfast. And several very kind free treats for my 50th Birthday including champagne, flowers, chocolates and cakes. Thank you Landmark, wonderful as usual.

Very noisy wedding on first night with music shaking the windows past 1.00am which caused me a bad first night's sleep.

Great hotel in a very convenient place in Westminster area

The rooms we got was very spacious, well furnished and well taken care of. All the usual appliances you would expect were there and there was ample supply of water, coffee, tea and biscuits; we really appreciated the fruit basket and the personalised welcome card. The hotel is quite big and looks very "old british", but it's absolutely not run down and well maintained. The lobby and the winter garden are spectacular. The breakfast buffer offers a very good variety of choices, which can satisfy different tastes and needs. The swimming pool is decently sized and enjoyable; the time limits for kids is a bit of annoying, thou. All the personnel is very kind

Some of the details were a bit below par, considering we are talking about a very good 5* hotel: if the espresso machine is decently located in the dressoir under the huge flat TV (impeding its full visibility to be annoyingly precise), the tea cattle needs to be connected to a plug, that, well, is not available. Either you had to use a plug close to the floor and leave the cattle on the carpet or put it on the business table, where the plug is a bit too far away from it, leaving the cattle is sort of haphazard place. Finally, the furniture is oddly arranged with respect to the TV, which makes it vision a bit uncomfortable.
